GUIDE BAR FOR CHAINSAWS 16" - 41 CM .325 "x.050" 1.3 MM 50062006R - PROFESSIONAL PERFORMANCE AND PRECISION CUTTING

16" CHAINSAW GUIDE - 41 CM .325 "x.050" 1.3 MM 50062006R is a high-quality work piece for chainsaws, designed for intensive work in both domestic and professional conditions. Responsible for stable guidance of the cutting chain, ensuring precise, fast and safe wood cutting. It is a key component of any chainsaw, which directly affects the comfort of work, the life of the device and the quality of the results obtained.

The guide bar is mounted in the front of the chainsaw - between the body with the engine and the cutting chain. It is bolted to the body with mounting screws and works with the chain tensioning system. When properly installed, it provides a rigid base on which the chain runs, allowing you to cut logs, branches, logs and firewood with confidence.

The product is designed for various types of work: from preparing firewood and tidying up the garden, to household chores on the farm, to structural cuts in carpentry workshops or light forestry applications. With a universal length of 16" (41 cm), the guide will work well in the hands of both individual users and professionals who want reliability and high cutting efficiency.

Chain saw guide bar:

  • Length: 41 cm - 16"
  • Pitch: .325''x.050'
  • Guide link width: 1.3 mm
  • Number of cells: 66

Guide bar for saws 16" 41 cm 50062006R - ideal length, high precision and comfort of work

Guide length 41 cm (16") is a versatile choice that provides an excellent balance between cutting range and handiness of the saw. This length makes it possible to conveniently cut through medium and larger logs, boards or beams without overloading the engine or operator. This is especially important during longer work - the user tires less, has better control over the tool, and the risk of kickback and cutting errors decreases.

Precision manufacturing of the bar guarantees stable chain guidance along its entire length. This ensures that each cut is even and the cut line does not "run away", which is of great importance when preparing structural wood, cutting rafters, beams or when carrying out precise work in the carpenter's workshop. In backyard applications, this translates into quick preparation of firewood and aesthetically pleasing cutting of elements of small garden architecture, such as pergolas, gazebos or fences.

Working comfort is also perceptible thanks to the appropriately selected geometry of the guide bar. Stable chain guidance means less vibration, thus reducing hand and wrist fatigue. For those who work frequently and for long periods of time with a chainsaw, the difference is very clear - the cut is smoother, the tool "does not jerk" and the user has better control of the chain path.

Pitch .325 "x.050" and 1.3 mm width - optimum speed, safety and durability

Parameter chain pitch .325 "x.050" is one of the most popular solutions in saws used for general work. This pitch provides a very good compromise between cutting aggressiveness and smoothness. The chain moves quickly, effectively picking up material, but at the same time is not too "aggressive", which reduces the risk of violent recoil and makes it easier to control the machine, especially for less experienced users.

Guide link width 1.3 mm has been selected to minimize cutting resistance while ensuring adequate rigidity and strength of the cutting system. A narrower link means a narrower width of the cut, and this directly translates into less strain on the saw engine and less fuel or electricity consumption. With prolonged operation, the difference is perfectly visible - the saw does not "get tired" and the work becomes faster and more economical.

Configuration 66 cells allows the chain to perfectly match the bar and typical saws that work with the kit .325" x 1.3 mm. The correct number of links ensures proper chain tension, reduces overstretching and reduces the risk of falling off the bar. This translates into greater operational safety and less frequent need for tensioner adjustment.

In practice, the user experiences these parameters m.in. during:

  • intensive cutting of firewood during the heating season,
  • preparing scantlings and planks for building a shed, carport or garage,
  • regular maintenance work in the orchard, garden or allotment.

Installation of guide bar 50062006R in a chainsaw - simple, fast and safe

16" CHAINSAW GUIDE - 41 CM .325 "x.050" 1.3 MM 50062006R was designed to make its installation as intuitive as possible. It is installed in a standard way on the mounting pivot of the saw and stabilized with the side cover pressure screws. It works with a typical chain tensioning system, so replacing the old bar with a new one does not require specialized tools - all you need is a wrench for your chainsaw and basic user knowledge.

When installing the guide bar, it is important to place the chain correctly on the groove and in the correct direction of operation. Precision-made groove with a width equivalent to a 1.3 mm link provides excellent chain guidance, reducing side-to-side "floating" of the chain. As a result, the whole works quietly and stably, and the risk of jamming in the material is reduced to a minimum.

The bar's mounting location - the front of the saw - makes it directly exposed to wood, bark, resin and dirt. Therefore, the design of the guide is optimized for easy cleaning and service. The straight surfaces make it easier to remove sawdust, and the properly shaped end of the guide bar promotes smooth chain guidance when cutting at different angles.

Daily operations include:

  • regularly check the chain tension on the bar,
  • checking the condition of the groove and the tip of the guide,
  • attention to proper lubrication - this significantly extends the life of both the bar and chain.

Application of the 16" guide .325 "x.050" 1.3 mm - from household work to professional tasks

The universal parameters of the guide make it an excellent choice for a wide range of users. It will work well in the hands of homeowners, allotment holders and farmers, as well as construction crews or carpentry shops. Length 41 cm and scale .325" allow for convenient and efficient cutting of most common wood sections encountered in everyday work.

Typical applications include:

  • Garden and household work - pruning thick branches, removing fallen trees, preparing wood for a campfire or fireplace.
  • Farms - Maintenance and repair of wooden fences, cutting of logs and beams for outbuildings, preparation of posts and structural elements.
  • Carpentry and construction workshops - trimming of roof structure elements, rafters, support beams and larger wooden blocks used in the construction and renovation of wooden houses.

In either situation, the user is assured that the guide will provide stable chain guidance, precise cuts, and high reliability over a long period of use. This, in turn, means fewer work stoppages, less frequent equipment replacement and real savings.

Quality, durability and reliability - why choose guide 50062006R?

Choosing the right guide bar is crucial to the safety and efficiency of your chainsaw. Model 50062006R was created to meet the requirements of users expecting high quality workmanship and long product life. Robust materials, precision machining and refined geometry ensure that the guide retains its properties for a long time, even under heavy use.

High wear resistance translates into less service downtime. The user can work longer on a single set of cutters, which is especially important during the season, when any delay in work means a real loss of time. A well-designed chain mating system reduces the risk of overheating of the bar tip and uneven wear of the sides of the groove, which in the long run increases operating safety.

The reliability of this type of guide will be especially appreciated by those who perform:

  • numerous cuts in the preparation of firewood,
  • repetitive construction work where every millimeter matters,
  • regular cleanup work after storms, windfalls, in forest and agricultural areas.

Investing in a guide bar 16" CHAINSAW GUIDE - 41 CM .325 "x.050" 1.3 MM 50062006R, the user chooses a product that has a real impact on comfort, productivity and safety at work. It's a solution that will work both as a replacement for a worn-out guide and as a spare accessory, always ready to go.
