GUIDE BAR FOR CHAINSAWS 13" - 33 CM .325 "x.050" 1.3 MM 50180212R - professional chainsaw bar for demanding users

The guide bar for chainsaws is a key component of any cutting equipment - on its quality depends the comfort of work, the precision of cutting and, above all, the safety of the operator. Model GUIDE FOR CHAINSAWS 13" - 33 CM .325 "x.050" 1.3 MM 50180212R has been designed for users who expect reliability, durability and a perfect fit with popular garden and forestry chainsaws. It will work great in the hands of both professionals and demanding home users.

What is a chain saw bar 13" - 33 cm .325 "x.050" 1.3 mm 50180212R?

A guide bar is a metal piece on which the saw's cutting chain slides. It is responsible for the stable guidance of the chain, maintaining its correct tension and precisely transferring the power of the motor to the material we are cutting. Model 50180212R is a guide with an operating length of 33 cm (13"), dedicated to chains with pitch .325" and groove thickness .050" (1.3 mm), equipped with a chain with 56 guide links. With these features, it is ideal for light to medium-duty work - from cutting firewood, to trimming branches, to minor construction work.

Full technical description of the product:

Chain saw guide bar:

  • Length: 33 cm - 13"
  • Pitch: .325"x.050"
  • Guide link width: 1.3 mm
  • number of cells: 56

Where the guide bar is mounted PROVIDER FOR PILARS 13" - 33 CM .325 "x.050" 1.3 MM 50180212R?

Guide 13" - 33 cm .325 "x.050" 1.3 mm 50180212R is mounted directly in the body of the chain saw, in place of the factory bar. It is attached with standard clutch cover mounting screws, and then a properly matched chain with the indicated parameters (pitch .325", 1.3 mm cell width, 56 cells). The bottom of the guide bar works with the chain sprocket and tensioner - that's why it's so important to select the guide bar according to the chainsaw manufacturer's recommendations.

The guide bar is used in many popular garden and semi-professional saws. It will work:

  • in chainsaws used for preparing firewood near the house,
  • in orchard saws for pruning branches and tree care,
  • in saws used in construction work - cutting boards, scantlings, beams.

Replacement of a worn guide with a new piece 50180212R restores full efficiency of the cutting set, reduces the risk of chain jumping out of the groove and improves comfort and safety at work.

The most important advantages of 13" - 33 cm chainsaw guide with 56 links chain

When choosing a guide for a chainsaw, it is worth paying attention not only to its dimensions, but also to its functional benefits during daily use. Model GUIDE FOR CHAINSAWS 13" - 33 CM .325 "x.050" 1.3 MM 50180212R offers a set of features that any user will appreciate:

1. Optimum length of 33 cm (13") - comfort and safety of work

Guide length of 33 cm provides an ideal compromise between cutting performance and portability. It's long enough to efficiently cut logs for firewood, trim branches or process construction wood, yet compact enough to keep the saw lightweight, well-balanced and easy to maneuver. A shorter guide reduces the risk of kickback (kickback), which translates into a higher level of safety - especially important for less experienced users.

2. Pitch .325 "x.050" and a link width of 1.3 mm - precise and fast cutting

Use of scales .325" and groove thickness .050" (1.3 mm) makes the bar work with a popular type of cutting chain, offering very good performance. The thinner 1.3mm wide chain puts less strain on the saw's engine, resulting in faster cutting and less fuel or electricity consumption. Such a set is ideal for home, garden and light forestry work, where speed and comfort are important without the need for very massive, heavy saws.

3. 56 guide links - secure chain guidance and even wear

Number 56 guide links is a precisely selected parameter ensuring stable operation of the chain along the entire length of the bar. A properly adjusted number of links translates into:

  • easier and faster chain tensioning,
  • uniform wear of both the bar and chain,
  • reduced risk of chain slipping out of the bar groove.

In practice, this means safer and smoother operation - no "jerking" and the need for constant tension adjustments.

Application of the guide 13" - 33 cm .325 "x.050" 1.3 mm 50180212R in daily operation

The universal performance of the guide makes it an excellent choice for both the home farm and lighter professional work. A properly selected guide bar significantly extends the life of the chain, improves the culture of the chainsaw and increases operator safety.

Example applications:

  • Preparation of firewood - cutting logs into smaller sections, thinning of trunks and thick branches.
  • Garden and orchard care - pruning of branches, removal of dry branches, shaping of tree crowns.
  • Construction and renovation work - Cutting beams and scantlings, working on the plot or building sheds, gazebos and fences.
  • Cleanup work after windstorms - Quick removal of fallen trees and fallen branches.

Thanks to the compact dimensions of the guide bar, the saw remains handy and easy to control, which is crucial when working in harder-to-reach places - between branches, against fences, building walls or in small spaces.

FAQ - Frequently asked questions about the 13" - 33 CM chainsaw bar .325 "x.050" 1.3 MM 50180212R

1. Will this guide fit my chainsaw?

Guide 50180212R fits chainsaws that are factory adjusted to 33 cm (13") length, chain pitch .325" and a guide link width of 1.3 mm. To be sure of compatibility, compare the specifications of your existing guide bar or check your saw's manual - they should match the specifications shown in this description.

2. What chain should I use with this guide?

For this bar, use a chain with pitch .325", 1.3 mm cell width (.050") and the number of 56 leading links. Using a different chain may cause malfunctions, accelerated wear and tear on components or even damage to the chainsaw.

3. How often should you replace the guide bar on your chainsaw?

The frequency of replacement depends on the intensity of use, the type of material being cut, and the method of maintenance. Symptoms indicating the need for replacement are m.in.: a noticeably gouged or widened groove, bar overheating, uneven cutting, frequent chain popping or visible cracks. For intensive professional work, checking the condition of the guide should be done regularly, and for amateur work - every few major cutting sessions.

4. Can I do the installation of guide 50180212R myself?

Yes, replacing the guide bar is a service activity that most users can do themselves, following the chainsaw manufacturer's recommendations. All you have to do is remove the clutch cover, take off the old cutting set, insert the new guide bar along with the appropriate chain, and then adjust the chain tension. Before starting work, always make sure that all components are properly attached and the chain is properly tensioned and lubricated.

5. How to take care of the slide to serve as long as possible?

To maximize the life of the guide, it is worth:

  • regularly check and maintain proper chain tension,
  • use the correct oil to lubricate the chain and bar,
  • periodically rotate the guide (top to bottom) so that wear is even,
  • avoid working with a dull chain, which puts more stress on the bar,
  • clean the guide groove of sawdust and dirt after finishing work.

6. Is the guide suitable for intensive, professional work?

Guide 13" - 33 CM .325 "x.050" 1.3 MM 50180212R will be perfect for everyday, household, gardening and light professional applications. For extremely heavy, all-day forestry work, it is advisable to select a cutting set in accordance with the recommendations of the manufacturer of a saw intended for such intensive use, but there, too, a bar with such parameters can be used as a spare element for lighter tasks.

By selecting GUIDE BAR FOR SAWS 13" - 33 CM .325 "x.050" 1.3 MM 50180212R you are investing in a reliable and versatile work piece that will increase the comfort and safety of your chainsaw, allowing you to cut wood quickly, precisely and without problems in all conditions.
