It's ideal for users who want greater stability, safety and efficiency when tilling the soil and doing other household chores.

MH197/198 pneumatic wheels 69209089 - construction, size and strength of tires

Pneumatic wheels designed for use with the MH197 soil planter.

Tire size - 3.50-6

Wheel diameter 12" - 31 cm

Wheel width - 3.5" - 9 cm

Koła pneumatyczne 12 cali do glebogryzarki MH197/198 69209089

Pneumatic wheels 12" for MH197/198 69209089 are made of durable rubber compound and steel rim, which guarantees long life even under heavy use. Tire size 3.50-6 means an optimal compromise between width and diameter, so that the wheel efficiently "cuts" through the soil, while resting stably on the ground. 12" diameter (approx. 31 cm) provides adequate ground clearance and good shock absorption, while the 3.5" width (approx. 9 cm) allows the machine to be guided confidently on both softer and harder ground.

Strong tread design with deep, directional blocks guarantees great grip - the wheels "bite" into the ground, minimizing slippage. Such a solution is especially important when loosening heavier soil, working on slopes, or when pulling additional accessories such as a plow, a landscaper or a small transport cart. In addition, the pneumatic (inner tube) design allows gentle vibration damping, which increases operator comfort and protects the machine's gears from excessive strain.

The use of pneumatic wheels 12" for the MH197/198 soil tiller in the garden and farm

Zastosowanie kół pneumatycznych 12 cali do glebogryzarki MH197/198

Pneumatic wheels 12" for MH197/198 69209089 are created for users who expect their tiller not only to loosen soil, but also to be able to perform a range of other gardening and household work. They are mounted on the drive axle of the tiller in place of standard working wheels or metal gears, usually using dedicated mounts and locking pins. In this way, they transform the tiller into a more versatile working machine.

In practice, this means that once these wheels are installed, you can comfortably:

  • carry loads on a garden trailer (small building materials, bags of soil, compost, fertilizer),
  • perform cultivation work with additional tools (plow, potato planter, cultivator, harrow),
  • work on longer routes - for example, between farm buildings and a vegetable garden,
  • maneuver efficiently on lawns, gravel paths and paved driveways due to better stability and lower rolling resistance than steel wheels.

These wheels will work well in small home gardens, as well as in larger farms or ROD plots, where reliability and the ability to perform multiple tasks with a single device are important. Owners of MH197/MH198 soilers will also appreciate them when preparing soil for lawns, flower beds, plastic tunnels or vegetable crops.

Where do you mount 12" pneumatic wheels FOR MH197/198 69209089 and what are the benefits of replacement?

Montaż kół pneumatycznych 12 cali do MH197/198

Pneumatic wheels 12" FOR MH197/198 69209089 mount directly on the drive axle of the tiller, in place of standard transport wheels or factory work wheels. Usually the installation is done using a simple mounting system - just remove the old wheels, slide the new ones onto the axle and secure them with the appropriate pin or bolt. The whole operation is simple, yet significantly changes the traction characteristics of the machine.

Benefits of replacing with 12" pneumatic wheels include m.in.:

  • Better grip - Directional tread and appropriate width allow efficient transmission of engine power to the ground, resulting in less slippage and faster operation.
  • Greater driving comfort - pneumatic tires dampen vibrations and bumps, making work less tiring for the operator, especially on hard or rocky ground.
  • Stability on uneven surfaces - diameter of 12" (31 cm) makes it easier to overcome ruts, furrows and small obstacles, which reduces the risk of "rolling" the machine in soft soil.

In practice, the user will feel the difference when operating the tiller on slopes, in wet soil or when pulling additional attachments. Increased ground contact area and tire flexibility help the machine move smoother, more controlled.

MH197/198 12" pneumatic wheels - durability, safety and time saving

Trwałe koła pneumatyczne 12 cali do glebogryzarki MH197/198

Investment in 12" pneumatic wheels for MH197/198 69209089 is not only an improvement in comfort, but most importantly, real time savings and increased safety at work. Robust rim construction and high quality tire rubber translate into resistance to mechanical damage, punctures and wear and tear when working in harsh field conditions. Well-adjusted tire pressure (in accordance with the machine manufacturer's recommendations) also relieves the strain on the transmission and drive components, which can prolong the life of the entire tiller.

During daily use, the following benefits will be noticeable:

  • Stable machine guidance - less risk of sudden "jumping" of the ripper on a stone or harder pile of soil.
  • Safer maneuvering - easier turning at the end of a row, reversing, pulling up to a greenhouse, plastic tunnel or garage.
  • Saving time - fewer corrections and passes on the same part of the field, as the machine sticks more securely to the track.

With this set of wheels, the operator can comfortably work longer with less fatigue, which translates into higher productivity and accuracy of the work performed - whether preparing vegetable beds or cleaning up the land after the season.

FAQ - Frequently asked questions about 12" pneumatic wheels DO MH197/198 69209089

1. Which models of soilers fit 12" pneumatic wheels 69209089?

The wheels are designed primarily for use with the MH197 and MH198 soilers. They can also fit other machine models with the appropriate diameter and type of axle, but before buying it is worth comparing the dimensions of the axle and the method of attachment with the technical documentation of your machine.

2. Can I do the wheel assembly myself?

Yes, installation of 12" pneumatic wheels is usually simple and does not require specialized tools. In most cases, it is enough to remove the existing wheels, slide the new ones onto the axle and secure them with the appropriate pin or bolt. However, you should always follow the instructions of the manufacturer of the soil tiller and observe health and safety rules.

3. Are pneumatic wheels better than steel wheels with "spikes"?

Both solutions have their uses. The steel wheels are great for very heavy work in deep, wet soil, while the 12" pneumatic wheels provide much higher operator comfort, better cushioning and more versatile use - including for transport or work on harder surfaces. For most home users, pneumatic wheels are a more versatile solution.

4. What pressure should be in the tires?

The recommended tire pressure should be selected according to the instruction manual of the ripper or the markings on the tire itself. Too low a pressure can increase rolling resistance and the risk of tire damage, while too high a pressure can compromise grip and comfort. For most horticultural applications, intermediate pressure will be optimal, providing both stability and cushioning.

5. Are wheels suitable for lawn work?

Yes, but keep in mind that the aggressive tread can leave marks on the fine, soft lawn, especially with sharp maneuvers. On firmer, well-rooted lawns, the 12" pneumatic wheels for the MH197/198 provide good traction and comfortable handling, especially when transporting light loads.

6. Whether the set includes one piece or a pair of wheels?

Normally, the product is offered as a set of wheels for the soil planter (left and right wheel), but always check the actual description of the offer in the store to confirm the exact contents of the set before purchase.

7. How to take care of pneumatic wheels to make them last as long as possible?

It's a good idea to regularly check tire pressure, avoid contact with sharp objects and chemicals, and store the tiller in a dry, covered place after the season is over. Periodic cleaning from mud and stones and checking the condition of the tread will extend the trouble-free life of the wheels.
