Guide bar for chainsaws 20" - 51 cm .3/8 "x.058" 1.5 mm 50310177R - professional durability and precision cutting for demanding users

20" CHAINSAW GUIDE - 51 CM .3/8 "x.058" 1.5 MM 50310177R is a high-end work piece for chainsaws, designed for intensive daily use. It is responsible for guiding the cutting chain in a stable and precise manner, which directly affects the quality, speed and safety of cutting. With a length of 51 cm (20") and a popular pitch .3/8 "x.058" and a guide link width of 1.5 mm, it is an excellent choice for both professional users and demanding amateurs.

The guide bar is mounted directly in the body of the chainsaw, in place of the standard rail mounting. In combination with a properly selected chain, it forms a complete cutting system, used for household, garden, forestry and construction work - from limbing branches, to cutting firewood, to preparing logs for carpentry processing.

The product is distinguished by its robust design, optimized geometry and technical parameters adapted to modern petrol and electric saws. Carefully selected dimensions of the guide allow for an ideal compromise between cutting performance, maneuverability and durability of the entire cutting system.

PROVIDER for saws 20" - 51 cm 50310177R - what it is and how it works?

A chainsaw guide bar is a metal rail on which the cutting chain travels. In the model 50310177R working length used 51 cm (20"), which allows you to cut both medium and thicker trunks. Pitch .3/8"x.058" and guide link width 1.5 mm provide an optimum fit for popular chains used on many brands of saws.

The role of the guide bar is to keep the chain stable in its track, minimize its vibration and ensure proper lubrication. It is the quality of the guide that determines a straight, even cut and the life of the entire cutting system. In daily operation, the guide is exposed to high loads, friction and heat, so precision manufacturing and the right material are crucial for user safety and equipment reliability.

In practice, this means that a well-chosen and well-maintained guide facilitates any type of work: from trimming branches in the garden, to cutting firewood, to more demanding applications in the construction of wooden structures, gazebos or carports.

Mounting a 20" 51 cm bar 50310177R in a chainsaw - ease, compatibility and safety

20" CHAINSAW GUIDE - 51 CM .3/8 "x.058" 1.5 MM 50310177R was designed to make its installation intuitive and quick for both professionals and occasional users. The guide bar is mounted to the body of the saw at the point of attachment of the rail - just loosen the nuts of the clutch cover, remove the old guide bar, put the new one on the mounting studs and the tensioner, and then put on the appropriate chain and adjust its tension.

Thanks to the standard scale .3/8"x.058" i link width 1.5 mm the bar fits many popular models of chainsaws from well-known manufacturers. It is important to match it with a cutting chain of the same pitch, width and number of links - in this model it is 72 links. Such a combination ensures smooth operation of the system, even wear of the components and high user comfort.

The safety of working with a chainsaw largely depends on the condition of the bar. Model 50310177R, thanks to its robust design and accurate guide groove finish, minimizes the risk of chain popping out, which is especially important when cutting at height, limbing or precision cutting wood parts.
