SUPPLY PIPE (13MM HOSE) 25M FOR AUTOMATIC IRRIGATION HOZELOCK OO-HOZ2764 - PROFESSIONAL IRRIGATION SYSTEM FOR YOUR GARDEN

SUPPLY PIPE (13MM HOSE) 25M FOR AUTOMATIC IRRIGATION OO-HOZ2764 is a high-quality, flexible LDPE pipe with a diameter of 13 mm, designed as the main supply line in drip irrigation and micro-irrigation systems. UV-resistant, mechanically durable, and suitable for both above- and below-ground operation, it provides a reliable base for irrigation systems in home gardens, greenhouses, flower beds, hedges and vegetable crops.

The product works perfectly with emitters, microtubes and accessories of automatic irrigation systems, ensuring stable and even water supply exactly where you need it. With a length of 25 m, you can easily build an extensive irrigation network even in a larger garden.

Product description - supply pipe 13 mm 25 m

Supply pipe (13 mm hose) 25 m for automatic irrigation is a flexible yet UV-resistant and very durable LDPE pipe with a diameter of 13 mm. It is designed to transport water from the source (tap, pump, main water line) to the micro-pipe and to the emitters, i.e. drippers, sprinklers and nozzles.

Among the most important advantages of the 13mm feed pipe are:

  • High-quality 13 mm central supply hose for transporting water around the garden - forms the main irrigation line in the entire system.
  • Flexible design for easy installation and cutting to required lengths - the pipe lays well on the ground and around plants.
  • UV resistance for excellent durability and longevity during years of sunlight use.
  • Can be installed both above ground and below ground - greater freedom of system design and aesthetically pleasing end result.
  • Ability to mount 13mm drippers or mini sprinklers and sprayers directly "in-line" by drilling holes and using compatible connectors.

Hozelock supply pipe OO-HOZ2764 - what it is and how it works in your irrigation system?

Rura zasilająca wąż 13 mm 25m do nawadniania automatycznego OO-HOZ2764

Supply pipe Hozelock OO-HOZ2764 is an essential component of any automatic irrigation system. Acts as the main water supply line from the supply point (garden tap, well with pump, tank with pressure pump) to the downstream components of the system - manifolds, microtubes, drip lines and emitters.

In practice, this means that the 13 mm pipe forms the "backbone" of your installation. To it you connect:

  • microtubes that lead water directly to pots and individual plants,
  • spot drippers in flowerbeds, next to shrubs and trees,
  • mini sprinklers and sprays in lawns, rockeries and flower beds,
  • sensors, filters and pressure regulators that are part of the automatic system equipment.

With a diameter of 13 mm, the pipe guarantees adequate water flow over longer distances, which is especially important in larger gardens. Compared to thinner cables, pressure losses are lower, and emitters at the end of the line still work stably and efficiently.

Examples of garden applications:

  • Creating a main irrigation line running along the hedge, from which shorter micro-tubes with drippers diverge.
  • Supply several sections of the system - for example, a flower bed, a vegetable bed and part of a lawn - from a single point of water supply.
  • Construction of an installation in a greenhouse, where 13 mm pipe is the main trunk line for drip lines running by the beds.

Where to install the supply pipe (13 mm hose) 25 m for automatic irrigation?

Rura zasilająca Hozelock 13 mm w ogrodzie

The 13 mm supply pipe is extremely versatile in terms of installation. It can be routed both on the ground surface, as well as underground, depending on the aesthetic and technical requirements of the garden.

The most common locations and methods of installation:

  • Along the edges of lawns and flowerbeds - the pipe is run right at the edge, and short sections with drippers or sprinklers are led out of it. This solution allows you to maintain an aesthetically pleasing garden and easy access to installations.
  • Directly in beds and flowerbeds - The tube is the main line running through the center of the crop, from which microtubes to individual plants spread out to the sides. Ideal in vegetable gardens, plastic tunnels and greenhouses.
  • Beneath the surface - Where we want to hide the installation or protect it from mechanical damage (e.g., foot traffic, lawnmower). The pipe can be buried at a shallow depth, and emergent irrigation elements are used at water outlets, or microtubes are brought to the surface.

