140SDEA074 chainsaw guide OO-ACCV140SDEA074 - professional 14" 3/8" hobby 1.3 mm guide for demanding users

Chainsaw bar 140SDEA074 OO-ACCV140SDEA074 is a high-quality cutting element designed for hobby and semi-professional grade chainsaws. Ensures precise chain guidance, stable operation of the machine and long service life during daily use in the garden, orchard or on the allotment.

Chain saw guide bar:

  • Length 14"
  • 3/8" hobby pitch
  • Chain groove width 1.3 mm
  • Tip with 7 teeth fixed with 1 rivet

What is the guide for saws 140SDEA074 OO-ACCV140SDEA074?

Guide bar 140SDEA074 OO-ACCV140SDEA074 is a steel cutting bar on which the chain of a chainsaw runs. Responsible for maintaining the correct direction of cutting, work stability and user safety. With its optimal length of 14", the guide is ideal for both small household jobs and more demanding tasks such as cutting thick branches or preparing firewood.

The bar is designed for users who want reliability and easy installation on popular chainsaw models. Robust construction provides resistance to bending, overheating and abrasion, resulting in long service life without frequent replacement.

Where is the 140SDEA074 guide mounted OO-ACCV140SDEA074?

The guide bar is mounted directly in the body of the chainsaw, in place of the factory cutting bar. It is compatible with chains with 3/8" hobby pitch and 1.3 mm guide link width. Thanks to the standard mounting system, fitting and replacing the bar is quick and intuitive - just loosen the mounting nuts, remove the old bar and install the new one, taking care of the correct chain tension.

End piece with 7 teeth fixed with one rivet guarantees stable sprocket seating and efficient chain guidance at the end of the bar. Such a solution increases the life of the component, minimizes the risk of chain blockage and improves operator comfort, especially when cutting or limbing wood for long periods of time.

Application of guide bar for chainsaws 140SDEA074 OO-ACCV140SDEA074

The 14" long guide is a versatile choice for most garden, construction and utility work. It will prove itself wherever precision, safety and convenience of operating the saw are important. With parameters matched to 3/8" hobby 1.3 mm chains, this product is ideal for private users, do-it-yourselfers, farmers and landscapers.

Victus 140SDEA074 chainsaw guide OO-ACCV140SDEA074 - durability, precision and safety in one

Prowadnica do pilarek 140SDEA074 OO-ACCV140SDEA074

Victus 140SDEA074 OO-ACCV140SDEA074 guide was created for users who expect the highest quality at a reasonable price. Robust material and precise workmanship guarantee long service life without deformation or excessive wear and tear. The 1.3 mm wide groove used works perfectly with popular cutting chains, which translates into stable handling, reduced vibration and clean, even cutting.

Single riveted 7-tooth tip provides secure support for the chain even during heavy use. This reduces the risk of chain skipping and makes working with the saw safer. This is especially important when cutting harder woods, such as oak or hornbeam, where the loads on the cutting set are much higher than in ordinary garden work.

In everyday use - during seasonal preparation of wood for the fireplace or regular pruning of fruit trees - the user will appreciate the certainty of guidance, reduced hand fatigue and speed of work. Good sawdust evacuation and optimum bar geometry promote smooth cutting without "pulling" the saw or jamming the chain.

The key advantages of the 14" 3/8" hobby 1.3 mm guide in daily work

Prowadnica 14 cali 3/8 hobby 1,3 mm
  • Optimum length 14" - provides a very good compromise between cutting range and maneuverability of the saw. It will work well for limbing, cutting branches overhead and working in confined spaces, such as between trees or against buildings. It also makes it easier to control the direction of the cut, which is important for novice users.
  • 3/8" hobby pitch - dedicated to hobby and semi-professional chainsaws. A chain of this pitch cuts quickly and efficiently, without putting undue strain on the engine of the machine. It's ideal for homeowners, allotment holders and farmers who do regular but not typically professional work with a chainsaw.
  • Groove width 1.3 mm - ensures precise chain link guidance and minimizes side-to-side chain "run-out". This translates into cleaner, straighter cuts, fewer chips and reduced operator fatigue. In practice, this means that you will prepare firewood faster, and the cut boards or beams will have an even surface.

Why you should replace your old guide with model 140SDEA074 OO-ACCV140SDEA074?

Nowa prowadnica do pilarki 140SDEA074

A worn guide bar is a common cause of uneven cuts, chain overheating and even chain dropping. The investment in the new 140SDEA074 OO-ACCV140SDEA074 guide quickly pays for itself - both in comfort and safety. New bar reduces the risk of jams, saw kickback and accelerated chain wear.

  • When preparing several meters of firewood per year, the new guide will significantly reduce working time and downtime for chain tensioning.
  • When cutting branches at height, greater control of the saw means greater safety - especially for the less experienced.
  • In minor construction work (cutting beams, posts, battens), accurate cutting will make it easier to fit the elements and improve the aesthetics of the structure.

How to take care of the guide 140SDEA074 OO-ACCV140SDEA074 to serve as long as possible?

Pielęgnacja prowadnicy do pilarki
  • Regularly clean the bar groove from sawdust and resin - this will help lubricate the chain and prevent it from overheating.
  • Control the chain tension - too loose can fall off, and too tight will wear out both the bar and the chain itself faster.
  • Every now and then, rotate the guide 180° when mounting - you will evenly distribute the wear on the top and bottom edges of the groove.
  • Use high quality chain oil - this will prolong the life of all cutting system components.
  • Avoid contact between the guide bar and the ground, rocks or metal - hitting a hard object can damage the pinion tip.

FAQ - Frequently asked questions about the 140SDEA074 OO-ACCV140SDEA074 chainsaw guide

Question 1: Will the 140SDEA074 guide bar OO-ACCV140SDEA074 fit my chainsaw?
The bar is designed for saws that work with chains with 3/8" hobby pitch and a width of 1.3 mm. To be sure of compatibility, check your saw's manual for the allowable bar length (14") and chain specifications, or compare the markings with the bar you have been using so far.

Question 2: What work is this guide best suited for?
The 140SDEA074 OO-ACCV140SDEA074 model will be ideal for garden and utility work: cutting branches, preparing firewood, limbing trees, cutting boards and beams. With a length of 14", it provides good control of the saw, which will be especially appreciated by home users and allotment holders.

Question 3: How often should you replace the bar on your chain saw?
The frequency of replacement depends on the intensity of use and the manner of operation. If you notice uneven cuts, hard groove formation, excessive heat build-up, or difficulty running the chain, it's a sign that the guide bar is worn out. With regular seasonal household chores, replacement every few years is usually fully sufficient.

Question 4: Can I use any 3/8 chain for this bar"?
Not. Guide bar works with chains with 3/8" pitch hobby and guide link width of 1.3 mm. Using a chain of a different width or type may cause the cutting set to work improperly, wear out the guide bar faster, and even endanger the user.

Question 5: How to recognize that the guide has been properly installed?
After installing the guide bar, the chain should move freely in the groove without jamming and without excessive play. The guide bar should sit firmly on the body of the saw, and the mounting nuts must be properly tightened. After the first few cuts, it's a good idea to check the chain tension and adjust it if necessary.

When you choose the 140SDEA074 OO-ACCV140SDEA074 chainsaw bar, you are investing in a reliable and durable component that will increase the comfort, speed and safety of your chainsaw. It's a practical solution for anyone who values proven quality and reliability in their daily work with wood.
