Chainsaw guide bar 15" .325" 1.5 mm 158SLGK041 OO-ACCV158SLGK041 - professional cutting accuracy and reliability

Chainsaw bar 158SLGK041 OO-ACCV158SLGK041 is a high-quality work piece designed for intensive woodworking operations. With an optimized length of 15 inches, pitch .325" and a groove width of 1.5 mm, the guide enables precise, fast and safe cutting in all conditions - from the home garden to professional forestry applications.

What is the guide for the 158SLGK041 OO-ACCV158SLGK041 chainsaw?
This is the metal structural component of the chainsaw on which the cutting chain travels. Responsible for stable chain guidance, maintaining proper chain tension, and transferring power from the saw drive to the wood. The right choice of guide bar determines the efficiency of the work, the comfort of the user and the life of the whole saw.

Where the 158SLGK041 guide is mounted OO-ACCV158SLGK041?
The guide bar is mounted directly to the body of the chainsaw - in place of the clutch and chain drive output. It is attached using the factory bolts and nuts found on the saw, and then a matching pitch cutting chain is fitted .325" and 1.5 mm wide. The end of the bar is equipped with a sprocket with 12 teeth set on four rivets, which ensures smooth running of the chain and less cutting resistance.

Application of guide bar for chainsaws 158SLGK041 OO-ACCV158SLGK041
The guide bar is designed for standard chainsaws working with pitch chains .325". It will be ideal for both light garden work and more demanding tasks:

  • pruning branches and tree branches,
  • preparing firewood (cutting blocks, logs),
  • cleanup work after storms and windstorms,
  • light and medium forestry and orchard work,
  • cutting planks, beams and structural elements made of wood.

Professional chain saw bar 158SLGK041 OO-ACCV158SLGK041 - length 15", pitch .325", 1.5 mm groove

Prowadnica do pilarek łańcuchowych 158SLGK041 OO-ACCV158SLGK041 15 cali

The 158SLGK041 OO-ACCV158SLGK041 guide is designed to achieve the best possible cutting performance while maintaining high durability. Length 15" (approx. 38 cm) is a universal size that provides comfortable work and full control of the tool for both amateur users and professionals.

Three key features of this guide:

  1. Optimum length 15" - Allows you to precisely cut firewood, shorten beams and boards or care for trees in the garden. The guide bar is not too long, so the saw remains handy and the operator has better control over the cut, which translates into safety.
  2. Chain pitch .325" - one of the most popular scales in universal saws. Provides a good compromise between cutting aggressiveness and operating culture. This makes the saw less "jerky" and the cut is smooth - ideal for trimming branches or preparing firewood.
  3. Groove width 1.5 mm - Fits the most commonly used chains on medium power saws. The appropriate width of the groove guarantees stable chain guidance, prevents the chain from "floating" from side to side and increases the accuracy of the cut, which is especially important when cutting wood structural components.

Examples of daily use:

  • the owner of a single-family house prepares several meters of firewood for the heating season by cutting logs into even sections,
  • the gardener trims the thicker branches of ornamental and fruit trees, taking care of the aesthetics of the garden,
  • dIY cut beams and scantlings for the construction of a gazebo, shed or wooden fence.

Durable tip design - 12-tooth sprocket on 4 rivets for smooth chain running

Końcówka prowadnicy do pilarki z zębatką 12-zębną

The 158SLGK041 OO-ACCV158SLGK041 bar tip is equipped with a heavy-duty sprocket with 12 teeth, fixed with four rivets. This design significantly increases the life of the component and ensures smooth operation of the chain even during prolonged loading.

The three most important advantages of the pinion tip:

  1. Smoother running chain - A guide sprocket at the end of the bar reduces friction and resistance to chain movement, making it easier to enter the material. As a result, the saw requires less clamping force and the user tires less, especially when working for long periods of time.
  2. Less wear and tear on the chain and bar - the use of a 12-tooth sprocket distributes the load over a larger number of points, reducing local wear and tear. This translates into longer life for both the chain and the bar, and therefore lower operating costs in the long run.
  3. Stable mounting on 4 rivets - Solid connection of the tip to the bar body reduces the risk of backlash and deformation during intensive work. This is especially important when cutting harder wood or when using the saw frequently in forestry conditions.

Application in practice:

  • when cutting thick logs and harder woods, where standard guides can wear out faster,
  • in service work (such as logging and tree care companies), where the saw is used daily and requires maximum reliability,
  • when preparing significant amounts of fuel - the sprocket reduces the heating of the bar tip, which reduces the risk of chain seizure.

Comfort, safety and precision - the practical benefits of using the 158SLGK041 OO-ACCV158SLGK041 guide

Profesjonalna prowadnica do pilarek łańcuchowych 158SLGK041 OO-ACCV158SLGK041

Chainsaw bar 158SLGK041 OO-ACCV158SLGK041 is designed to enhance user comfort and safety while ensuring high cutting accuracy. The right geometry, fit with popular chains, and careful workmanship make it an excellent choice for both seasonal and regular work.

Three key user benefits:

  1. More control over the tool - well-chosen length and profile of the guide bar make it easier to guide the saw in the cutting line. This is important when cutting structural components or cutting wood into even sections, where accuracy counts.
  2. Higher level of security - stable chain guidance and less vibration reduce the risk of kickback and accidental "jamming" of the bar in the material. The user can work more confidently and calmly, even with more demanding tasks.
  3. Comfort for longer work - Smooth running chain and less cutting resistance means less hand and shoulder fatigue. This is important when preparing firewood for hours or doing intensive gardening work.

Daily applications where you will feel the difference:

  • regular cleaning of the orchard or plot - cutting back volunteer trees, pruning dry branches, shaping tree crowns,
  • construction and renovation - cutting rafters, beams and other wooden elements to size,
  • work around the farm - preparing firewood, cutting piles and elements for fences, sheds or gazebos.

4. How to take care of the slide to serve as long as possible?

Regularly clean the guide groove and lubrication holes, check the condition of the sprocket on the tip, and periodically rotate the guide (up and down) so that wear is uniform. It is also important to maintain proper chain tension and use the right oil to lubricate the cutting system.

5. Can I replace the guide bar on my chainsaw myself?

Yes, replacing the guide bar is a service activity that most users can do themselves, following the instructions of the chainsaw manufacturer. Take care to properly disconnect the power supply (on electric models) or turn off the engine and lock the ignition (on petrol saws), then unscrew the mount, remove the chain and bar, install a new one and put the chain back on, setting the correct tension.
