OLEO-MAC Garden Tractors - Super Quality at an Affordable Price !
Users of traditional mowers often wonder where the end of efficient operation of this type of equipment lies. It is assumed that such a limit is 2,500 m 2 of lawn. So what next? Oleo-Mac has the right solutions for larger area users. Both those belonging to private owners of green spaces and institutional users intensively engaged in the care of green spaces.

Oleo-Mac's offer includes a wide range of such machines from the smallest MISTRAL, through tractors of the COMFORT, PREMIUM series to professional machines of the I/C (Industrial/Commercial) class for work in municipal areas.
All garden tractors, regardless of their intended use, have a similar design. These are machines based on a frame made of steel sections with a four-wheel running gear, with a front torsion axle, an operator seat located in the central part of the body above the cutting unit, with a basket (or side ejection).

It is powered by single and two-cylinder engines from EMAK, KAWASAKI and BRIGGS&STRATTON. Depending on your needs, the transmission system uses six-speed (5 forward + 1 reverse) mechanical transmissions, hydrostatic transmissions that drive the rear axle, or hydrostatic transmissions that drive both axles of the tractor. Hydrostatic transmissions enable smooth change of speed and direction of travel thanks to convenient use of the accelerator pedal resembling in operation the system known from cars or agricultural machinery. This makes operation intuitive and does not require special preparation from the user.

One of the most important features of hydrostatic transmissions is that no periodic maintenance is required. Their service life practically corresponds to that of other tractor components, including the engine. An important accessory is the differential lock available on some transmission models. This system allows the machine to move smoothly in difficult conditions, above all, it protects against dangerous situations when moving on inclines.

It is worth remembering that the upper limit of the slope of the terrain on which you can safely move a garden tractor is 10˚. This is due to the design of the machine, the position of the center of gravity of which may not be preserved on steeper inclines being the result of dangerous overturning of the heavy machine.

The complexity of the machine requires a number of safeguards to protect the operator and those in the vicinity of the operating machine. The safety system includes typical passive protections like guards or interlocks, but also an active safety system controlled by electronic systems as in MISTRAL and PREMIUM tractors (also in municipal tractors) or electric ones used in the COMFORT series.

The cutting unit of a garden tractor is a design element that has a direct impact on the performance and, above all, on the quality of mowing performance and thus on the appearance of the lawn. Available designs allow the collection of the swath into a basket that is an integral structure of the machine, side discharge or operation in swath shredding mode.

A 4-in-1 version of the MISTRAL is also available, offering both swath collection, side discharge, rear discharge and shredding mode as standard equipment.

A wide range of available working widths - from 72 cm through 86 cm, 92 cm, 98 cm, 102 cm, 108 cm up to 122 cm - allows you to choose the right model for any need. Depending on your needs and working width, designs with single, double and even triple sets of blades are available. All designs have an electromagnetic clutch actuated from the operator's seat by a switch located on the control panel. Such a solution reduces the slippage of the cutting unit drive belt, definitely increasing its service life, and in the MISTRAL additionally protects the crankshaft from twisting if the spinning knife hits an obstacle located on the lawn.

Special attention was paid by the manufacturer to ergonomics and user comfort. All models feature comfortable, adjustable seats, an easy-to-read control panel, an easily accessible system to engage the blade drive while reversing*, and models equipped with a basket have an easily accessible lever to empty the basket from the operator's seat.

*For safety reasons, the blade drive system is automatically deactivated when reverse travel is activated. A switch available on the control panel allows the blade drive to be started under full operator control.
