- Spacer bushing 32.3 mm Cedrus for groomer cassette CEDRSM01 and CEDRSM02 (code 780714, EAN 5906434265372) - original spare part for precise installation and reliable operation of the device. Ideal for service and repair.
Cedrus 32.3 mm spacer for groomer cassette CEDRSM01 and CEDRSM02 (code 780714, EAN 5906434265372) is an original spare part designed for precise installation of groomer cassette in Cedrus gardening machines. Made of durable metal, it ensures stable guidance of the working shaft and maintenance of the proper distance between the working elements and the structure of the device. It makes the groomer's work even, quiet and safe, and the working parts do not wear out prematurely.
Spacer bushing 32.3 mm Cedrus groomer cartridge CEDRSM01 CEDRSM02 780714 - what is this part and why is it so important?
The 32.3 mm Cedrus groomer cassette spacer CEDRSM01 CEDRSM02 780714 is a cylindrical metal piece mounted on the shaft of the Cedrus groomer cassette. Its key task is to maintain proper spacing between the various parts of the working system, such as bearings, cassette fasteners and housing. The 32.3 mm diameter has been precisely matched to the original design dimensions of Cedrus equipment, ensuring that the bushing is securely seated and has no play during operation.
As a spacer, the bushing is responsible for:
- groomer cartridge shaft stabilization,
- reduction of vibrations transmitted to the machine housing,
- protection of bearings from excessive loads and overheating,
- maintaining the correct working geometry of the groomer's knives or springs.
In practice, this means even cleaning and combing of the lawn, less risk of mechanical damage and longer life of the entire device. For the end user, therefore, the spacer is a guarantee that the investment in a Cedrus machine will pay off for years to come.

Installation of the 32.3 mm Cedrus spacer in the groomer tray CEDRSM01 and CEDRSM02
The 32.3 mm Cedrus spacer has been specifically designed to work with the CEDRSM01 and CEDRSM02 groomer cartridges. It is mounted on the shaft of the cassette in the place provided by the manufacturer, between other components of the system, such as bearings, retaining rings or mounting brackets. Thanks to the factory dimensions and tolerances, the bushing fits perfectly into the workspace, making service much easier.
Examples of installation applications:
- Replacing a worn bushing: during the periodic inspection of the device, the service technician removes the groomer cassette, removes the old spacer and installs a new Cedrus 32.3 mm spacer, restoring the factory clearances and distances.
- Regeneration of groomer's cartridge: along with the replacement of bearings, springs or blades, the spacer is one of the components worth replacing to get the effect like a new cassette.
- Repair after mechanical damage: when hitting a hard obstacle (stone, curb), the bushing may deform; installing a new one restores shaft alignment and smooth operation.
Proper installation of the spacer directly affects operator comfort. Reduces noise, vibration and rolling resistance, and protects other, more expensive components of the device from unnecessary strain. As a result, the entire machine works lightly and efficiently, which quickly translates into quality lawn care.

The use of Cedrus 32.3 mm spacer in the daily operation of a groomer
The Cedrus 32.3mm spacer is used on professional and semi-professional lawn care equipment that uses the CEDRSM01 or CEDRSM02 groomer cartridge. Groomer is used to comb out felt, residual grass clippings, moss and other debris that restrict air, water and nutrients to the root system. The spacer, although inconspicuous, is of great importance here - it maintains an even position of the working elements, so that lawn cleaning is thorough over the entire working width.
Examples of situations where the 32.3 mm Cedrus spacer is crucial:
- Backyard lawn care: regular use of a groomer with a properly functioning spacer allows for thorough removal of felt and moss, so the lawn remains dense and healthy.
- Maintenance of sports fields: on a football turf or a school field, the loads are much higher; a properly sized bushing ensures that the groomer shaft will not wedge or knock out, which improves work safety and extends the life of the equipment.
- Professional gardening services: landscaping service companies use machines almost daily - using genuine Cedrus bushings minimizes service downtime and reduces the cost of unplanned repairs.
Thanks to the Cedrus 32.3mm spacer, the groomer cassette maintains optimum performance, and machine operation is predictable and safe. The user is assured that the device will maintain the same depth and intensity of combing every time it passes over the lawn.
Why choose a genuine Cedrus 32.3 mm spacer - quality, durability and reliability
The original Cedrus 32.3 mm spacer is made of high-quality metal, providing excellent resistance to abrasion and deformation. Thanks to appropriately selected material hardness and precise surface treatment, the bushing retains the dimension of 32.3 mm even with intensive use of the groomer in difficult field conditions. This reduces the risk of backlash, which could lead to uneven shaft operation or bearing damage.
User benefits of the original Cedrus bushing:
- Guaranteed compatibility: the sleeve is designed to work with CEDRSM01 and CEDRSM02 cassettes, eliminating the problem of matching replacements and the associated risk of installation errors.
- High durability: resistance to corrosion and abrasion makes the bushing retain its properties for a long time, even with frequent use of the machine in a humid environment.
- Hassle-free service: the use of an original part with the code 780714 (EAN 5906434265372) facilitates diagnostics and service, and complies with the manufacturer's recommendations for maintaining the warranty.
By choosing Cedrus 32.3 mm spacer, you are investing in stable and safe operation of the entire machine. You reduce breakdowns, reduce service downtime, and provide yourself and your customers with a perfectly maintained lawn.

FAQ - Frequently asked questions about the 32.3 mm Cedrus groomer cartridge spacer CEDRSM01 CEDRSM02 780714
Question 1: Does the 32.3 mm Cedrus spacer fit all Cedrus machines?
No, this bushing is designed specifically for groomer cassettes CEDRSM01 and CEDRSM02. Before buying, it's a good idea to check the cassette designation and the machine's technical documentation to make sure your machine works with one of these cassettes.
Question 2: Can I use a replacement instead of the original Cedrus bushing?
It is theoretically possible to use a replacement, but the lack of guarantees on the exact dimensions and quality of the material may result in backlash, overheating of bearings or faster wear of working components. The original Cedrus 32.3 mm bushing ensures full compatibility and durability, so it is recommended for service and repairs.
Question 3: When to replace the spacer in the groomer cartridge?
It is a good idea to replace the bushing when you notice obvious signs of wear, corrosion, scratches or deformation, as well as when there are unusual noises, vibrations or play on the cassette shaft. In practice, it is good practice to replace the bushings during a comprehensive groomer cartridge reconditioning - along with the bearings and working parts.
Question 4: Does replacing the spacer require specialized tools?
In most cases, the basic workshop tools used in servicing garden machinery (wrenches, pullers, and possibly a bearing seating press) will suffice. The most important thing is to follow the manufacturer's instructions and be clean and precise during installation so as not to damage the new components.
Question 5: How to take care of the spacer to make it last as long as possible?
It is crucial to clean the device regularly after operation, avoid prolonged storage in very humid environments, and perform periodic service inspections. During the inspection, it's a good idea to check the condition of bushings, shaft and bearings, and if necessary replace worn parts with new, genuine Cedrus parts.
