ANTI-SCRATCH PROTECTIVE GLOVES XL11 3155075 - PROFESSIONAL HAND PROTECTION FOR LUMBERJACKS, GARDENERS AND FORESTRY SERVICES

ANTI-SCRATCH PROTECTIVE GLOVES XL11 3155075 is a professional protective glove designed to work with chainsaws, cutting machines and equipment that generate strong vibrations. They combine very good cut protection, high wear resistance and high comfort in all field conditions.

Model size XL-11 meets the requirements of the standards EN 388/03 and EN 381-7/99 (DPI - category 2), making it a popular choice for professional lumberjacks, green maintenance crews, municipal services, gardening companies, and discerning individual users who value safety and convenience.

What is the XL11 3155075 ANTI-PROTECTIVE PROTECTIVE Gloves?
This is a pair of specialized class 1 (20 m/s) work gloves with cut protection on the back of the left hand. They use durable, flexible fabrics and protective reinforcements to absorb vibration and increase durability, as well as a comfortable Velcro welt that stabilizes the glove on the wrist.

Where the XL11 3155075 gloves are "mounted"?
The gloves are not mounted to the machine - you put them directly on your hands. They are used wherever there is a risk of contact with a chainsaw chain or other cutting blade, and where hands are exposed to vibration and intense friction:

  • when working with a chainsaw (in the forest, orchard, garden, allotment),
  • in forestry and horticultural service companies,
  • in utilities, road services,
  • when cutting firewood at the house, construction site or on the farm,
  • when operating other cutting and vibrating tools (hedge trimmers, circular saws, cutting machines).

Application:
XL11 3155075 ANTI-SHOCK PROTECTIVE HANDS are designed for:

  • professional work of lumberjacks and chainsaw operators,
  • cutting and limbing wood, pruning branches, clearing brush,
  • maintenance work in orchards and gardens,
  • cleaning and municipal works (maintenance of roads, green belts, parks),
  • semi-professional and hobby applications at home and on the farm.

ANTI-SCRATCH PROTECTIVE GLOVES XL11 3155075 - MAXIMUM SAFETY WHEN WORKING WITH A CHAINSAW

Safety:

  • Class 1 (20 m/s) - The gloves provide effective hand protection when working with a chainsaw with chain speeds of up to 20 m/s, which is the standard used in professional forestry work.
  • CUT PROTECTION ON THE BACK OF THE LEFT HAND - is the place most likely to come into accidental contact with the chain. Special heavy-duty anti-shear fabric minimizes the effects of a possible incident.
  • CE marking, standards EN 388/03, EN 381-7/99, DPI - category 2 - gloves meet stringent European standards for personal protective equipment, which confirms their quality and approval for professional use.

This combination of parameters makes the XL11 3155075 great for the chainsaw operator when felling trees, cutting firewood logs, trimming branches above the head or removing fallen logs after a storm.

Examples of daily applications:

  • In the forest: felling and limbing of trees, skidding and sawing of logs.
  • In the garden: cutting thick branches, removing old fruit trees, preparing fireplace wood.
  • In the household: cleaning up the plot after storms or snowstorms, preparing firewood for the winter, work around the house requiring the use of a chainsaw.

Materials and construction - comfort and durability of the XL11 3155075 anti-cutting gloves

Materials:

  • Elasticized polyester on the back - Lightweight and breathable, provides freedom of movement and a good fit to the hand. Thanks to the elasticity, the gloves do not hinder the work of the fingers even during prolonged use.
  • Duratexture on the palm side - special abrasion-resistant material with enhanced adhesion. Improves tool grip, reduces slippage even when slightly wet, and significantly extends glove life.
  • Toes with comfort seams, made of stretch fabric - proper profiling and soft seams minimize the risk of chafing, which is especially important when working for many hours a day.
  • Bottom with reinforcement to protect against vibration - additional layer of material to dampen the shock transmitted from the saw and other machines. Reduces hand fatigue, improves comfort and helps protect joints.
  • Elastic welt with Velcro closure - Allows the glove to fit precisely on the wrist, protects against slipping while working, and limits the entry of sawdust, sand and dirt into the glove.
  • Reinforcement on the back to increase wear resistance - Improves durability in areas most susceptible to abrasion, such as when supporting logs, branches or structural elements.
  • Jam protection made of durable fabric - the whole construction of the glove is subordinated to safety, so high-quality materials resistant to tearing and cutting were used.

