CHAINSAW AIR FILTER GSH510-560 50310272AR - ORIGINAL ENGINE PROTECTION AND MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE FOR YOUR CHAINSAW

GSH510-560 chainsaw air filter - what it is and why it is so important?

GSH510-560 50310272AR chainsaw air filter is an original intake system component used on Oleo-Mac GSH 51, GSH 510, GSH 56 and GSH 560 petrol chainsaws. Its task is to effectively stop dust, sawdust and fine dirt sucked in with the air to the engine. Thanks to a precisely selected filter structure, it ensures optimal combustion conditions of the fuel-air mixture, which translates into stable operation, higher power and longer life of the drive unit.

Original air filter 50310272AR is designed specifically for Oleo-Mac GSH series chainsaws. Perfectly fits dedicated models, guaranteeing a leak-proof system and a secure fit without the need for modifications. The use of a filter with adequate permeability and working surface minimizes the risk of contaminants entering the cylinder, piston and carburetor, so the saw retains its factory performance even during prolonged operation in harsh forest or garden conditions.

Oleo-Mac GSH510-560 air filter 50310272AR - installation location and compatibility

Air filter 50310272AR is installed in the air filter compartment, directly above the carburetor of the petrol chainsaw. After removing the filter cover, the element is inserted into a specially shaped slot, and then secured according to the design of a particular model. By maintaining factory dimensions - lengths of approx. 105 mm, 83 mm wide and with a bore diameter of approx. 20 mm - the filter works perfectly with the suction system, ensuring even air flow.

This filter model is designed for Oleo-Mac petrol chainsaws:
- GSH 51
- GSH 510
- GSH 56
- GSH 560

By using the original part number 50310272AR, you can be sure that you are buying the correct replacement part according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Properly fitting the filter makes it easier to service the equipment, and reduces the risk of leaks that could occur when using replacements of inadequate dimensions.

Professional air filter for Oleo-Mac petrol chainsaws - application and benefits in daily work

GSH510-560 50310272AR chainsaw air filter is designed for intensive work in an environment full of dust, sawdust, sand and other debris. It works well in both typical household applications and professional forestry, municipal or construction work. Thanks to its design, the filter effectively protects the motor from premature wear and allows it to maintain a constant power level even during prolonged cutting.

Example applications:
- Preparation of firewood and firewood on private property, where the chainsaw works in a cloud of sawdust;
- Tree and shrub pruning work in orchards, gardens and green spaces, exposed to dust, dust and plant debris;
- Intensive use of the chainsaw in forestry services, logging and limbing, where air filtration is critical to engine life;
- cutting of boards, logs and other wooden materials at the construction site, carpentry workshop or service point.

Quality, durability and reliability - why choose the original 50310272AR air filter?

Original Oleo-Mac air filter 50310272AR is made of high-quality filter material with uniform structure. It provides an optimal balance between dirt trapping efficiency and adequate air permeability. This ensures that the engine gets the right amount of air for fuel combustion, resulting in easy starting, even rpm and less mixture consumption.

Durable filter design is resistant to vibration and variable operating conditions, typical of petrol chainsaws. Suitably rigid frame prevents deformation, and precise fit minimizes the risk of bypassing air outside the filter medium. Regular replacement of the filter with the original model 50310272AR reduces service costs, reduces wear on the cylinder and piston rings, and prevents contamination of the carburetor.

Oleo-Mac GSH510-560 air filter - easy installation, fast maintenance and cost-effective operation

The 50310272AR air filter design facilitates quick installation and removal without the use of specialized tools. In practice, the user can remove the filter cover in a few moments, clean the inside of the chamber and replace the element with a new one. Simple operation encourages regular maintenance, which has a huge impact on the life of the saw and operational safety.

Systematic checking and replacement of the filter works especially well:
- During seasonal preparation of large amounts of firewood, when the saw is in operation almost every day;
- In logging and tree care service companies, where equipment reliability is crucial for timely completion of orders;
- On construction sites and in workshops where the saw is one of the basic tools and downtime generates real costs.

The investment in the original 50310272AR air filter is small compared to the potential cost of overhauling the engine after contaminants enter the combustion chamber. This is one of the simplest and cheapest forms of protecting a chainsaw from failure.

FAQ - Frequently asked questions about GSH510-560 50310272AR chainsaw air filter

Question 1: Does filter 50310272AR fit my Oleo-Mac GSH 510 chainsaw?
Yes, the air filter with part number 50310272AR is designed m.in. for Oleo-Mac GSH 510 chainsaw. This is an original part, perfectly matched to this model.

Question 2: How often should I change the air filter on my chainsaw?
Frequency of replacement depends on the intensity and conditions of operation. For occasional home use, replacing once a season is usually sufficient. When working professionally or in very dusty environments, it is a good idea to inspect the filter after each major job and replace it when it is visibly dirty or damaged.

Question 3: Can I clean the filter with compressed air instead of replacing it with a new one?
Gently blowing the filter with compressed air from the clean side can temporarily improve airflow, but it is no substitute for a full replacement. Over time, the structure of the filter material wears out, so for full protection of the engine, it is recommended to periodically replace it with a new, original 50310272AR filter.

Question 4: How to recognize that the air filter is worn out?
Symptoms of filter wear may include: pronounced soiling of the filter surface, visible mechanical damage, decrease in the power of the chainsaw, difficulty starting or uneven engine operation. In such situations, it is best to replace the filter with a new one right away.

Question 5: Why use an original filter instead of a cheaper substitute?
Original air filter 50310272AR was designed specifically for Oleo-Mac GSH series chainsaws and passed quality and durability tests. It guarantees the right degree of filtration, perfect dimensional fit and full compatibility with the intake system. Replacements with uncertain parameters may not provide adequate engine protection, leading to higher repair costs in the long run.
