Automatic mower Sunseeker Elite X7 GEN 2 RTK is an advanced mowing robot designed for owners of large, demanding gardens who expect a perfectly trimmed lawn without effort. With precise RTK navigation, powerful motors and extensive safety features, the X7 GEN 2 provides the ultimate in user comfort, reliability and professional-level mowing quality.
It is a fully automatic cordless mower that moves around the garden on its own, systematically cutting the grass and automatically returning to the charging station.Modern design, low weight ok.14 kg and intuitive operation make the Sunseeker Elite X7 GEN 2 RTK ideal for both single-family homes and larger recreational properties, around guesthouses or service facilities.

Sunseeker Elite X7 GEN 2 RTK is an intelligent mowing robot that combines RTK (Real Time Kinematic) precision positioning technology with advanced sensors and a powerful cutting system. The device moves around the garden according to a pre-programmed schedule, analyzes the terrain and adjusts the mowing method so that the lawn is always evenly trimmed.
Inside the housing is a powerful electric drive and a multi-disc cutting unit with rotating blades. The grass is cut on a regular basis and left as fine mulch, which naturally fertilizes the lawn.As a result, there is no need to collect the swath or empty the basket - care becomes virtually maintenance-free.
RTK technology allows the Sunseeker X7 GEN 2 Series mowers to guide the designated area with extreme accuracy, minimizing missed patches of grass and the creation of "bald" or over-cut areas. The robot moves methodically, with optimal surface coverage, which is especially important for large and complex gardens.
Automatic mower Sunseeker Elite X7 GEN 2 RTK is installed in the home garden, around the house, on a recreational plot or at a commercial facility, where the lawn area is so large that manual mowing becomes time-consuming.The central point of the installation is the charging station - it is to it that the robot automatically returns after finishing work or when the battery charge drops.
The charging station is placed on a level, stable piece of ground, preferably near the power outlet and in a place that makes it easy for the robot to go on the lawn. The mower docks at the base on its own after a cycle, which in practice means that the user does not need to move it or connect it to charging.
Depending on the configuration of the garden, the boundaries of the work zones can be determined by a boundary wire or with the use of precise RTK satellite navigation. After a one-time setup - performed according to the manufacturer's instructions - the robot takes care of the lawn on its own, and the owner is limited to periodic service, cleaning and replacement of blades.
The Sunseeker Elite X7 GEN 2 RTK was designed with:
In practice, the mower works several times a week, cutting a small amount of grass, but very regularly. This keeps the turf thick, healthy and resilient, and keeps the garden looking perfect virtually all season long without the need for hand mowing.

Sunseeker X7i Gen 2 is a cordless mowing robot for lawns up to 3,000 m², designed for slopes and complex gardens.Combines precise nRTK + VSLAM 2.0 positioning with a vision system that also works after dark to mow in even lanes, confidently drive up to 70%, and smoothly avoid obstacles in a real, "live" garden.
Key advantages of X7i Gen 2
Cable-free installation - mapping, automatic scanning and virtual boundaries
X7i Gen 2 works without a restraining wire. You define boundaries, zones and transitions in the app, allowing you to quickly adjust mowing according to changes in the garden (flowerbeds, trampoline, pool, playground). All Gen 2 series robots have automatic mapping. In practice, it can be very helpful as a starting point, but it does not always perfectly reproduces every detail of the garden. Therefore, you will usually get the best result if you make the map yourself or manually apply corrections to the map scanned by the robot.
Marcin, mowing robot specialist: in our opinion, automatic mapping is great for quick starts, but if you want perfect edges and predictable passes in tight passages, it's worth taking the time to manually refine the boundaries and transitions between zones.

Precise navigation (nRTK + VSLAM 2.0) - even lanes and stable guidance
The robot maintains orderly mowing with a combination of positioning correction (nRTK) and visual localization and mapping (VSLAM 2.0). In practice, the X7i Gen 2 plans passes in orderly lines, reduces skips and overlaps, and handles irregularly shaped gardens better.

