Type, construction and application of the PW 136C/145C discharge hose 68500020

Wąż tłoczący do PW 136C/145C 68500020

The PW 136C/145C discharge hose 68500020 is a flexible, pressurized working hose made of heavy-duty plastics, suitable for high-pressure water transfer. The inner layer of the hose is designed to minimize pressure drops, while the outer coating protects the hose from abrasion, UV radiation and mechanical damage during harsh environments. Integrated connections at the ends of the hose allow quick connection to the PW 136C or PW 145C washer and spray gun.

The application of this hose covers a wide range of pressure washing work: cleaning cars and vans, washing paving stones, terraces, facades, fences, agricultural machinery, workshop machinery and all kinds of surfaces contaminated with mud, oil or atmospheric tarnish. The hose is designed to ensure user comfort - adequate flexibility makes it easy to guide the hose around obstacles, and high resistance to kinking minimizes the risk of water supply interruptions.

Thanks to its robust connection lugs, the delivery hose 68500020 guarantees leak-proof connections and safe use even during prolonged high-pressure operation. It's an ideal choice both as the primary work hose for a new washer and as a replacement part if your existing hose is worn out or damaged.

Where the discharge hose for PW 136C/145C 68500020 is installed and how the connection is made

Montaż węża tłoczącego PW 136C/145C 68500020

PW 136C/145C discharge hose 68500020 is mounted between the body of the pressure washer and the gun or working lance. One end of the hose is equipped with a connector dedicated to the high-pressure output port of the PW 136C and PW 145C pressure washers, while the other end is equipped with a threaded or quick-connect connection to the pressure gun. Such a design guarantees simple, intuitive installation - the user can prepare the washer for work in no time, without using additional tools.

In practice, installation involves tightening the hose to the outlet socket on the washer housing until you feel resistance or the connector snaps into place, and then securely seating the other end in the spray gun. For mobile washers, the hose can be conveniently wound onto a reel or handle located on the body of the unit for easy storage and transportation. Additional spring guards at the terminals reduce the risk of bending the cable in the most sensitive places, extending its service life without failure.

Typical examples of everyday use include: quickly connecting a washer to wash a car in front of a house, preparing a kit to clean paving stones after winter, and installing a hose on an allotment or farm, where the ability to quickly move and restart the device in different locations is important. Thanks to the precise fit of the PW 136C and PW 145C models, the risk of leaks or accidental unraveling of connections is minimized.

Utility advantages and benefits of the PW 136C/145C discharge hose 68500020

Zastosowanie węża tłoczącego do myjek PW 136C/145C

The most important benefit of the discharge hose for PW 136C/145C is the reliability and safety of operation. Suitable internal diameter, reinforced construction and resistance to high working pressure make the hose perfectly compatible with the technical parameters of PW 136C and PW 145C washers. This provides the user with a steady stream of water with a high cleaning force, which significantly reduces the time to complete typical cleaning work.

The hose also features great flexibility, making it easy to maneuver around a vehicle, garden furniture or machinery without having to constantly move the washer itself. The length of the cable (in accordance with the specifications of the PW 136C/145C models) makes it possible to operate comfortably in a larger area - for example, around a single-family house, along a fence or in a maneuvering area. For the user, this means fewer interruptions to reposition the washer and more freedom of action.

Another advantage is high resistance to abrasion and weathering. The hose can be dragged over concrete, paving stones, patio slabs or soil without worry - the outer coating is designed to withstand harsh conditions of use. In daily use, this translates into a long life of the cable and reduced costs associated with its replacement. This is especially important for service companies, workshops and farms where the pressure washer works frequently and intensively.

Wąż tłoczący PW 136C/145C 68500020 – trwałość i serwis

The discharge hose 68500020 was designed specifically for the PW 136C and PW 145C washers, ensuring full dimensional and pressure compatibility. Properly sized connections eliminate the need for additional adapters, and the original spare part ensures that the operating parameters stipulated by the device manufacturer are maintained. This ensures that the washer maintains full performance and that the user is assured that the high-pressure system is operating in accordance with factory recommendations.

Caring for the hose is simple and does not require specialized resources. After finishing work, it is recommended to drain the pressure from the system, disconnect the hose from the washer and gun, and store it loosely coiled, away from sharp edges and sources of high temperature. Regular inspection of the connection terminals and the condition of the outer shell allows you to quickly catch possible mechanical damage and prevent unexpected failures during intensive use.

Examples of practical applications include the use of the hose in small cleaning companies, mobile car washes, when servicing construction machinery or in agriculture. In any of these scenarios, a combination of high durability, safety, and ease of use is key - exactly what the PW 136C/145C discharge hose offers 68500020. By choosing an original working cable, you are investing in trouble-free operation of your washer and reducing downtime caused by attachment failures.
