GUIDE FOR LIMBING MACHINE 10" - 25 CM .3/8 "x.050" 1.5 MM 61542010R - professional guide for precision tree care

GUIDE FOR LIMBING MACHINE 10" - 25 CM .3/8 "x.050" 1.5 MM 61542010R is a high quality work piece designed for trimmers and short bar chain saws. Ensures precise cutting of branches, high durability and safe operation in orchards, gardens and professional gardening companies. It is designed for users who require reliability, accuracy and comfort in tree care work - both at height and on the ground.

What is the guide for the 10" - 25 cm limbing machine?
The guide bar is a steel, precisely shaped piece on which the cutting chain slides. With the 10" (25 cm) long model, you get a compact, lightweight guide ideal for working in dense treetops, hard-to-reach areas and overhead branch care. The right guide bar is responsible for the stability of the chain guide, accuracy of the cut, less vibration and lower load on the engine of the machine.

Where to mount the guide 10" - 25 cm 61542010R?
The guide is mounted directly on the body of the limbing machine (or small saw), at the chain drive unit. It is attached to the so-called "foot" or bar holder, then attaches and tightens the cutting chain with the appropriate pitch and thickness of the guide link. The compact size of 25 cm makes the guide ideal for boom pruners, gardening equipment for working at height and anywhere where maneuverability and operator safety are important.

Application of the guide for the limbing machine 10" - 25 cm .3/8 "x.050" 1.5 MM 61542010R
The guide is designed primarily for:

  • limbing branches of fruit and ornamental trees,
  • tree care in orchards, vineyards, avenues and parks,
  • pruning branches hanging over building roofs, alleys or fence lines,
  • crown formation of trees, tall hedges and shrubs,
  • preparation of firewood from finer branches.

Thanks to its short length and fit for fine pitch chain, the operation of this guide is stable and accurate, which significantly reduces the risk of kickback and improves the comfort of work, especially for less experienced users.

Guide for Oleo-Mac 10" - 25 cm limbing machine 61542010R - precise cutting in any tree crown

Prowadnica do okrzesywarki 10 cali 25 cm 61542010R

This guide is designed for maximum precision and safety when working at height. The short 10" (25 cm) length ensures excellent tool control and makes it easier to maneuver in dense treetops where longer guides become unwieldy. It's ideal for procedures such as removing dry branches, crown screening or gently correcting the shape of the tree.

1. Maneuverability and safety in hard-to-reach places
The compact size of the guide makes it easy to precisely steer the tip of the cutting set - crucial when working near buildings, windows, gutters or fence wires. Thanks to the short guide, the operator has better control over the limbing machine, which minimizes the risk of accidental damage to the environment. In practice, this means that you can safely cut branches over an arbor, car or greenhouse without worrying about uncontrolled "jerking" of the tool.

2. High accuracy in cutting branches and boughs
The 25 cm length is an ideal compromise between cutting capabilities and precision. Allows you to easily deal with most branches found in home gardens and orchards - from thin shoots to more robust branches. When shortening individual branches over the roof of a house, correcting the shape of ornamental trees or pruning fruit trees for harvesting, the user gets a clean, even cut that promotes proper wound healing on trees.

3. Comfort during longer gardening sessions
Shorter guide means less weight and lighter front end of the machine. This is a huge advantage when working with a limbing machine for long periods of time - the operator tires less, has a more stable grip and better control, resulting in higher precision and less muscle fatigue in the arms and shoulders. In practice, you can easily perform comprehensive maintenance of a tall tree or an entire avenue of trees without frequent interruptions.

Durable guide design 10" - 25 cm .3/8 "x.050" 1.5 MM - reliability in heavy use

Solidna prowadnica do okrzesywarki 10 cali

Guide 61542010R is made of high-grade steel, providing resistance to abrasion, deformation and overheating during intensive operation. Proper selection of materials and precision workmanship translate into a long product life, even with frequent use in demanding field conditions.

1. Resistance to wear and deformation
Specially selected steel and heat-treating processes ensure that the guide groove retains its shape and the contact surface with the chain does not wear out quickly. In everyday practice - seasonal pruning of trees in the orchard, regular limbing of trees along roads, or maintenance of tall hedges - the guide retains its performance for a long time, reducing the need for frequent replacement.

2. Stable chain operation, less vibration
Carefully shaped groove and properly selected width work with the chain with the right parameters, which guarantees smooth sliding of the links and less vibration of the tool. This, in turn, affects the quality and repeatability of cuts, as well as the comfort of the operator - especially when working precisely overhead, such as when removing single, problematic branches over a fence line.

3. Lower failure rate of the entire cutting set
A well-designed and engineered guide bar reduces the risk of chain "popping", uneven chain tension or accelerated chain wear. As a result, the trimmer works more reliably, which is crucial when working from a lift, from a ladder or on a boom - that's when any breakdown or the need for frequent chain tensioning is particularly troublesome and time-consuming.

Technical parameters of the guide for the limbing machine 10" - 25 CM .3/8 "x.050" 61542010R

Prowadnica 10 cali parametry techniczne

The following parameters allow you to correctly select the guide for a specific limbing machine and the appropriate cutting chain:

Trimmer guide:

  • Guide length: 10" / 25 cm
  • Chain pitch: .3/8''x.050''
  • Guide link width: 1.3 mm
  • Number of chain links: 40
  • Purpose: tree trimmers and small chainsaws for tree care
  • Product code: 61542010R
  • EAN code: 8026619085339

Use of standard pitch .3/8''x.050'' and the width of the link 1.3 mm facilitates the selection of popular cutting chains available on the market. Number of cells 40 is crucial when buying or replacing a chain - so you can be sure that the kit will perfectly match the bar and drive of the limbing machine.

In practice, these parameters make the guide perfect for everyday gardening tasks: quick pruning of branches in the orchard, forming the crowns of young trees or keeping trees growing near buildings and fences in good condition.

Benefits for the user - why you should choose the 61542010R guide for your limbing machine?

Prowadnica do okrzesywarki korzyści dla użytkownika

Choosing the right guide has a direct impact on the comfort, safety and speed of work. Model 61542010R is designed to meet the expectations of demanding users - both professionals and garden owners who value high quality and reliable equipment.

1. Compatible with popular chains and trimmers
The standard parameters used - popular pitch, link width and number of links - allow the guide to easily fit many models of trimming machines with similar specifications. This is especially important if you want to quickly restore your equipment after the old guide is worn out or damaged, without a long search for dedicated parts.

2. Time saving and high work efficiency
Effective lubricating oil drainage, well guided chain groove and stable operation make cuts faster and with less effort. In practice, you can quickly trim the entire line of trees at the entrance to the property, clean up the orchard after the season, or prepare branches for shredding or use as firewood.

3. Higher level of safety when working at height
Compact length and stable chain guidance reduce the risk of jams and bounces. This is crucial when working from a lift, boom or ladder, where any uncontrolled movement of the tool can be dangerous. With this guide, the operator can focus on precise blade positioning and cutting control, instead of fighting unpredictable equipment behavior.
