TR80M Lopper Bolt Set 3063220 - Original TR80M lopper bolts for maximum durability and operational safety

TR80M Lopper Bolt Set 3063220 is a set of original factory fasteners designed specifically for the TR80M lopper. The set includes bolts, nuts and securing elements, which are responsible for the solid connection of the arms and the cutting part of the shears. By doing so, you restore full tool performance, eliminate slack, and increase comfort and safety when pruning branches.

THIS IS A REPLACEMENT PART FOR THE TR80M LOPPER.

What is TR80M 3063220 cutter bolt set and why you should choose a genuine replacement part?

TR80M Lopper Bolt Set 3063220 is a dedicated set of manufacturer's assembly parts, designed for a specific model of TR80M loppers. It contains all the necessary fasteners that are needed to properly twist and adjust the tool - screws of the correct length and diameter, matching nuts, and safety features to prevent self-unscrewing during operation.

The original set of screws provides:

  • full dimensional compatibility with TR80M shears - you do not need to look for replacements "by eye", everything fits perfectly,
  • maintaining the parameters of the tool - adequate blade pressure and smooth movement of the arms,
  • higher durability than randomly selected bolts of unknown strength class.

Examples of practical applications:

  • replacing worn or corroded screws after several seasons of intensive gardening,
  • repair of shears that have fallen and there has been bending or damage to the fasteners,
  • maintenance of the tool before the cutting season - disassembly, cleaning and then installation with a new set of screws to avoid unexpected failures.

Location of the TR80M 3063220 bolt set - where exactly do these components work?

TR80M 3063220 bolt kit installs at key design points of TR80M loppers. Screws connect first and foremost:

  • scissor arms with the cutting part - are responsible for stable attachment of blades,
  • pivot points - places where the arms move relative to each other, allowing lever work,
  • adjusting elements - screws allow for proper adjustment of blade pressure and smoothness of movement.

In practice, this means that a set of screws:

  • keeps the blades aligned, preventing them from separating when cutting harder branches,
  • minimizes the formation of backlash, which hinders precise cutting and can lead to tool damage,
  • prevents shear components from unraveling under vibration and cutting force.

Examples of daily installation:

  • the amateur gardener himself replaces worn screws at the scissor joint to regain smooth operation,
  • an employee of a gardening company performs an inspection of the equipment before a big job and preemptively installs a new set,
  • garden equipment service reproduces the factory specifications of the tool after repairing the blades and handles.

Using the TR80M lopper bolt kit - when to replace and what benefits you gain?

The use of the TR80M 3063220 lopper bolt set is unequivocal - it is a complete, original spare part for the repair and refurbishment of TR80M loppers. Replacement of screws is recommended whenever:

  • corrosion has appeared on the thread, making it difficult to adjust the pressure of the blades,
  • the screw heads are rounded or damaged, making it impossible to tighten them properly,
  • there are noticeable clearances in the joints, and simply tightening the old components does not have a lasting effect,
  • shears have been disassembled many times and there is a risk of material fatigue or microcracking of the fastening elements.

Benefits of using a new complete set:

  • Higher cutting efficiency - proper blade pressure and alignment make it less effort to cut even harder, dry branches.
  • User security - you reduce the risk of the tool suddenly falling apart during operation and accidental injuries.
  • Saving money - Instead of buying a new shear, you restore full efficiency to your existing model by replacing relatively inexpensive assembly components.

Example usage scenarios:

  • preparing the orchard for the season - intensive pruning of fruit trees requires reliable shears; a new set of bolts ensures that they are ready for use,
  • care of hedges and ornamental shrubs in home gardens and corporate areas,
  • cleanup work after windstorms - removing broken branches requires an efficient, sturdy tool.

The most important features of the TR80M 3063220 shear bolt set from the user's point of view

When choosing spare parts for garden tools, it is not only the price that matters, but above all the reliability and fit. The TR80M 3063220 KNIGHT BOLT KIT is distinguished by a number of user-relevant features:

  • Original origin - the product comes directly from the equipment manufacturer, which guarantees compliance with the technical documentation and parameters of the tool.
  • High durability of the material - bolts and nuts are made of steel of the appropriate strength class, suitable for operation under high mechanical loads and changing weather conditions.
  • Complete set in one package - you buy all the necessary components at once, without having to select individual screws in the fastener store.

From the user's point of view, this means:

  • shorter tool downtime - quickly replace the set and get back to work,
  • the certainty of operation during intensive gardening work,
  • no problems with fitting screws with unusual head shapes or thread lengths.

TR80M 3063220 cutter bolt set - quality, durability and reliability for daily use

TR80M 3063220 shear bolt set is designed for years of use in demanding garden conditions. Bolts are exposed to high forces during cutting, vibrations, temperature changes and contact with moisture. That is why it is so important that the key fasteners are durable and wear-resistant.

Using this kit:

  • you maintain the correct geometry of the shears - the blades remain parallel, so the cut is clean and even,
  • you reduce the risk of "skipping" blades on hard branches, which could lead to chipping,
  • you ensure the comfort of your work - the tool works smoothly, without jams and unpleasant noises resulting from backlash in the mechanism.

In daily use, it will be appreciated by both amateurs tending a home garden and professionals working in gardening companies, where the reliability of the equipment directly translates into timely orders and customer satisfaction.

How to take care of the TR80M shears using the 3063220 screw set - practical tips for the user

To get the most out of the TR80M lopper and the new 3063220 bolt kit, it's a good idea to follow a few simple operating and maintenance rules:

  • Regularly check the tightness of the bolts at the pivot points - especially after intensive work on hard branches.
  • From time to time, clean the place where the blades are attached from resin and dirt, and lightly lubricate the mechanism - this will extend the life of both the screws and the whole shears.
  • If you notice corrosion or deformation of the fasteners, do not hesitate to replace them - a new set of screws is a small cost compared to buying new shears.

This approach allows you to keep your shears in perfect condition for many seasons, while increasing the safety of your gardening work.

FAQ - Frequently asked questions about TR80M 3063220 cutter bolt set

Question 1: Does the TR80M 3063220 screw set fit other shear models?

The kit is designed as an original replacement part for the TR80M lopper. Only in this model, the manufacturer guarantees full compatibility and preservation of operating parameters. Use in other tools may be possible only after individual comparison of dimensions, but is not covered by the fit guarantee.

Question 2: Do you need specialized tools to replace the screws?

In most cases, standard hand wrenches that fit the heads of bolts and nuts will suffice. The replacement process is simple and can be done by yourself, as long as you exercise caution and follow basic safety rules (e.g., working with the shears unfolded, unloaded, using protective gloves).

Question 3: How often should the set of screws in the TR80M shear be replaced??

There is no single, rigid time value - the frequency of replacement depends on the intensity of use and operating conditions. For professional daily use, regular inspection and replacement is recommended when clear signs of wear or corrosion are noted. In amateur applications, it is usually sufficient to replace after a few seasons or when backlash develops that cannot be removed by tightening alone.

Question 4: Will replacing the screws improve the cutting quality of the shears?

Yes, in many cases replacing worn or corroded screws significantly improves the quality of the cut. Correctly selected and tightened mounting components allow proper blade alignment, resulting in cleaner, more precise cutting and less effort during operation.

Question 5: Is it necessary to additionally adjust the shears after installing the 3063220 bolt kit?

After installing a new set of screws, it is recommended to perform a short test of the shears' work on several branches of different thicknesses. If necessary, the degree of tightening can be gently adjusted to achieve the perfect balance between the smoothness of arm movement and the force of blade pressure. This will allow you to match the tool to the individual preferences of the user and the nature of the work to be performed.
