Pouring concrete is a complex process - it requires the right skills and equipment facilities. This includes, among other things, plunge vibrators for concrete, which improve work with this binder. Their vibrating element is in direct contact with the material, thus removing air bubbles from the mass, guaranteeing its proper consistency and density.

Concrete vibrators are among the classic concrete compaction equipment. They are required to remove air from the still liquid concrete by vibration. Its use makes concrete stronger and more resistant.

Often concrete vibrators mean internal vibrators or vibrators for concrete. The reason for this is that the main work is done by the so-called buffer inside the concrete. While doing so, the bull is kept in fresh concrete to compact it. The eccentric element integrated in the roll and driven by a motor rotates at a speed of at least 6,000 revolutions per minute. The fresh concrete is thus put into motion by the roll and the bubbles go up. The typical vibration frequency of concrete vibrators is approx. 200 Hz. This frequency is required to provide compact construction equipment with sufficient vibrating power. The performance of a concrete vibrator has a huge impact on the economy of the compaction process and the quality of the work result.