Thanks to the flexibility of the pipe, it adapts very easily to the shape of the terrain. You can lead it in an arc around the flower bed, avoid obstacles, match the course with existing small architecture (paths, terraces, pergolas). Cutting the pipe to the required length is done with an ordinary sharp knife or special pipe cutters.

Examples of daily applications:

  • Installation of a pipe along the fence from which you feed the drip line at the hedge and climbers.
  • Running a cable from the tap at the house to the end of the plot, where perennial beds are irrigated.
  • Hiding the pipe under a layer of decorative bark in the flowerbeds so that the irrigation system remains virtually invisible.

Use of 13 mm 25 m supply pipe - from small garden to professional cultivation

The 25 m supply pipe (13 mm hose) for automatic irrigation is dedicated to both home users, as well as semi-professional and professional. Works well wherever regular, even and economical watering of plants is needed.

Typical application areas:

  • Home gardens - Irrigation of flower beds, ornamental shrubs, hedges, flower beds, rockeries, small lawns and plants in pots.
  • Vegetable gardens and orchards - supplying water to drip lines and spot drippers at fruit trees, berry bushes, vegetable beds.
  • Greenhouses and foil tunnels - a stable supply of drip, sprinkler or misting systems that maintain optimal moisture for plants.
  • Terrace and balcony irrigation systems - the ability to distribute water to multiple flower pots and boxes with minimal user involvement.
  • Commercial and public facilities - Green roofs, plantings at parking lots, recreational areas, greenery around office buildings and hotels.

User benefits:

  • Saving time - The automatic irrigation system, of which this pipe is the main feed, waters the garden for you.
  • Less water consumption - precise delivery of water to plant root zones reduces losses due to evaporation and surface runoff.
  • Better plant health - Regular and even irrigation promotes healthy growth, more abundant flowering and higher yields.
  • Garden aesthetics - the possibility of hiding the pipe under the ground or under the mulch makes the system unobtrusive and does not disturb the composition of the space.

Quality, durability and reliability - why choose the OO-HOZ2764 supply pipe?

The pipe was made of high-quality LDPE plastic, which combines flexibility with high mechanical resistance. As a result, the product:

  • does not crack or break when laid at lower temperatures,
  • it resists bending and twisting during installation,
  • shows high resistance to UV radiation, which protects it from premature aging and crumbling under the influence of the sun.

With a length of 25 m, one roll is enough to build a long supply section or several shorter sections. If necessary, the pipes can be connected together using standard 13 mm fittings to create even more elaborate systems.

Examples of practical benefits:

  • Multi-year operation - there is no need to frequently replace the pipe, which reduces the cost of maintaining the garden.
  • Seamless system expansion - when new flowerbeds or pots appear, simply plug additional elements into the existing power line.
  • Compatibility with popular accessories - the pipe works with a wide range of drippers, sprinklers and connectors with a diameter of 13 mm.

Installation instructions and practical tips for using the 13 mm supply pipe

Installation of the 13 mm supply pipe is simple and requires no specialized tools. All you have to do is plan the line, unroll the hose, cut it to the appropriate lengths and connect it with fittings.

Installation steps:

  1. Installation planning - draw a sketch of the garden and mark the planting locations and the water supply point. Determine the course of the main power line and branch lines.
  2. Pipe expansion - Roll out a roll of 25m pipe and lay it on the ground along the planned route. Let it "rest" for a while to straighten out.
  3. Cutting to length - Using a sharp knife or secateurs, cut the pipe into the required sections, maintaining even, perpendicular edges.
  4. Linking and branching - use straight couplings, tees, elbows or 13mm terminals to create a proper irrigation line network.
  5. Assembly of emitters - make holes in selected places (e.g., with a special punch) and push drippers, mini sprinklers or connect microtubes.
  6. Stabilization and possible burial - use fixing pins to attach the pipe to the ground. If necessary, cover it with soil, bark or decorative gravel.

Practical tips:

  • Before drilling holes for emitters, make sure that the pipe is laid exactly where you want to leave it.
  • Do not apply excessive force when bending - the flexibility of the pipe allows for gentle bends, but avoiding sharp bends improves water flow.
  • Before running the entire system, it is a good idea to flush the line to remove any contaminants from the pipe.