When you opt for the Sunseeker Elite X7 GEN 2 RTK mower, you are investing in top-of-the-line equipment that combines quality workmanship, cutting-edge technology and very high operating comfort. Here are the key advantages of this model:

One of the key elements that distinguish the model Sunseeker Elite X7 GEN 2 RTK, is the use of an RTK positioning system.Standard mowing robots often move randomly through the garden, which, with larger plots of land, can result in uneven mowing and the need for extended working hours.RTK technology solves this problem, significantly increasing precision and efficiency.
With RTK, the robot is able to move through the garden according to the established working lines, consistently covering the mowed area.In practice, this means:
For the user, this translates into a perfectly leveled lawn and a shorter operating time of the device, which reduces energy consumption and extends battery life.

Edge mowing - two modes depending on the environment
The X7i Gen 2 (like other Gen 2 models) offers two types of edge mowing:
Getting to the edge - Robot gets as close to the edge of the lawn as possible.
Driving along the edge - The robot drives along the edge to finish the edge more consistently.
The difference is due to the environment. If there is space beyond the lawn border, the robot can cross the border and "pivot" its trajectory to mow closer to the edge.If there is no space to do so (e.g., a high edge, flower bed, fence, wall), the robot will drive along the border and in such a scenario may be left with a narrow strip of uncut grass. This is typical behavior not only for Sunseeker, but for mowing robots of virtually all brands. It's worth adding in fairness that solutions to the problem of "ideal edges" in difficult situations are only just developing, with new ones emerging this year
approaches that are still being tested and refined.

The mowing robot is primarily intended to relieve the user of tedious work. The Sunseeker Elite X7 GEN 2 RTK is designed to operate virtually autonomously for an entire season after a one-time setup:
In daily use, this means that the garden owner does not have to remember to mow or plug the device in.All you need to do is occasionally check the condition of the blades, clean the housing of grass debris and enjoy an always well-groomed lawn.

Dual 35 cm cutting system - fast work on large lawns
X7i Gen 2 has a dual cutting system with a working width of 35 cm (2 discs, 12 blades in total). As a result, the robot efficiently covers large areas and effectively mows wide open lawns. In practice, operating parameters also count: the robot moves at a maximum speed of 0.45 m/s, and the speed of the cutting discs reaches 2,800 RPM.This combination helps maintain an even mowing performance even when the grass is growing vigorously.

With robotic mowers, safety is key - for both the household members, the animals and the device itself. The Sunseeker Elite X7 GEN 2 RTK has a set of solutions that minimize the risk of accidents and damage:
With these safety features, the X7 GEN 2 RTK is suitable for gardens where children play or pets are present (with common sense and basic safety rules).

Target grass height - technology that protects the turf and the robot
Target grass height is one of the most practical features for everyday use.Mowing robots are designed for regular
work and gradual shortening of the turf - in simple terms: they feel best when they cut a small part of the blade, rather than "rescue" the lawn after a long
break.
When you try to shorten your lawn overnight by too much, three real problems arise:
The target height of the grass solves this in a practical way: the robot can safely reach the set effect gradually, instead of trying to "cut everything at once".This makes the lawn look better and the device works in the conditions for which it was designed. An additional thread worth knowing: if the cutting discs do not run at a high enough speed or the blades are dull/stuck, the blades begin to jerk the stalks instead of cutting them evenly.Such ragged ends recover less well and are more susceptible to disease.Neglected blades have a similar effect - when they are dull or dirty, they can "tire" the grass instead of making a clean cut. Therefore, regular replacement and cleaning of blades is important for the quality of the lawn.

The Sunseeker Elite X7 GEN 2 RTK is distinguished not only by its performance, but also by its appearance. The slim, dynamic line of the housing, combined with elegant colors and refined details, makes the robot look great in any garden, fitting in with the aesthetics of modern properties.
Key design elements:
Modern design goes hand in hand with ergonomics - the control panel and controls are arranged so that daily use of the robot is as convenient and intuitive as possible.

Drive, traction and behavior on slopes - slopes up to 70%
The X7i Gen 2 has an aggressive tread on a rubber wheel (hard rubber), which realistically improves traction on slopes and in more difficult sections of the lawn. In practice, the torsion drive wheel at the rear also plays a huge role: thanks to it, the robot holds up brilliantly on slopes even when, when driving parallel to the direction of the slope. This is also important for turf. When the wheel is twisted, the robot does not "tire" the lawn when turning as it might with an untwisted wheel and aggressive tread. In practice, the tread does not have a negative effect on the grass in areas of turning and frequent turns, because the swivel wheel reduces the ground jerking.

