Guide bar for chainsaws 18" - 46 cm .325 "x.050" 1.3 mm 50310206R is a high-quality work piece for chainsaws, designed for intensive work in the forest, garden and construction sites. It is responsible for guiding the cutting chain along a stable path, ensuring precise, fast and safe wood cutting. This is a part that has a direct impact on user comfort, the life of the saw and the quality of the work performed.

The presented guide bar is mounted in place of a standard chainsaw guide bar - on a mount at the body of the machine, in the axis of the clutch and chain drive. With universal dimensional parameters and popular pitch .the "325" can be used on many chainsaw models equipped with a chain with a link thickness of 1.3 mm and the appropriate length (72 guide links).

The guide is perfect for both home users and professionals: lumberjacks, gardeners, municipal crews or construction companies. It allows you to conveniently cut firewood, take care of trees, prepare edges and boards, as well as any cleaning work in the farmyard.

Chain saw guide bar:

  • Length: 46 cm - 18"
  • Pitch: 325 "P 325 "x0.50"
  • Guide link width: 1.3 mm
  • number of cells: 72

The most important technical parameters of the guide 18" - 46 cm .325 "x.050" 1.3 mm 50310206R

Choosing the right guide bar for your chainsaw is the key to trouble-free operation and full use of the machine's power. The 50310206R offers a set of parameters that meet the needs of most users of medium power saws.

  • Working length 46 cm (18") - is a popular and very versatile size. Allows convenient cutting of both thin branches and thicker trunks or logs with a diameter of up to about 35-40 cm. In practice, this means that you can easily handle the preparation of firewood, pruning of fruit trees and cleanup work after a windstorm.
  • Chain pitch .325" (0,325" x 0.050") - pitch .the "325" is very often used in semi-professional and professional saws. Provides a good compromise between cutting performance and surface smoothness. This translates into faster work with less operator effort and lower vibration levels.
  • Groove thickness of 1.3 mm and 72 guide links - Narrow guide bar requiring a chain with a link width of 1.3 mm allows precise cutting and reduces resistance to work. The number of links (72) makes it easy to choose the right replacement chain and guarantees the correct tension throughout the saw's operating range.

In practice, these parameters mean that the 50310206R guide will be ideal for:

  • cutting firewood on a plot or farm,
  • work in the orchard - shortening branches, cutting sick or withered trees,
  • maintenance of green areas around the house, guesthouse or resort,
  • preparation of structural timber for minor construction and repair work.

Guide bar for Oleo-Mac / Oregon chainsaws 50310206R - high quality workmanship and durability

Guide 18" - 46 cm .325 "x.050" 1.3 mm 50310206R is designed for years of reliable service. Robust design and quality materials translate into safe operation and low cost of ownership of the chainsaw.

  • Durable steel construction - the body of the guide is made of high-quality steel, resistant to deformation, cracking and mechanical wear. This ensures that the guide maintains its geometry even when working intensively in hard wood or during long cuts.
  • Precision-made groove for the chain - the correct width (1.3 mm) and precise edge finish minimize friction between the chain and the bar. This results in less heat buildup on the cutting set, longer chain life, and less oil consumption for lubrication.
  • Optimum rigidity and stability of cutting - well-chosen thickness and shape of the guide reduces vibration during operation. The stable path of the chain makes it possible to obtain even and clean cutting surfaces, which is especially important when preparing structural wood or decorative elements.

In everyday use, this means:

  • less downtime due to chain sharpening or replacing a worn bar,
  • higher working comfort - less vibration, less force needed to drive the saw,
  • lower operating costs due to extended life of both bar and chain.

Where and how to mount the guide 18" - 46 cm .325 "x.050" 1.3 mm 50310206R?

Model 50310206R mounts in the typical chainsaw fashion - in place of the factory bar. With a standard end with a longitudinal mounting hole, it is compatible with many popular saws equipped with a pitch cutting system .325" and 1.3 mm groove.

  • Installation location - the guide bar is screwed to the body of the saw, in the axis of the clutch and drive wheel. Works directly with the chain tensioner, which takes care of the correct tension during operation.
  • Choosing the right chain - For this bar, a chain with the following parameters is used: pitch .325", 1.3 mm link width, 72 guide links. The correct choice of chain is crucial to the safety, performance and durability of the entire cutting kit.
  • Easy replacement - the installation process does not require specialized tools, except for a standard wrench for the saw. Simply remove the clutch cover, detach the old chain and guide, clean the socket and install the new guide with the appropriate chain, then adjust the tension.

Such a guide will prove useful in carpentry workshops, farms, and companies engaged in professional logging and tree care - wherever fast and easy operation of equipment is important.
