SAW CHAIN 1.3 MM 0.325" 64 GUIDE LINKS OO-ACCV95VP64 - PROFESSIONAL CUTTING PRECISION FOR DEMANDING USERS

A chainsaw cutting chain is a key component that determines the speed, quality and safety of chainsaw operation. Model SAW CHAIN 1.3 MM 0.325" 64 GUIDE LINKS OO-ACCV95VP64 is a professional chain designed for chainsaws, ideal for precise wood cutting in all conditions - from the home garden to intensive use in the forest or on the construction site.

This product is optimized for high performance, durability and user comfort. Thanks to the appropriately selected pitch, link thickness and geometry of the teeth of the type half chisel, chain provides fast cutting speed while reducing vibration and risk of kickbacks.

Cutting chain for Victus 95VP chainsaw

  • Length 72 guide links
  • Pitch 325"
  • Chain groove width 1.3 mm
  • Semi-chisel type cutting teeth
  • Guide links with anti-reflection projection

The cutting chain is mounted directly on the guide bar of a petrol or electric saw, replacing a worn or damaged cutting element. It is responsible for real wood cutting - from trimming branches, to cutting logs for firewood, to precise carpentry and construction work.

The application of this chain is very wide: it is great for garden work, orchards, forestry, firewood harvesting, as well as for construction and service companies that regularly cut structural timber, beams, squared timbers or boards.

Victus 95VP OO-ACCV95VP64 cutting chain - precision selection for efficient operation

Used in chain Victus 95VP OO-ACCV95VP64 technical parameters have been selected to ensure maximum cutting efficiency while reducing resistance and wear of the saw. The basis for this is pitch 0.325",groove width 1.3 mm and the right number of guide links to match the chain to popular bar lengths.

Pitch 0.325" is a compromise between aggressive, ultra-fast cutting and smooth, comfortable operation. As a result, the chain will work well in the hands of both amateur users and professionals who appreciate the stability of the work and easier control of the tool, especially when cutting for longer periods of time.

Groove width 1.3 mm (known as the thickness of the guide cell) means a thinner cut, and therefore a lower power requirements and noticeably faster cutting compared to thicker chains. This is important for medium-powered saws popular in households - the engine is less stressed, runs more smoothly, and fuel or energy consumption is lower.

The chain is also distinguished by its well-developed guide link geometry, which translates into secure guidance along the guide groove, less noise and reduced vibration. In practice, the user experiences this as less tiring, more controlled operation, even with longer cutting cycles.

Examples of daily applications of these technical parameters:

  • cutting firewood from logs with a diameter of 20-35 cm in the household,
  • pruning and felling of trees of medium thickness in an orchard or small forest,
  • cutting boards, beams and scantlings for the construction of a shed, garage or gazebo.

Half-chisel type cutting teeth - an ideal compromise between cutting speed and ease of sharpening

One of the most important features of the presented chain are cutting teeth of semi-cutting type. It is their shape that is responsible for the way the chain bites into the wood, the rate of feed and the quality of the surface after cutting. A half chisel has a more rounded cutting edge profile than a full chisel, which offers several practical advantages.

First of all, half chisel teeth are much more resistant to dulling in conditions of working with dirty wood - for example, when there is sand, bark with earth or fine dirt in it. This is especially important when cutting firewood stored directly on the ground or stored longer in the yard.

Secondly, this type of tooth is easier to sharpen by yourself. All it takes is the right file diameter and maintaining the right angle to quickly bring the chain back to full sharpness. This allows the user to work longer on a single chain, reducing service and replacement costs.

Third, the half-chisel teeth provide smooth, controlled bite into the wood, which reduces the risk of a sudden "jerk" of the saw. This makes work easier for less experienced users, and increases safety when making precision cuts, such as when cutting boards or structural components.

Examples of the use of half chisel teeth in practice:

  • regular cutting of lightly soiled firewood, where a full chisel would quickly dull,
  • work in the construction of wooden structures, where repeatable cutting precision and tool control are important,
  • occasional pruning in more difficult terrain - such as removing fallen trees in the forest or on a plot of land.

Guide links with anti-kickback protrusion - safety and comfort at work

The chain is equipped with guide links with anti-knockout protrusion, which play a key role in reducing kickbacks. Bounce is a sudden, violent upward and backward jerk of the slide, occurring most often when the nose of the slide comes into contact with the material. Can be dangerous, especially for less experienced users.

The anti-kickback protrusion adequately controls the depth of the tooth's bite into the wood, reducing the aggressiveness of the cut. As a result, the saw works more stable, quieter and with less vibration. The operator has more time to react, and the risk of an uncontrolled bar pop-up is noticeably lower.

