What is 1.5 mm 325" 56 guide link saw chain OO-ACCV21BP56?

The OO-ACCV21BP56 cutting chain is the working element of the saw responsible for actually cutting through the wood. It consists of interconnected guide, cutting and connecting links, forming a closed loop that moves along a guideway. This model uses:

  • 56 guide links - guaranteeing a perfect fit for guides supporting chains of this length and pitch 0.325".
  • Graduation 0.325" - A popular standard in medium power saws, combining very good performance with high operating culture and low vibration levels.
  • Guide link thickness 1.5 mm - Provides stable chain guidance in the bar groove and increased wear resistance.
  • Semi-chisel teeth - Optimal compromise between cutting speed and long blade life, with high resistance to dulling in less favorable conditions (dirty, frozen wood).
  • Cells with anti-reflection performance - Significantly increase the safety of work by reducing the risk of dangerous kickback of the saw (kickback).

This is a complete chain ready to install - just fit it to the bar on your saw and tension it properly to enjoy smooth, clean cutting of softwoods and hardwoods.

Where the Victus OO-ACCV21BP56 cutting chain is installed and with which chainsaws it works with?

The Victus OO-ACCV21BP56 cutting chain mounts on the bar of a petrol or electric saw, equipped with a 1.5 mm groove and suitable for a chain with a pitch of 0.325" and 56 guide links. This is a very popular configuration, so the chain fits many models of garden, agricultural and forestry chainsaws from different manufacturers (after checking the compatibility of parameters in the instructions of the device).

Assembly consists of:

  1. Removing the saw's side cover and loosening the chain tensioner.
  2. Insert the chain on the drive sprocket and in the groove of the guide bar, observing the correct direction of the cutting teeth.
  3. Pre-tensioning the chain with a tensioner.
  4. Tighten the nuts securing the guide and finally adjust the tension (the links should adhere to the guide, but allow you to slide out slightly by hand).

The chain will find application m.in. in chainsaws used:

  • by owners of single-family homes to prepare wood for the fireplace,
  • on farms during cleanup work, pruning branches and removing old trees,
  • in carpentry shops and construction workshops for cutting elements of roof structures or trusses.

Use of 1.5 mm 325" 56 link Victus 21BP cutting chain in daily work

Victus OO-ACCV21BP56 cutting chain is designed as a universal solution for cutting wood of different hardness and moisture content. Thanks to its design, it is perfect for both light household work and intensive, regular use.

  • Preparation of firewood - Quickly sawing logs into shorter lengths, cutting logs into billets, preparing wood for a fireplace or solid fuel boiler.
  • Work in the orchard and garden - Removal of thick branches, pruning of fruit trees, cleaning up windbreaks after storms, cutting back of volunteer trees.
  • Construction and carpentry applications - Cutting beams, rafters, scantlings, formwork elements, preparation of construction timber on the project site.
  • Forestry and professional work - Falling of smaller trees, limbing, thinning of stored wood, logging work.

Thanks to the half chisel teeth, the chain maintains a high working culture even when the wood is slightly soiled with sand or earth, which in practice means fewer sharpening breaks and greater efficiency of work during the day.

Victus 21BP cutting chain OO-ACCV21BP56 - quality, durability and operational safety

The key advantage of the Victus 21BP chain is the combination of high-end materials and thoughtful design, which translates into real benefits for the user: longer life, less susceptibility to dulling, and greater safety when operating the chainsaw.

  • Resistant alloy steel - The chain links are made of specially hardened steel, which keeps the cutting edges sharp for a long time, even under heavy use.
  • Half chisel teeth with increased strength - The half-chisel shape provides stable, aggressive wood cutting while allowing faster recovery of sharpness when sharpening with a file.
  • Anti-reflection performances - appropriately shaped stops, reducing the tendency of the saw to suddenly "jump" when in contact with the wood. This reduces the risk of injury to the operator and improves working comfort.

In practice, this means that the chain handles difficult material better - such as wood with little dirt - and allows for longer periods of operation between sharpening. The gain from this solution is twofold: lower cost of operation and higher productivity during the working day.

