2.6Ah battery for Pegasus sprayers - reliable power for your Pulmic Pegasus 15 and 35 sprayer

2.6Ah battery for Pegasus - what is this product and why is it so important?

The 2.6Ah battery for Pegasus is a high-quality 18V battery specially designed as a power source for Pulmic's Pegasus series cordless sprayers. This is an original piece of equipment for the models Pulmic Pegasus 15 and Pulmic Pegasus 35, responsible for supplying power to the pump, control electronics and the entire sprayer operating system. Thanks to it, the sprayer works steadily, with the right pressure, allowing even distribution of plant protection products, foliar fertilizers or disinfectant preparations.

The 18V, 2.6 Ah battery is standard equipment on the Pulmic Pegasus 15 and Pegasus 35 sprayers. It is also recommended as an accessory to increase work autonomy - a second battery on hand allows you to continue spraying without stopping to recharge. This solution is especially appreciated by professional users: farmers, fruit growers, gardeners, service companies and municipal services.

The battery is made with state-of-the-art lithium-ion technology, which ensures high energy density, no memory effect and repeatable performance even after many charging cycles. The use of a robust, mechanically resistant housing protects the cells from shock, moisture and dirt, which are inherent in farm or garden work.

Where does the 2.6Ah battery for the Pegasus OTH-GSP13943 install?

The 2.6Ah OTH-GSP13943 battery pack mounts directly into the body of the backpack sprayer Pulmic Pegasus 15 and Pulmic Pegasus 35. The manufacturer has provided for a special battery compartment, usually located at the rear or bottom of the device, protected by a flap or service cover. This makes battery replacement quick and requires no specialized tools.

Assembly usually consists of:

  • opening the battery compartment according to the manufacturer's instructions,
  • slide the 18V, 2.6Ah battery into the guides or slot of a matching shape,
  • snap connector or plug connection - protecting against reverse polarity,
  • close the compartment cover to protect the battery from dust, dirt and moisture.

Such a solution guarantees a stable electrical connection, resistant to shocks and tilts that occur when walking with the sprayer on uneven terrain. In practice, this means that the user can work freely in the orchard, greenhouse, plastic tunnel or flower beds without worrying about accidentally disconnecting the battery.

In the case of intensive use of the sprayer (e.g., on large farms or in crop protection service companies), many users choose to have at least two 2.6Ah batteries. One is working in the device, the other is being charged at the time. When the energy is depleted, simply slide the used battery out of the compartment and plug in the charged one - the whole operation takes literally tens of seconds.

2.6Ah battery for Pegasus - use in daily operations

The 2.6Ah OTH-GSP13943 battery is designed for specific equipment - sprayers Pulmic Pegasus 15 and Pulmic Pegasus 35. Thus, structurally and electrically it is fully adapted to the requirements of these models. Suitable voltage of 18V and capacity of 2.6Ah allow for optimal working time and proper working fluid pressure.

Typical uses of the 2.6Ah battery for Pegasus in daily operations include:

  • Plant protection in orchards and farms - precise spraying of fruit trees, berry bushes, vegetable plantations or field crops with plant protection products and foliar fertilizers.
  • Work in home gardens and allotments - spraying of ornamental shrubs, lawns, hedges, flowerbeds or plants in pots on terraces and balconies.
  • Municipal and professional use - Disinfection and decontamination of public spaces, spraying of urban green areas, squares, parks, show gardens and spaces around public buildings.

The use of a battery power source in Pegasus sprayers has many advantages from the user's point of view:

  • No wires and full mobility - the user is not limited by the length of the cable or the availability of power outlets.
  • Constant spray pressure - compared to manual sprayers, there is no need to manually pump air, which significantly reduces fatigue and speeds up work.
  • Quiet and eco-friendly operation - unlike combustion equipment, the battery does not generate exhaust fumes, noise is lower, and CO₂ - zero emissions on the job site.

The most important advantages of 2.6Ah battery for Pegasus Pulmic Pegasus 15 / Pegasus 35

From the point of view of a customer buying an OTH-GSP13943 battery for Pegasus sprayers, three main features are key: reliability, performance and convenience of use. They are described in more detail below with examples of daily use.

