What is the fixed water brush 68500003A and how does it work?

NON-MAC WATER BRUSH 68500003A is a professional hydro-brush designed to work with Oleo-Mac high-pressure washers. It is an accessory that combines the gentle mechanical action of the brush with the force of a pressurized water jet. Water is fed directly into the brush body and then evenly distributed between the bristles. As a result, the user does not need to scrub intensively - water pressure helps remove dirt, and soft, natural bristles safely glide over the surface.

The stationary head design means that the brush does not rotate on its own - the user has full control over the movement, pressure and direction of the accessory's guidance. This solution is especially important when washing delicate, lacquered or polished parts, where too aggressive rotation of the bristles could cause microscratches. Model 68500003A therefore represents a compromise between effective cleaning and maximum surface safety.

Where the Oleo-Mac 68500003A water brush is mounted - compatibility and connection

Fixed water brush 68500003A is designed as an original accessory for Oleo-Mac pressure washers. It is mounted directly on the lance of the washer, in place of the standard working tip. A special handle with a quick-release coupling allows the brush to be quickly clipped in and out without the use of additional tools, which in practice saves time and allows you to flexibly select accessories during work.

The 68500003A is compatible with the following Oleo-Mac washers:

  • PW 121C
  • PW 136C
  • PW 145C
  • PW 170C
  • PW 190C
  • PWX 200C

At the same time, it is worth noting that this brush is standard equipment on the PW 136C, PW 145C and PW 190C washers. If you own one of these models and want to keep the original accessories or need an extra piece of hydro brush for work elsewhere, 68500003A is the perfect choice. Installation is intuitive - just plug the brush into the lance's quick coupler, make sure the locking mechanism engages, then you can start washing right away.

Such a solution works well both at home and in small service companies. The user can switch from the classic high-pressure nozzle to the water brush in seconds, for example, switching from cleaning paving stones to washing the car body or terrace glazing.

Use of Oleo-Mac hydro brush 68500003A - safety for delicate surfaces

The natural bristles used in the 68500003A stationary water brush have been selected to provide a very high culture on delicate surfaces. Unlike hard, synthetic fibers, natural bristles "lay down" better on the surface to be washed and do not cause aggressive friction. This makes the hydro brush advisable for cleaning materials that are particularly sensitive to scratches.

Examples of applications in daily work:

  • Washing of cars and vans - Body, bumpers, windows, mirrors, plastic trim. The brush removes road film, dried insects or fine salt deposits without damaging the paint and protective coatings.
  • Cleaning of motorcycles, scooters and bicycles - rims, frames, fenders, plastic and chrome parts. Natural bristles allow you to clean hard-to-reach places without damaging decorative finishes.
  • Care of garden furniture and equipment - washing chairs, tables, deck chairs, garden boxes made of plastic, wood or synthetic rattan, as well as delicate decorative elements on the terrace.
  • Maintenance of blinds, shutters and window frames - gently removes dust, dirt and grime from windows, frames, sills, garage doors or exterior doors.
  • Business applications - cleaning trailers, boats, gardening machinery or recreational equipment where a combination of efficiency and safety is important.

Thanks to the fact that the brush works directly under the pressure of the water jet, you can reduce the amount of detergent used or dispense with it altogether for light stains. This saves money for the user and benefits the environment.

Oleo-Mac hydro brush 68500003A - quality, convenience and durability in daily use

Original Oleo-Mac 68500003A fixed water brush is built for long and intensive use. Robust body and high-quality natural bristles ensure resistance to deformation and wear, even with frequent contact with pressurized water. The bristles are set densely and stably, which minimizes the risk of their falling out during work.

The ergonomic shape of the housing and the appropriate length of the working part make the brush fit well in the hand and allow you to reach hard-to-reach places - such as the upper parts of the body, car roofs or high terrace windows. The stationary design allows precise guidance along the surface, which is especially important when washing horizontal and vertical irregularly shaped parts.

Examples of user benefits:

  • Saving time - the combination of a pressure washer and a hydro-brush allows to wash and "wipe" the surface in one pass, without the need for subsequent manual polishing with a sponge.
  • Convenience of work - lightweight design reduces arm fatigue during prolonged washing, and the natural bristles "glide" on the ground without much resistance.
  • Aesthetic end result - the surface after washing is evenly cleaned, without streaks and overlooked fragments, which is especially noticeable on painted parts and windows.

For private users, this means faster preparation of the car, boat or garden for the season. For vehicle or equipment washing companies - shorter service time per customer and more predictable work results.

FAQ - Frequently asked questions about the fixed water brush 68500003A

1. Is the water brush 68500003A suitable for washing car paint?
Yes. The brush is made of natural bristles, which are much gentler on varnish than hard synthetic fibers. When used properly, on a clean surface and with adequate water flow, the hydro brush effectively removes dirt, minimizing the risk of micro-scratches.

2. With which Oleo-Mac washers I can use the 68500003A brush?
Model 68500003A fits Oleo-Mac high-pressure washers: PW 121C, PW 136C, PW 145C, PW 170C, PW 190C and PWX 200C. In addition, it is standard equipment for the PW 136C, PW 145C and PW 190C washers.

3. Do I need additional adapters to mount the brush on the lance?
No, in the case of compatible Oleo-Mac washers, the installation is done directly on the lance, using the factory quick coupler. Simply plug the brush into the connector until you feel the locking mechanism snap into place.

4. For which surfaces the hydro brush is particularly recommended?
The still water brush 68500003A is especially recommended for cleaning delicate surfaces: car paint, glass, plastic parts, wood (e.g. garden furniture, shutters) and surfaces where you do not want to use hard, aggressive brushes.

5. Can I use detergent together with the brush 68500003A?
Yes, if necessary, you can use detergents designed for high-pressure cleaners and the surfaces you intend to clean. However, many light stains can be removed with pressurized water alone, reducing the use of chemicals.

6. How to take care of a brush to make it last as long as possible?
When you're done, it's a good idea to rinse the bristles with clean water to remove any residual dirt and detergent from the bristles. It is a good idea to store the brush in a dry place, with the bristles up, which prevents its deformation. Also avoid leaving it in full sun for long periods of time.

7. Is the brush suitable for washing paving stones or facades?
It can be used for light washing of such surfaces, but for heavily soiled pavement or facades, classic rotary or jet nozzles are usually more effective. Hydro brush 68500003A works best on surfaces that require delicate treatment.

8. Does the brush rotate during operation?
Not. This is a stationary model - the head does not rotate on its own. This gives the user full control over the direction and force of pressure, which increases the safety of working on sensitive materials.
