Chainsaw guide bar 18" .325" 1.5 mm 188SLGK095 OO-ACCV188SLGK095 - reliable guide bar for intensive forest and garden work

Chain saw guide bar 188SLGK095 OO-ACCV188SLGK095 is a high-quality cutting element designed for professional and semi-professional chainsaws. Provides precise chain guidance, stability during cutting and long life even under heavy use. Great for both households and companies involved in logging, landscaping or gardening services.

What is a chain saw guide bar? This is a key component of the cutting system on which the cutting chain travels. The quality of the guide depends not only on the speed and cleanliness of the cut, but also on operator safety, vibration levels and fuel or energy consumption. Model 188SLGK095 OO-ACCV188SLGK095 is designed to meet the requirements of demanding users - it is rigid, resistant to overheating and provides stable chain operation in all conditions.

Where the 188SLGK095 guide is mounted OO-ACCV188SLGK095? The guide bar is mounted in the body of the chainsaw, between the clutch drum and the chain tensioner. Simply remove the side cover of the saw, put the bar on the mounting pin, then put the cutting chain on the drive sprocket and around the perimeter of the bar, then adjust the chain tension with the tension screw. Correctly selected guide guarantees safe and efficient cutting of wood of different diameters.

Applications of the 188SLGK095 OO-ACCV188SLGK095 guide include firewood harvesting, log and log cutting, tree felling and limbing, orchard care, plot cleanup, cutting boards and squared timber, as well as any cleanup work in the garden and around the house. Thanks to appropriately selected technical parameters, it provides an optimal compromise between cutting speed, work precision and durability.

Chain saw guide bar:

  • Length 18"
  • Pitch .325"
  • Chain groove width 1.5 mm
  • Tip with 12 teeth fixed with 4 rivets

Chainsaw guide bar 188SLGK095 - optimum length 18" for forest, garden and allotment work

Prowadnica do pilarek łańcuchowych 188SLGK095 OO-ACCV188SLGK095 18 cali

Guide length 18" (approx. 45 cm) is a universal standard that is excellent for most home and professional applications. It's long enough to handle thicker logs, trunks or beams, yet manageable enough to maintain full control of the saw in tight spaces or when cutting branches with precision. This makes the 188SLGK095 OO-ACCV188SLGK095 an excellent choice for both professional and amateur users.

In everyday use, the 18" length allows you to efficiently cut firewood on the allotment, prepare logs for the construction of a gazebo, shed or fence, and remove thicker branches after windstorms. When felling trees, this length provides a safe margin, allowing you to quickly cut through the trunk without putting too much strain on the saw engine. In addition, the trade-off between length and weight of the guide translates into less hand fatigue for the operator during prolonged operation.

For service companies, carpenters or gardening crews, the 18" guide is a versatile tool that can be taken to any project - from cleaning up a project site to precision cutting of construction timber. One guide model can handle a wide range of tasks, reducing the need to change equipment between jobs.

Precise graduation .325" and 1.5 mm groove - high cutting performance and less stress on the saw

Prowadnica 18 cali 188SLGK095 podziałka .325 1,5 mm

The 188SLGK095 OO-ACCV188SLGK095 guide bar is designed for pitch chains .325". This is a very popular standard used in medium power saws, combining high cutting performance with reduced vibration levels. This pitch ensures that the teeth bite aggressively but smoothly into the material, reducing cutting time and increasing operator comfort. In addition, it improves control of the saw, which is of great importance for precision work - such as cutting branches or preparing structural components.

Chain groove width of 1.5 mm ensures stable chain guidance around the perimeter of the bar. The chain does not have the ability to "dance" sideways, so the cut is even, straight and predictable. For longer cuts in hardwoods such as oak and beech, this is crucial for surface quality and work safety. The well-fitted groove also reduces the risk of the chain jumping out of the bar when the wood is suddenly jammed.

In utility practice, proper selection of pitch chain .325" and 1.5mm thick for the 188SLGK095 guide bar OO-ACCV188SLGK095 makes the saw run lighter and the engine is not overloaded. You'll feel it when you're cutting firewood every day, when the device doesn't "get tired" every time you plunge into the trunk, as well as in the woodworking shop, where repeatability and cleanliness of the cut are important. The right configuration of the cutting system also results in lower fuel or energy consumption and extends the life of both the chain and the bar itself.