1. Reliability in demanding conditions

Spraying is most often carried out in very different conditions: from morning mists to hot weather to cooler autumn days. The 2.6Ah battery for Pegasus has been built with such realities in mind: a robust housing, strong connectors and appropriate internal design make the battery work stably even with vibration, shock and increased humidity.

Examples of situations where high reliability is crucial:

  • intensive spraying of a large orchard, where several tanks of liquid are used at one time - the battery must work all the time without interruptions and power drops,
  • spraying in plastic tunnels, where there is high humidity - the battery housing protects the cells from condensing steam and chemicals,
  • frequent carrying of the sprayer in the trunk of a car or on a trailer - mechanical resistance minimizes the risk of damage during transport.

2. Efficiency and adequate working time

Capacity of 2.6Ah at 18V is a reasonable compromise between weight and running time. The rechargeable battery is light enough not to overburden the user, yet provides enough energy to efficiently complete a series of sprays without the need for frequent recharging.

In practice, this means that:

  • a full spray cycle can be performed on a small or medium-sized farm before recharging is required,
  • a second 2.6Ah battery allows you to almost double the autonomy of your work - ideal for professional service companies,
  • the user does not have to worry about a sudden drop in sprayer performance at the end of work - a properly operated battery maintains parameters for a significant part of its life cycle.

3. Convenience of use and simple operation

Pegasus sprayers are designed with ergonomics in mind. This is also followed by the design of the 2.6Ah battery - its shape, the way it is attached and the electrical connections make operation intuitive even for people who do not deal with equipment service on a daily basis.

From the user's point of view, this primarily means:

  • quick battery replacement in the field - just open the flap, slide out the battery and insert a charged one,
  • easy storage - compact size makes it easy to transport in a toolbox or service bag,
  • easy charging - the battery works with original chargers designed for Pegasus sprayers, which minimizes the risk of errors and extends the life of the cells.

FAQ - frequently asked questions about the 2.6Ah battery for Pegasus OTH-GSP13943

1. To which devices the 2.6Ah battery OTH-GSP13943 fits?

The 2.6Ah OTH-GSP13943 battery is designed for cordless sprayers Pulmic Pegasus 15 and Pulmic Pegasus 35. It is their standard equipment and acts as the main power source for the device.

2. How long does the sprayer run on a single charge of the 2.6Ah battery??

The working time depends on the conditions, the type of surface to be sprayed, the density of the spray liquid and the settings of the sprayer (e.g. type of nozzle, pressure). In practice, one 2.6Ah battery allows you to perform a typical spraying cycle on a small or medium-sized farm. For maximum autonomy, many users use a second backup battery.

3. Can I use a charger other than the one designed for Pegasus sprayers?

It is recommended to use only original or dedicated chargers compatible with the 18V, 2.6Ah Pegasus battery pack. Using the wrong charger can shorten the life of the battery and even lead to battery damage or void the warranty.

4. Is it worth buying a second 2.6Ah battery for Pegasus?

Yes, especially if you spray regularly and over larger areas. The second battery allows for continuous operation without interruption for charging: when one battery is discharged, you immediately put the second one on, and the first one goes to the charger. It is a solution often chosen by farmers, service companies and professional users.

5. How to store a 2.6Ah battery in the off-season?

After the spraying season is over, it is recommended:

  • charging the battery to about 40-60% of capacity,
  • storing it in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources,
  • avoid completely discharging and leaving the battery in the sprayer for a long time,
  • checking the state of charge every few months and recharging if necessary.

Following these rules significantly extends the life of the battery and keeps it fully operational for the next season.

6. How do I know that this is the battery model I need?

The easiest way is to compare the markings on your battery (voltage 18V, capacity 2.6Ah, code OTH-GSP13943 or manufacturer's markings) with the product description. You can also check the manual of your Pegasus 15 or Pegasus 35 sprayer - the documentation will tell you what type of battery is required.