When you choose Sunseeker Elite X7 GEN 2 RTK, you are investing in equipment that will significantly increase the comfort of your daily life and save time. This solution is particularly cost-effective for people who:
The Sunseeker Elite X7 GEN 2 RTK mowing robot becomes, in practice, a private, completely autonomous gardener who takes care of the perfect appearance of the lawn day after day - regardless of the weather, the busy work schedule or the owners' trips.
Independent suspension system for the front wheels
Ride comfort and stability are improved by independent suspension. It allows the robot to "hold" the ground better, and the cutting system works more stably on the
unevenness, which translates into a repeatable mowing result.
Mowing modes - practical features for everyday gardening
Spot mode - quick mowing of a small area
Spot mode comes in handy when you need to tighten a small section of lawn. This is a very common scenario: the robot brilliantly avoids obstacles, but if the obstacle is not fixed, a small "square" of uncut grass is left after it disappears. It can be a garden hose, tools left behind for a while, children's toys brought out of the sandbox, a bicycle thrown "where be," or even a dog, which, after all, will not lie in one place all its life.Instead of restarting the mowing of the entire zone, in spot mode you point your finger at a small area in the app and the robot mows only that spot. This saves time, reduces unnecessary trips and helps keep the turf even without extra work.

Multiple mowing angles - less "weary" turf in the turning areas
Mowing at different angles reduces the risk of visible passing marks and reduces turf "fatigue" in the same areas.
This is especially important in gardens where the robot makes a lot of turns and reversals.Combined with the torsion drive wheel at the rear, this gives the
a real advantage: the lawn is less wiped and looks even for longer.

Designs on the lawn - ability to upload your own designs
Lawn pattern creation function allows you to get a decorative effect after mowing. You can also upload your own designs. It's worth remembering a practical rule of thumb: custom designs don't appear in the app until about 36 hours later, so it's a feature you plan ahead for.

Powerful computing chip for data processing
To make obstacle avoidance, map operation and navigation decisions seamless, the robot uses a powerful computing system to analyze sensor data and a vision system. It is he who allows for quick analysis of camera images, recognition of obstacles. It's thanks to the top-of-the-line "brain" that robots are able to run smoothly without turning around.

Back to the station - fewer tracks on the grass and better predictability
Smart return - the best choice for most gardens In practice, the smart return is the best option for about 90% gardens. The robot chooses its route according to the situation and layout of the space, and most importantly: in our tests, we found that for about 30 days the robot does not return to the station along the same track. This is a huge advantage, because the turf is not "fatigued" by continuous passes in an identical footprint. Marcin, mowing robot specialist: in our opinion, this is the best way for the robot to return. It helps save turf in the turning areas and prevents grass fatigue.

Quick return - time priority
Quick return reduces travel time to the station and allows you to start charging more efficiently. This is useful when the robot works frequently and you want to make the most of the mowing time windows.

Back on the edge - predictable passage at the border
Returning around the edge is sometimes beneficial in gardens with narrow walkways and many obstacles. The robot moves closer to the boundary, which limits movement in the middle of the lawn and makes it easier to predict its behavior.

Safety: geosteering, elevation sensor and ground fault sensors
X7i Gen 2 has solutions that increase the safety of the work and the device itself.Geo-zone and anti-theft features support the robot's control in the field, plus the robot has a lift sensor: if someone picks it up and your phone is not nearby, you will receive a notification in the app - in practice, it's a signal like "someone just picked me up.". Also important are ground fault sensors (the so-called "cliff").They will work great in cascade gardens where you have clear differences in grass levels. The robot detects the edge and corrects the trajectory, reducing the risk of falling to a lower level.

Rain sensor and IPX5 resistance - working in real garden conditions
The X7i Gen 2 has a rain sensor that helps stop mowing when conditions are not favorable for the lawn. The entire Gen 2 series meets the IPX5 standard, so the robot can be rinsed with water after work.Marcin, mowing robot specialist: don't use a lot of pressure - a gentle stream from a garden hose works best.Do not wash mowing robots with pressure washers!

Control: app, robot panel, voice assistants
You manage the robot from the app (zones, schedule, mowing height, directions of travel, modes of operation). There is an LCD display on the chassis to facilitate basic operation and status checks.Controls can be integrated with voice assistants for convenience.

Software updates over the internet
The robot's software can be updated via the Internet. This allows the device to gain fixes and improvements without service visits, and the navigation solutions and vision system can be refined with subsequent versions of the.