12 tooth 4 rivet tip - durability, less chain wear and smooth handling

Końcówka prowadnicy 188SLGK095 z 12 zębami

Guide 188SLGK095 OO-ACCV188SLGK095 features a heavy-duty 12-tooth tip attached with 4 rivets. This design increases the resistance of the end of the bar to stress and overheating, which occurs mainly during intensive cutting of thick logs, especially when the chain is in prolonged contact with the material. The reinforced tip minimizes the risk of deformation and breakage, and this translates into a longer life for the entire component.

A sprocket at the end of the bar reduces friction between the chain and the bar, so the chain runs smoother and heats up less. In everyday practice, this means less wear and tear on cutting elements, less frequent need for chain sharpening, and savings in time and money. When cutting structural timber, such as in the construction of sheds, gazebos or frame structures, the stable and cool tip of the guide bar allows you to maintain consistent cut quality throughout the entire length of the cut.

The solid mounting of the tip on four rivets also means security. Even in harsh conditions - when cutting dirty wood, branches with sand or during demolition work - the guide maintains structural integrity. The operator can focus on the precision of his work and not worry about equipment failures. This type of solution is appreciated by professional lumberjacks, service companies and discerning do-it-yourselfers who expect many years of trouble-free operation from the bar.

Application of guide 188SLGK095 OO-ACCV188SLGK095 - from firewood to professional work

Zastosowanie prowadnicy do pilarki 188SLGK095

The versatile performance of the 188SLGK095 OO-ACCV188SLGK095 guide makes it ideal for a wide range of applications. In the household, it is great for preparing firewood, cutting planks and beams for the construction of a gazebo, pergola or terrace, as well as for cleaning up the garden - removing dry and damaged branches, pruning trees and shrubs. With the right length, the guide allows you to easily deal with billets of significant diameter, while remaining handy for precision cuts.

In professional applications, the guide will work well for forestry companies, construction crews, carpentry companies and municipal companies. Allows you to quickly limb the trunk after felling a tree, prepare logs for transport, cut structural timber components or carry out cleanup work after strong winds. Robust design and precise chain routing translate into higher productivity for the entire team - less downtime, less chain sharpening and less risk of failure.

Thanks to the standard pitch .325" and a groove width of 1.5 mm the guide is compatible with many popular models of saws on the market (after selecting the right chain and checking the mounting). This is a great convenience for companies with extensive machinery - one type of guide can be used in several different machines, which simplifies the logistics of spare parts and service.

FAQ - Frequently asked questions about the 188SLGK095 guide OO-ACCV188SLGK095

Question 1: For which saws the bar 188SLGK095 OO-ACCV188SLGK095 fits?
The bar is designed for chainsaws that work with pitch chains .325" and a drive link width of 1.5 mm. Before purchasing, check the saw's manual for the type of bar mounting, allowable length and required chain parameters. If your chainsaw runs on a chain .325" / 1.5 mm and an 18" guide is provided for it, there is a good chance that this model will be suitable.

Question 2: Do I need to buy a special chain for this bar?
Yes - for guide bar 188SLGK095 OO-ACCV188SLGK095 you must select a chain with the following parameters: pitch .325" and a link thickness of 1.5 mm, with the appropriate number of links depending on the length of the bar and the type of chainsaw. Using the wrong chain can result in excessive bar wear, poorer cutting quality and even dangerous operation of the machine.

Question 3: For what work is the guide 18 best suited?"?
The 18" long guide will work well for cutting firewood, felling and limbing medium thickness trees, cleaning up plots and gardens, as well as cutting structural timber components. It is a versatile choice for home users and service companies who need a single, comprehensive solution for most applications.

Question 4: How to take care of the guide 188SLGK095 OO-ACCV188SLGK095 to serve as long as possible?
Regularly clean the bar groove from sawdust and debris, make sure the chain is properly lubricated, and check chain tension. From time to time, rotate the guide "upside down" so that its edges wear evenly. Avoid prolonged cutting with too much pressure, which causes overheating and accelerated wear of the bar tip.

Question 5: How to recognize that the guide is suitable for replacement?
The need to replace the guide is evidenced by m.in. pronounced gouges and excessive widening of the groove, difficulty in maintaining a straight cutting line, frequent chain drop or jamming, as well as visible damage to the sprocket tip. If you observe such symptoms, it is a good idea to replace the guide bar with a new one to maintain the safety and quality of the saw's operation.
