Oleo-Mac CRG520 56V fast charger - express charging of Bi525, Bi540, Bi580 batteries
The CRG520 (56V) charger is optimized for three popular Oleo-Mac lithium-ion battery models: Bi525, Bi540 and Bi580. Thanks to the precise adjustment of charging parameters to the battery capacity, the user gets an ideal compromise between charging time and battery life.
- Bi525 (126 Wh) - up to 35 minutes
It's great for people who do shorter garden chores, such as trimming lawn edges or light cleaning work. In practice, this means that during one coffee break, the battery can be fully prepared for the next stage of work. - Bi540 (202 Wh) - up to 45 minutes
This battery is often chosen as an all-purpose battery - for mowers, trimmers or hedge trimmers. The CRG520 charger will allow you to replenish power in less time than a standard rest after mowing a medium-sized garden, so you virtually eliminate downtime. - Bi580 (403 Wh) - up to 80 minutes
Largest compatible battery works well for demanding devices and long runs. Despite its large capacity, the CRG520 charger allows it to be ready for use in about 1 hour and 20 minutes - that's time that can be spent on other business duties or commuting to the next execution.
In everyday use, this means that you can rotate between the two batteries while gardening - while one is powering the unit, the other is quickly charging in the CRG520 charger. Such a solution works especially well for professionals, where uninterrupted work and maximum use of time on the order counts.

Additional cooling fan - safety and longer battery life
One of the key advantages of the CRG520 charger is the built-in additional cooling fan, which actively dissipates the heat generated during intensive charging. Temperature control is of paramount importance with modern lithium-ion batteries - overheating can accelerate wear and tear and reduce capacity. Thanks to active cooling, the charger:
- maintains an optimal temperature throughout the charging process,
- protects cells from overheating, especially in hot weather or when recharging frequently,
- allows regular, fast charging without adversely affecting battery life.
In practice, this means that you can use the charger without worry even during the busy gardening season. When you're done mowing, simply place the heated battery in the CRG520 charger - the cooling system will make sure that the temperature does not exceed a safe level. This is especially important for gardening companies that charge multiple batteries in a row every day.

Robust design and easy-to-read control panel - convenience of use in any workshop
The CRG520 (56V) charger is designed with user convenience in mind. The compact, solid chassis with numerous ventilation holes ensures stable positioning and adequate cooling of components, while protecting them from mechanical damage. The device's weight of 1.3 kg makes the charger stand firmly on the ground and does not move when inserting and removing batteries.
On the front panel there is a set of LEDs indicating m.in.:
- ongoing charging process,
- the end of charging and full battery charge,
- possible battery failure,
- active protection against excessive heat.
This allows you to know at a glance what condition the battery is in. This is especially practical in workshops where several sets are charged at the same time - the employee will easily recognize which battery is ready for use and which still needs time. In the backyard garage, on the other hand, one look is all it takes to make sure the lawnmower battery is fully prepared for weekend mowing.
Lightweight and compact 56V charger - ideal for home, gardening business and in the field
Due to its compact size and light weight 1,3 kg, cRG520 (56V) charger is very convenient to transport. Fits easily into a service truck, gardening crew bus or garden storage compartment. The long power cord allows it to be plugged into most outlets without the need for an extension cord.
Examples of applications in daily work:
- at home - a permanent battery charging station for a cordless mower, trimmer and hedge trimmer, located on a shelf in the garage,
- in a gardening company - a mobile charging point carried in a car that can be plugged in on the customer's property to recharge batteries between jobs,
- in the workshop - a professional test and service station for checking the condition of batteries before issuing to the customer.
Compatibility with Oleo-Mac 56V battery system - an investment in the future of the machine park
Oleo-Mac 56V battery system is based on a common power standard for many garden equipment. When you invest in a CRG520 (56V) charger and Bi525, Bi540 or Bi580 batteries, you gain a flexible foundation for expanding your entire machine fleet. Instead of buying separate batteries and chargers for each device, you can use a single, consistent system, which significantly reduces operating costs.
For the user, this means:
- less equipment to store - one charger handles multiple batteries,
- lower service costs - simpler battery management,
- high reliability - devices and batteries designed to work together in one system.