Comfort of 1.5 mm 325" 56 link chain - less vibration and smooth cutting

A modern cutting chain should not only cut quickly, but also minimize operator fatigue. The OO-ACCV21BP56 is designed to reduce vibration and ensure smooth travel on the guide bar. This is of great importance during longer work sessions - hands get less tired and the precision of cuts remains at a high level.

  • Precision-made links - Even chain pitch and bar fit promotes smooth, even cutting without "jerks".
  • Optimal tooth geometry - The half chisel bites into the wood more gently than an aggressive full chisel, noticeably reducing vibration and making it easier to guide the saw in a straight line.
  • Stable guidance in the groove - the thickness of the guide 1.5 mm provides sufficiently rigid chain work, which translates into simpler cutting of logs, boards and beams.

When pruning branches at height, cutting wood in hard-to-reach areas, or precisely cutting structural components, less vibration directly translates into greater safety and comfort - especially for less experienced users.

How to take care of the Victus 21BP cutting chain to make it last as long as possible?

Proper operation and maintenance of the OO-ACCV21BP56 cutting chain significantly extends its life and improves cutting quality. A few simple rules will allow you to enjoy its full capabilities for a long time:

  • Regular sharpening - check the sharpness of your teeth after every long run. Sharpen with a file matched to a 0.325" pitch (usually 4.8 mm), maintaining the recommended sharpening angle.
  • Proper tension - too loose chain can slip off the bar, too strong - leads to overheating and faster wear. Properly tensioned chain slightly adheres to the bar and can be lifted slightly.
  • Proper lubrication - always use chain lubrication oil. Lack of lubrication results in overheating, stretching and accelerated cell wear.
  • Avoiding contact with soil and metal - striking a stone, concrete, wire or nail can instantly dull or damage the teeth. It's a good idea to inspect the wood before cutting and be careful when working on the ground.

By following these simple rules, you will maintain high cutting efficiency, reduce fuel consumption, and minimize the cost of servicing and replacing saw attachments.

FAQ - frequently asked questions about Victus OO-ACCV21BP56 cutting chain

Question 1: How to check if the OO-ACCV21BP56 chain will fit my chainsaw?
To select a chain, compare three parameters: pitch (0.325"), guide link thickness (1.5 mm) and number of guide links (56) with the data in the saw manual or on the old bar/chain. If all values match, the string will be appropriate.

Question 2: What type of wood is this chain best suited for??
Victus 21BP chain is universal - it can perfectly cope with both coniferous (spruce, pine) and deciduous (birch, oak, beech) wood. The half chisel teeth also work well in lightly soiled wood, typically used for garden or forestry cleanup work.

Question 3: How often should the chain be sharpened?
Sharpening frequency depends on work intensity and cutting conditions. For typical home use, a brief sharpening after each long day's work is recommended. If you notice that the saw cuts slower, begins to "tire" or fine dust instead of chips appears - the chain needs sharpening.

Question 4: Is this chain suitable for cutting frozen or wet wood?
Yes, half chisel type teeth are more resistant to dulling in more difficult conditions, such as wet or frozen wood. However, it is important to remember to check sharpness more often and to properly lubricate the chain with oil.

Question 5: What files are needed to sharpen this chain?
For chains with 0.325" pitch, a 4.8 mm round file is usually used. For convenience and precision, it is advisable to use a sharpening guide, which makes it easier to maintain the correct sharpening angle.

Question 6: Is the chain immediately ready for use after removal from the packaging?
Yes, the chain is factory sharpened and ready for installation. After attaching it to the saw, tension it properly and make sure the lubrication system works properly. After a short period of operation, it is a good idea to check the tension again, as the new chain may stretch minimally.

When you choose Victus OO-ACCV21BP56 1.5mm 325" 56 guide link chainsaw cutting chain, you are investing in a proven solution that combines high cutting performance, above-average durability and enhanced operational safety. It's the ideal choice for users who value quality, reliability and convenience of their chainsaw on a daily basis.