In addition, smoother chain operation means less hand and wrist fatigue. This is important during longer work sessions, such as when preparing more wood for the winter or working in the forest all day. Comfort directly translates into accuracy and safety, which is especially important in professional settings.

Practical examples of the benefits of cells with anti-reflection performance:

  • safer trimming of overhead branches where control of the saw is difficult,
  • trimming of trunks near obstacles (fence, wall, building), where rebound could cause damage,
  • longer operation without excessive fatigue during seasonal fuel procurement.

Mounting the OO-ACCV95VP64 chain in the saw - easy replacement and correct adjustment

Cutting chain 1.3 mm 0.325" OO-ACCV95VP64 mounts as standard on the guide of the saw, according to the instructions of the manufacturer of the device. Matching three parameters is key: chain pitch, guide groove width and the number of leading links. The product is designed to work with bars with a groove of 1.3 mm and the corresponding number of links, so it will perfectly replace the worn chain in many popular models of chainsaws.

The installation process itself is simple: just loosen the nuts holding the clutch cover, remove the old chain loop, put the new chain on the sprocket and guide bar, and then adjust the tension so that the guide links sit securely in the groove, but the chain can be moved by hand. Proper tension and lubrication extend the life of both the chain and the bar.

In everyday use, replacing the chain with a new one allows you to regain the full performance of your chainsaw - Reduces cutting time, reduces engine load and improves safety. That's why it's a good idea to have at least one spare chain in the workshop so that if it gets dull, you can continue working right away.

Examples of situations in which the new OO-ACCV95VP64 chain is an ideal choice:

  • when the existing chain has already been sharpened many times and is losing its ability to maintain sharpness,
  • before the heating season, when you prepare a larger amount of firewood,
  • in a service company as a backup chain to avoid downtime while working at the customer's site.

Use of 1.3 mm 0.325" cutting chain - from garden to professional services

Thanks to its universal parameters and well-thought-out design, the chain OO-ACCV95VP64 will find application in many different scenarios. It will work well in the hands of both private users and professionals in the forestry, gardening or construction industries.

In the household, it is ideal for preparing firewood, cleaning up orchards, cutting branches after windstorms, as well as backyard work - such as trimming beams and boards when building a terrace, shed or gazebo. Smooth chain operation and good control of the saw make the work faster and the results more aesthetic.

In professional applications, the chain will prove useful in forestry service companies, carpentry companies, repair and construction companies and wherever structural and firewood is regularly cut. Resistance to dulling in poorer conditions and ease of sharpening reduce downtime and operating costs.

Regardless of the workplace, the user gets a cutting tool with high quality workmanship, refined design details and a very good price/life ratio. This translates into real savings in time and money, as well as greater job security.

FAQ - Frequently asked questions about 1.3 mm 0.325" cutting chain OO-ACCV95VP64

Question 1: For which chainsaws this chain fits?
The chain fits chainsaws equipped with guides with a pitch 0.325",groove width 1.3 mm and an appropriate number of leading links. Before buying, it's a good idea to check these parameters in the saw's manual or on the bar itself, where they are usually stamped.

Question 2: How to properly tension the chain after installation?
After putting the chain on the guide bar and sprocket, tighten the tensioner so that the guide links sit well in the groove, but the chain can be moved by hand with gloves. Too much tension increases the wear and strain on the saw, too much slack threatens to drop the chain. After a few minutes of operation, it is a good idea to check the tension again.

Question 3: How often to sharpen a chain with half chisel teeth?
Sharpening frequency depends on the type of wood and working conditions. When typically cutting dry firewood, a light sharpening is recommended after each more intensive day's work. If there is sand or other debris in the wood, the chain may need sharpening more often. Symptoms of dulling are a decrease in cutting speed, a fine, dusty chip and the need to push the saw harder.

Question 4: Is a chain with an anti-kickback projection suitable for beginners?
Yes, the guide links with anti-kickback protrusion clearly increase operating safety, reducing the risk of sudden guide bounce. It is a good choice for both novice users and those who appreciate the quiet, controlled operation of a chainsaw, such as when making precision cuts near buildings.

Question 5: How to take care of the chain to make it last as long as possible?
To maximize the life of the chain, you should: use the right oil for lubrication, regularly clean the bar and oil holes, control the tension, avoid contact with soil, metal and stones, and systematically sharpen the teeth according to the recommended angles. Storing the chain in a dry place and lightly oiling it prevents corrosion.

Selecting SAW CUTTING CHAIN 1.3 MM 0.325" 64 GUIDE LINKS OO-ACCV95VP64, you are investing in a reliable, safe and efficient tool that will allow you to complete any wood cutting job faster and more conveniently.
