Cedrus groomer cartridge lower left bearing mount CEDRSM01 / CEDRSM02 of code 780719 and EAN number 5906434264955 is an original, precision-made replacement part, designed specifically to work with Cedrus brand groomer cartridges. This element is responsible for stable bearing seating and proper guidance of the working shaft, which directly translates into even operation of the device and its long life.
The robust design of the mount guarantees resistance to heavy loads and intensive use, characteristic of professional applications in the care of sports turf, golf courses or recreational areas. By choosing a genuine Cedrus bearing mount, you minimize the risk of failures, unplanned downtime and costly repairs to the entire groomer cartridge.
What is the bearing mount left bottom Cedrus groomer cartridge CEDRSM01 CEDRSM02 780719?
Cedrus left bottom bearing mount is a specialized bearing support, constituting an essential structural element of the groomer cassette in models CEDRSM01 and CEDRSM02. Its task is to precisely hold the bearing in position and provide it with a stable support while the entire rotating assembly is in operation.
In practice, this means that the mount transfers loads from the shaft and bearing to the groomer cartridge frame, maintaining the correct geometry of the entire system. This allows the working shaft to rotate smoothly, without excessive backlash or vibration, which is crucial for the quality of the groomer's work and the safety of the user.
The original component was made of a durable, long-lasting metal alloy and machined to ensure smooth surfaces that work with the bearing. The threaded mounting holes allow for quick and secure installation, and the matching geometry ensures perfect adhesion to the other components of the Cedrus groomer cartridge.

Installation location and application of the Cedrus CEDRSM01 / CEDRSM02 left lower bearing mount
The left bottom bearing mount is installed in the the lower, lateral part of the groomer cartridge in Cedrus CEDRSM01 and CEDRSM02 appliances. The component works directly with the bearing and the working shaft, creating a stable seat for the bearing on the left side of the cassette. The mounting design allows the shaft to be accurately positioned so that the groomer's knives maintain a constant, precise working depth relative to the turf.
Typical applications of this element are:
- Service repairs - Replacement of a worn, cracked or molded fixture after many years of intensive groomer work.
- Periodic inspections - Prophylactic replacement of the mount including bearings and seals to restore the factory performance of the cassette.
- Modernization of existing equipment - Use of genuine Cedrus parts when rebuilding or retrofitting a groomer cassette.
By using this mount, you restore the Cedrus groomer to full efficiency, eliminate excessive play and vibration of the shaft, and thus ensure even cutting and grooming of the turf. This is especially important in areas where the highest quality of grass finish is required, such as on soccer fields, tennis courts and golf courses.

Cedrus bearing mount 780719 for groomer cassette CEDRSM01 / CEDRSM02 - key user benefits
Choosing the right bearing mounting has a direct impact on the operating comfort and operating costs of care machines. The original Cedrus part with code 780719 provides a number of specific benefits:
- High durability and load resistance - solid metal casting and properly designed ribs and reinforcements allow to transfer significant forces acting on the shaft and bearing during operation in hard, compact ground. In day-to-day use, this means reliable groomer performance even under heavy use for hours on end at large sports facilities.
- Precise guidance of the working shaft - Precise matching of the interlocking surfaces and the bearing seat minimizes clearances, allowing the blades to maintain a constant depth of operation. On turf, this translates into even brushing and aeration, without the risk of damaging the turf or leaving stripes.
- Original fit for Cedrus cassettes - the part has been designed specifically for the CEDRSM01 and CEDRSM02 groomer cassettes, so it fits without the need for modifications or adjustments. In practice, this reduces service time and eliminates the risk of incorrect installation, which could lead to rapid wear of the bearing or shaft.
In the daily work of sports facility managers, service companies and local government units, this means less machine downtime, predictable operating costs and the ability to schedule grooming work without worrying about unexpected groomer cassette failures.
Professional application of Cedrus left bottom bearing mount in equipment service
Cedrus left bottom bearing mount is used in both authorized service and maintenance workshops responsible for a fleet of garden machinery. By using an original part, technicians can provide:
- Correct geometry and alignment of the drive train - proper bearing location is key to the life of the entire drive unit. Small deviations in alignment can lead to excessive heating of bearings, faster shaft wear and vibrations felt during machine operation.
- Operator safety - Stably seated shaft and bearings mean less risk of sudden damage to rotating elements, which is especially important when operating at high speeds and near people.
- Meeting warranty and service requirements - the use of genuine Cedrus parts, such as bearing mount 780719, is often one of the conditions for maintaining the manufacturer's warranty and the basis for successful processing of any service claims.
In practice, this means that by investing in an original bearing mount, you are not only protecting the groomer cartridge itself, but also the entire operation of the device - from the quality of the work, to the comfort of the operator, to the formal aspects of warranty.

Replacement of the mount is recommended if cracks, visible deformation, worn bearing seats, damaged threads or excessive working shaft clearances are found. It is also good practice to check the condition of the mount during every major cassette inspection and bearing replacement.
3. Do you need specialized tools to replace the bearing mounting?
Removal and installation of the mount requires basic workshop tools (wrenches, possibly a bearing puller). Due to the need to maintain shaft alignment and accurate bearing seating, the work should be carried out by a person experienced in servicing garden equipment or an authorized Cedrus service center.
