- Cedrus CEDKW53PRO 210138 cylinder gasket is an original part for Cedrus mowers. Ensures engine tightness, proper compression, full power and less fuel consumption, ensuring reliable operation of the machine.
Cedrus mower cylinder gasket CEDKW53PRO 210138 - precise engine sealing and reliable mower operation
Cedrus mower cylinder gasket CEDKW53PRO 210138 is a high quality consumable component designed for professional and amateur use in Cedrus mower CEDKW53PRO. Ensures a tight connection between the cylinder and engine carter, guaranteeing proper compression, optimal power and reduced fuel consumption. Adequate tightness of the combustion chamber translates directly into easier start-up and stable operation of the device in all conditions.
What is the Cedrus CEDKW53PRO 210138 cylinder gasket?
A cylinder gasket is a thin, precision-cut piece of heat- and pressure-resistant material that installs between the cylinder and the block (carter) of an internal combustion engine. The model designed for the Cedrus CEDKW53PRO mower, code 210138, is specifically designed for the two-stroke engines used in this series of equipment. Its task is to ensure that the combustion chamber and the channels for the flow of the fuel-air mixture and the exhaust gas are fully sealed.
A well-chosen and properly installed cylinder gasket prevents gas blowouts, oil leaks and compression drops. It's a small but crucial component, the condition of which has a huge impact on the life of the engine, the performance of the mower and the comfort of the operator.
Where to install the cylinder gasket Cedrus mower CEDKW53PRO 210138?
Cedrus 210138 cylinder gasket is installed in the engine of the Cedrus CEDKW53PRO mower, between:
- the bottom surface of the cylinder,
- and the top surface of the crankcase (block) of the engine.
During assembly, the cylinder is pressed against the crankcase with screws, and the gasket fills any micro gaps between the two metal surfaces. In practice, this means:
- maintaining the integrity of the combustion chamber during the entire piston cycle,
- preventing the fuel mixture and exhaust gases from escaping to the outside,
- protection of the connection site from dirt, dust and moisture.
The gasket is used both for initial factory installation and for any major engine repair, such as replacing cylinders, pistons, rings or connecting rod bearings.
Use of Cedrus CEDKW53PRO 210138 cylinder gasket in practice
The presented seal is mainly used in:
- cedrus CEDKW53PRO petrol mower - as an original or fully compatible replacement for the factory sealing element,
- engine service and overhaul work - when it is necessary to unbolt the engine or disassemble the cylinder,
- periodic regeneration of the drive unit - when the existing seal has worn out, burned out, cracked or deformed.
Using the right dedicated gasket is critical to:
- maintaining factory engine power and torque parameters,
- reducing fuel consumption and emissions,
- reduce the risk of serious failures resulting from loss of compression, engine overheating or gas blowouts.
By using a genuine Cedrus component, the user is assured that the thickness, shape and mounting holes of the gasket exactly match the design requirements of the engine used in the CEDKW53PRO model.

Cedrus mower cylinder gasket CEDKW53PRO 210138 - durability, quality and reliability for everyday use
Cedrus CEDKW53PRO 210138 cylinder gasket is made of material resistant to:
- the high temperature generated in the combustion chamber of a two-stroke engine,
- variable thermal and mechanical loads,
- contact with fuel-oil mixture and exhaust fumes.
Such properties translate into real benefits for the user:
- Stable engine operation - No blowout and constant compression means reliable starting, even rpm and less vibration when the mower is running.
- Saving time and money - a well-chosen seal reduces the risk of extensive engine damage, which involves costly repairs or the need to buy a new machine.
- Higher comfort of use - An efficient engine means faster and more efficient mowing of grass, weeds or brush, with no downtime due to unexpected failure.
In everyday applications - such as tending a home garden, mowing roadsides, recreational plots or areas around businesses - engine reliability has a direct impact on the efficiency of work. Replacing a worn cylinder gasket with a new, genuine Cedrus part is a simple way to restore your mower to full performance.

How to properly select and replace a Cedrus CEDKW53PRO cylinder gasket?
Selecting the right cylinder gasket for the Cedrus CEDKW53PRO mower is based on a few simple principles:
- Check the model of the mower - Make sure your device is the Cedrus CEDKW53PRO, and not another model in a similar series.
- Make a note of the part code - the number 210138 and the designation 11061-2234 make it easy to quickly find the right gasket in the parts catalog and minimize the risk of confusion.
- Compare the shape of the old seal - before installing the new component, compare it with the removed, worn gasket (hole layout, shape of the cylinder cutout).
When replacing a gasket, it's worth remembering a few good practices:
- thoroughly clean the contact surfaces of the cylinder and crankcase from the remains of the old gasket and dirt,
- do not use excessive amounts of silicone or additional sealing compounds - the original seal is designed for "dry" operation,
- tighten the cylinder mounting bolts evenly, crosswise, sensitively or to the torque specified in the service documentation.
This will allow the engine of your mower to regain its full tightness, which will translate into a better operating culture and a longer life of the entire device.
Benefits of using a genuine Cedrus cylinder gasket in the CEDKW53PRO mowing machine
Choosing a genuine Cedrus 210138 cylinder gasket carries a number of advantages over random replacements:
- Guaranteed compatibility - gasket designed exactly for a given engine model, which eliminates fitment problems.
- Consistent material quality - production control by the manufacturer ensures that each piece meets the same high technical requirements.
- Safety of use - proper engine sealing reduces the risk of overheating, loss of power or sudden failure during operation.
In practice, this means that work such as mowing extensive green spaces, maintaining wastelands or preparing a plot of land for development can be completed faster, more efficiently and without unnecessary downtime. For service companies, it is also a guarantee of on-time delivery and positive customer feedback.

- On farms and orchards - keeping overgrown ditches, slopes, areas between crops or along fences in check.
In each of these applications, machine availability is key. Replacing worn-out wear parts - such as the cylinder gasket - is a simple and inexpensive way to keep your mower in full working order for many seasons to come.
FAQ - Frequently asked questions about the cylinder gasket Cedrus mower CEDKW53PRO 210138
1. Does this gasket fit all models of Cedrus trimmers?
No, the presented cylinder gasket with code 210138 was designed primarily for the Cedrus CEDKW53PRO model. Before buying, it is always a good idea to check the designation of your mower and the part number in the service documentation.
2. When should I replace the cylinder gasket on my mowing machine?
It is a good idea to replace the gasket every time the cylinder is disassembled (e.g., when replacing the piston or rings), and also when there are symptoms of decreased compression, firing difficulties, leaks or visible damage to the old gasket.
3. Do you need specialized equipment to install a new gasket?
To replace the gasket, all you need is a basic set of workshop tools (wrenches, screwdrivers) and a little experience in servicing two-stroke engines. If you don't feel confident, it's best to have it done by an authorized service provider.
4. Can additional silicone or sealant be used?
As a rule, this is not necessary, because the original Cedrus gasket is designed to provide adequate sealing without additional measures. Excessive use of silicones can even worsen the effect and cause leaks.
5. Is it worth it to buy some gaskets to stock up?
Yes, especially if the mower works intensively (for example, in a service company or farm). The small cost of a single gasket compared to potential work stoppages makes it a reasonable investment.
6. How to store gaskets so that they do not lose their properties?
Gaskets are best stored in their original packaging, in a dry place, away from sources of high temperature, oils and chemicals. Thus, they will retain their properties and dimensions until installation.