Quiet operation - comfort for household members
The X7i Gen 2 runs quietly at only about 60 dB(A), allowing you to mow during daily garden activities without feeling like the robot is "taking over" the space.
Marcin, a specialist in mowing robots: Mowing robots are great for dense single-family housing. It is much quieter than any other solution on the market.

Kit contents:

The device comes standard with the S Connect communications module, which includes 2-year access to the nRTK service and an anti-theft feature. After a period of 2 years, it is necessary to purchase the service needed for the operation of nRTK at a cost of about 49 euros per year.
Differences between Sunseeker X7i and Sunseeker X5i Gen 2
If you're in a "whether to pay extra" dilemma, it's easiest to look at two scenarios: large lawn or difficult terrain (in which case the X7i makes more sense) vs.medium lawn and lots of edging (then Sunseeker X5i Gen 2 is often enough).
Here are the top reasons why you should pay extra for the Sunseeker X7i Gen 2 instead of choosing X5i Gen 2 :
It's also worth adding one thing in fairness in favor of the X5i Gen 2: the additional edge trim disc is only available on the X3i and X5i models. If you have a garden with a very large number of edges and you care about finishing the edges "mechanically" as much as possible, the X5i can be an extremely sensible choice.
Bottom line: paying extra for the X7i makes the most sense when you want to mow faster, have a large lawn, multiple zones and/or stronger slopes. If your garden is closer to 2,000 sq. ft. and your priority is edging and cost control, the X5i Gen 2 will usually suffice.

1.What size garden is the Sunseeker Elite X7 GEN 2 RTK mower designed for??

10.Does the robot have automatic mapping and is it worth using it?
Yes, the entire Gen 2 series has automatic mapping. In practice, they are best treated as a starting point starting point: you can make the map yourself or manually improve it after scanning to get more predictable rides in tight passages and better edge closure.
11.How nRTK + VSLAM 2.0 navigation works on X7i Gen 2?
This is a combination of positioning correction (nRTK) and image-based localization (VSLAM 2.0). In practice, it helps maintain even mowing lanes, more stable guidance in complex gardens and better planning of passes.
12.Does the X7i Gen 2 mow after dark?
Yes.The robot uses a vision system (stereoscopic camera + iToF depth sensor) that supports obstacle recognition also after dark, so you can set the work at hours convenient for household members.
13.What are the edge mowing modes on the X7i Gen 2?
There are two modes: getting to the edge and driving on the edge.Which one will work depends on the environment. If there is space beyond the boundary of the lawn, the robot can "pivot" the trajectory. If there is no space (e.g., flower bed, fence, wall), it will drive along the border and may leave a narrow strip of uncut grass - this is typical of other brands as well.
14.Does the X7i Gen 2 have an additional disc for edge trimming?
Not.The additional edge trim disc is only available on the X3i and X5i models.
15.How much slope does the X7i Gen 2 handle and what helps on slopes?
X7i Gen 2 works at gradients of up to 70% (35°).Helping is the all-wheel drive, aggressive tread and a torsion drive wheel at the rear, which improves retention on slopes even when driving parallel to the slope and at the same time reduces turf "fatigue" on turns.
16.What does the "Target grass height" function give you??
It helps to arrive at the set height gradually, instead of cutting the grass too aggressively after a a longer break. This reduces swath formation, reduces the load on the robot and improves the condition of the turf, because the grass is evenly cut, not "ragged".
17.Does the X7i Gen 2 have a rain sensor and how is the robot washing done?
Yes, the robot has a rain sensor. The entire Gen 2 series has IPX5 resistance, so the robot can be rinsed with with water after work, but do not use high pressure (pressure washers).
18.How theft protection and lift notifications work?
Robot supports geo-fencing and anti-theft functions. In addition, it has a lift sensor: when someone picks up the robot and the owner's phone is not nearby, the app sends a notification.
19.What is the point mode used for?
For quickly milking a small patch of lawn.It is useful when the robot has bypassed an obstacle temporary obstacle (e.g., hose, tools, toys) and a small unmowed area was left after it disappeared. In the app, you indicate a point and the robot mows only that spot.
20.Does the X7i Gen 2 have software updates and how is it controlled?
Yes, the software can be updated over the internet. You control the robot from the app (zones, schedule, mowing height, modes), and there is an LCD display on the case for basic operation.
