LANCA (CONNECTION) WITH FOUR NOZZLES OTH-GSP314 - professional connection for spraying in a double row

LANCE (CONNECTION) WITH FOUR NOZZLES OTH-GSP314 is a specialized spray attachment with four precision nozzles, designed to perform spraying in one pass in a double row. Thanks to its sturdy design and convenient tapered nut mounting system, the lance allows you to quickly adjust the width of the spray to the spacing of the plants, increasing the efficiency and uniformity of the treatment.

The lance (connection) has 4 nozzles for spraying in one pass in a double row. The lance is mounted by a tapered nut system, allowing the operator to easily adjust the spray to a specific planting width. Recommended for Pulmic and Keeper brand sprayers.

It is an ideal solution for fruit growers, vegetable growers, growers of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or blueberries, as well as for users of professional backpack and trolley sprayers who expect maximum use of the plant protection product with minimum effort.

Pulmic / Keeper spray lance OTH-GSP314 - what it is and how it works?

LANCE (CONNECTION) WITH FOUR NOZZLES OTH-GSP314 is an additional spray module that is mounted to pressure, battery or diesel sprayers. Replaces the standard single spray tip, offering four equally spaced nozzles on a rigid lance. This allows you to spray two rows of plants in one pass, without having to go over the same lane multiple times.

Each of the four nozzles is designed to provide an even distribution of the working fluid. With properly selected spray pressure, you get a uniform mist or stream, which translates into more effective plant protection against diseases, pests and weeds. Four spray points at a time minimize the risk of missing parts of plants or creating "empty" zones without spraying.

This solution is particularly beneficial in plantations with repeated row spacing. The lance allows you to match the working width to a specific crop, increasing the efficiency of each pass or pass of the operator.

Examples of daily applications:

  • Preventive and intervention sprays in orchards of young fruit trees carried out in rows.
  • Protection of strawberry or raspberry plantations carried out in beds - simultaneous spraying of two rows.
  • Regular nutrient treatments (foliar fertilizers) in tunnels and greenhouses, where even plant coverage is important.

Where the lance with four nozzles OTH-GSP314 is mounted and to which sprayers it fits?

Lance with four nozzles OTH-GSP314 is designed for simple, fast and secure mounting on a wide range of sprayers. It is used primarily as connection to backpack, hand and trolley sprayers, in which it is possible to replace the standard lance or spray tip.

The key element is conical nut system. It allows the operator to firmly attach the lance to the hose or sprayer handle, and quickly remove or reconfigure it if necessary. Tapered nuts also allow fine adjustments to the alignment, making it easier to match the nozzle lines to the plant rows.

The lance is particularly recommended for Pulmic and Keeper brand sprayers, which are widely used in fruit growing, horticulture and specialty crops. With the right connection parameters, it can also work with other sprayers equipped with compatible connectors.

Examples of practical installation:

  • Mounting on Pulmic battery sprayer - replacing a single nozzle with a four-nozzle lance to increase the working width.
  • Installation on Keeper backpack sprayer used to protect berry plantations - quick adaptation of lance width to bush spacing.
  • Connection to a trolley pressure sprayer used in a greenhouse where spraying must be carried out between parallel rows of plants.

Use of a lance with four nozzles - maximum spraying efficiency in a double row

The biggest advantage of the lance OTH-GSP314 is the ability to perform spraying in a double row in one pass. Four nozzles spread along the length of the lance provide optimal coverage of plants in two adjacent rows, significantly reducing the time needed for treatment and the number of passes required.

Such a solution is particularly useful on farms where speed and precision are important, and weather conditions often force the treatment to be carried out in a short time window. Fewer passes also mean less soil compaction and reduced plant stress, resulting in better growth and yields.

By adjusting the position of the lance with conical nuts, you can easily adjust the working width to a specific planting spacing: narrow interrows in tunnels, medium in berry crops or wider in young orchards.

Typical application areas:

  • Orchard crops: young orchards of apple, pear, plum trees and plantations of fruit bushes.
  • Berry crops: strawberries, raspberries, highbush blueberries, blackberries - wherever the rows are carried out in parallel.
  • Vegetable crops: lettuces, cabbages, cucumbers, peppers or tomatoes in tunnels and in the field, with protection and foliar fertilization treatments.

In either case, the lance enhances operator convenience and enables better use of the crop protection product. At the same time, uniform plant coverage reduces the risk of zones with too little or too much of the product.

Key benefits for the user of the OTH-GSP314 lance - quality, durability and reliability

Lance design with four nozzles OTH-GSP314 has been developed for daily intensive work on agricultural and horticultural farms. Robust workmanship ensures resistance to mechanical damage and to chemicals used in plant protection.

Key user benefits:

  • High quality workmanship - durable materials are responsible for the long life of the lance, even with regular contact with aggressive preparations and fertilizers.
  • Spray precision - four uniformly working nozzles guarantee even distribution of the spray and full coverage of the plants, which increases the effectiveness of the treatment.
  • Reliability in difficult conditions - The lance will work well both in the open field (wind, variable temperature) and in tunnels or greenhouses, where it is necessary to repeat the results.

Operators will also appreciate the ergonomics - the lance allows for more stable spraying, and the fixed nozzle placement helps maintain an even distance from the plants. As a result, even less experienced users are able to perform the procedure at a professional level.

Examples of daily benefits:

  • Less time spent on repeated spraying, resulting in savings in man-hours and labor costs.
  • Lower consumption of crop protection products due to more even application - no need to "touch up" inaccurately covered areas.
  • Stable treatment quality throughout the growing season, regardless of plantation size.
