Cedrus 210440 Shock Absorber for the CEDKH35PRO-V, CEDKH50PRO-V, CEDKW45PRO-V, and CEDKW53PRO-V Brush Cutters
Cedrus Shock Absorber 210440 This is a practical replacement part designed for select models of Cedrus brush cutters: CEDKH35PRO-V,CEDKH50PRO-V,CEDKW45PRO-V and CEDKW53PRO-V. This component dampens vibrations generated during operation of the engine and cutting assembly, thereby enhancing operator comfort, ensuring more stable operation of the machine, and providing better control over the brush cutter while mowing.
It is a small but very important operational component. A properly functioning shock absorber helps reduce the transmission of vibrations to the mower's frame, the handles, and the user's hands. In practice, this means a more comfortable experience when mowing the lawn, clearing brush, maintaining green spaces, and tidying up roadsides, plots of land, orchards, gardens, and yards..
Cedrus 210440 Shock Absorber – Effective Vibration Damping in a Brush Cutter
Cedrus Shock Absorber for a Brush Cutter It is a component of the anti-vibration system designed to reduce the vibrations generated during the device's operation. The trimmer operates at high rotational speed during mowing, and contact between the cutting line or cutting head and grass, weeds, or denser vegetation causes vibrations.. The shock absorber helps reduce them, which improves comfort and safety.
The most important benefits for the user are:
- greater comfort at work – reduced vibration transmission to the brush cutter's handles,
- greater control over the device – more stable operation when mowing grass, weeds, and brush,
- component protection – Reducing excessive vibrations can have a positive effect on the durability of structural components.
In everyday use, you'll especially appreciate a properly functioning shock absorber during extended periods of operation. When mowing a larger yard, trimming ditches, lawn edges, or areas along the fence, any reduction in vibration means less fatigue in your hands and arms.
Where is the Cedrus shock absorber installed on the CEDKH35PRO-V, CEDKH50PRO-V, CEDKW45PRO-V, and CEDKW53PRO-V models??
Cedrus Shock Absorber 210440 It is installed in the mower in the location specified by the manufacturer for the vibration-damping component. This is part of the vibration damping system, which is designed to isolate and stabilize the components that transmit vibrations generated during the operation of the engine and cutting equipment.. The exact installation location may depend on the specific model design, so when replacing the part, it’s a good idea to use the part number 210440 and compatibility with a specific model of brush cutter.
This part is designed for use in the following Cedrus brush cutters:
- Cedrus CEDKH35PRO-V,
- Cedrus CEDKH50PRO-V,
- Cedrus CEDKW45PRO-V,
- Cedrus CEDKW53PRO-V.
Installing a new shock absorber is recommended when the existing one is worn, cracked, deformed, corroded, or no longer performs its function of damping vibrations. Signs of wear may include excessive vibration felt in the handles, reduced stability, unusual play, or noticeably less comfort while mowing.
Using the Cedrus 210440 shock absorber for gardening and professional work
The shock absorber is used during the repair, maintenance, and servicing of Cedrus brush cutters. This section is intended for private users, landscaping companies, farms, municipal crews, and anyone who regularly uses a brush cutter and expects reliable, comfortable performance.
This product is ideal for:
- replacement of a worn vibration-damping component in a mower,
- restoring a comfortable work environment after noticing increased vibrations,
- seasonal service before the peak mowing season,
- device repair used in gardens, orchards, on plots of land, or in green spaces,
- maintaining the stability of the mower when operating at high speeds.
In everyday use, the shock absorber helps ensure smooth operation when mowing along curbs, around trees, along fences, next to low walls, on slopes, and in areas that a traditional mower cannot reach. This is especially important in situations where the operator holds the device in their hands for an extended period of time and needs to be able to control the machine with confidence.
Cedrus Durable Replacement Parts – Quality, Reliability, and Perfect Fit
Choosing the right replacement part is crucial for the device's performance. Cedrus Shock Absorber 210440 It is designed for specific models of brush cutters, ensuring a proper fit and correct operation of the vibration damping system. This allows the user to restore the trimmer's functionality without the risk of using an accidental, incompatible part.
This is a good choice if you're looking for:
- to a certain extent for the specified Cedrus brush cutter models,
- improving user comfort during extended mowing sessions,
- maintaining stable operation of the device during the gardening season,
- reducing excessive vibrations, which may affect driving comfort and precision,
- prompt repair without having to replace major components.
Regular inspection of shock-absorbing components is especially important in equipment that undergoes heavy use. Brush cutters used for maintaining large areas, tall grass, or rough terrain are subject to constant stress. Replacing a shock absorber at the right time helps maintain the comfort, precision, and reliability of the equipment.