Thanks to this combination of materials, the gloves:

  • fit perfectly in the hand - do not slip or curl, making it easier to guide the saw with precision,
  • retain high resistance to intensive use - They work well in service companies, where equipment works every day,
  • remain comfortable even during long shifts - reduce the feeling of fatigue, overheating of the hands and the formation of corns.

Sizing and ergonomics - how to perfectly fit XL11 gloves 3155075

In order for anti-cutting gloves to do their job, they must be properly matched to the hand. Model XL-11 (number 3155075) is designed for people with a larger hand, usually in the circumference of approx. 11 on the manufacturer's scale.

How to size:

  1. Measure the circumference of the hand at the widest point (without the thumb), using a tailor's tape measure.
  2. Compare the result with the manufacturer's size chart and choose a size in which the hand is neither compressed nor "floating" in the glove.
  3. If you are hesitating between two sizes, when working with a chainsaw, a slightly fitted size (not too loose) is usually better, so as not to limit the precision of your grip.

Ergonomics and convenience in practice:

  • Contoured fingers made of flexible fabric make it easier to operate the gas trigger and chainsaw levers.
  • Reinforced grip section provides a stable grip even with sweaty hands.
  • Velcro drawstring allows quick donning and doffing of the gloves - important when frequently switching between different tasks.

Examples of everyday situations in which properly sized is crucial:

  • When working on the head - cutting branches high above the line of sight requires a firm grip and precision guide positioning.
  • During prolonged work - Several hours of continuous cutting or limbing requires gloves that do not cause pressure or skin abrasion.
  • With wet or slippery wood - Well-fitting gloves provide grip stability despite moisture.

FAQ - Frequently asked questions about XL11 3155075 anti-scratch protective gloves

1. Are these gloves only suitable for chainsaw work?
Not. Although they are designed primarily for use with a chainsaw, they also work very well with other cutting and vibrating tools - such as hedge trimmers, circular saws, pruners, and even heavier construction and gardening work where hands are exposed to abrasion and impact.

2. Why the anti-cutting protection is only on the back of the left hand?
In most standard chainsaw operating techniques, it is the back of the left hand that is most vulnerable to accidental contact with the chain. In accordance with current standards and professional practice, manufacturers are concentrating protection here to increase safety without unduly compromising hand comfort and mobility.

3. Are XL11 3155075 protective gloves waterproof?
The gloves are made of durable, abrasion-resistant materials, but they are not classic waterproof gloves. They stand up well to typical field conditions - damp wood, light rain or contact with wet branches - but with prolonged use in heavy rain they can seep through.

4. How to take care of gloves to make them last as long as possible?
After finishing work, remove sawdust and dirt from the surface of the gloves, leave to dry at room temperature, away from direct heat source (heater, fire). Don't wash them at high temperatures or use aggressive chemicals. Regular cleaning and storage in a dry place significantly extends the life of the product.

5. How to choose the right size if I have a wide hand?
If your hand is noticeably wider than average, it is worth going for size XL-11 (3155075) or even XXL-12 (3155076), depending on your hand circumference measurement. The glove should not "pull" around the fingers or leave excess material at the ends. When in doubt, it is better to choose a slightly larger size, while still retaining full control of the tool.

6. Can XL11 3155075 gloves completely eliminate the risk of injury?
No personal protective equipment can 100% eliminate the risk of an accident. XL11 3155075 anti-cutting gloves significantly reduce the effects of potential contact with the chainsaw chain, but it is still crucial to use the tool correctly, follow safety instructions and use a full set of protective gear (anti-cutting clothing, helmet, glasses, hearing protection).

7. Can these gloves be used for amateur work around the house?
Yes. It is a great choice for discerning home users who want a level of protection similar to professional. They are ideal for preparing firewood, cutting thick branches or tidying up the plot after a strong wind.
