Saw blade guide 16" 41 CM 3/8 "x.050" 1.3 mm 50052012R - professional chainsaw bar for demanding users

Guide bar for chainsaws 16" - 41 cm 3/8 "x.050" 1.3 mm 50052012R is a high-quality work piece for chainsaws, designed for intensive daily use. The right length of 41 cm (16") and the 3/8 "P pitch make the guide ideal for both household work and semi-professional and professional applications - from cutting firewood, to carpentry work, to caring for trees and shrubs.

The guide bar is a key component of the saw's cutting system. Responsible for stable chain guidance, precision cutting, safety and durability of all equipment. The 50052012R is made of durable steel, resistant to deformation, overheating and abrasive wear, which significantly extends the life of the saw and minimizes the frequency of replacement of consumable parts.

Installation of the guide bar is carried out directly in the body of the saw - between the chain tensioner and the sprocket. The mounting holes and guide groove are designed to ensure fast, secure installation and stable operation with a properly selected cutting chain with a guide link thickness of 1.3 mm and a pitch of 3/8 "P.

Thanks to its optimal balance, the guide guarantees comfortable working conditions, less operator fatigue and precise, even cutting. It is the ideal choice for users who want a combination of high durability, safety and accuracy in their chainsaw operation.

Prowadnica do pilarek 16 41 cm 3/8 x.050 1,3 mm 50052012R

The guide 50052012R is made of high-quality steel, which provides adequate rigidity and resistance to the stresses that occur during intensive cutting. The use of a precisely shaped groove ensures stable chain link guidance and minimizes the risk of chain dropping, even when working under heavier pressure or in more difficult material.

Installation of the bar is done in the standard way - the bar is seated in the slot of the saw, thread the cutting chain onto the drive sprocket and the groove of the bar, and then tighten and tighten the side cover of the saw. The design of the guide bar is compatible with popular chainsaw models that use a 3/8 "P cutting system and a guide link thickness of 1.3 mm and the corresponding number of links.

Typical examples of the use of this model of guide are:

  • installation in chainsaws used for cutting firewood on the plot or in a home workshop,
  • use in saws working on construction sites - for cutting beams, squared timbers, boards,
  • maintenance work in orchards and gardens - removing smaller branches, pruning trees, restoring clearance on the plot.

Excellent chain handling and safe operation - key advantages of the 16" 41 cm 3/8 "P 1.3 mm guide bar

Carefully selected bar geometry and the correct nose profile contribute to smooth chain handling and reduced vibration, resulting in greater user comfort and safety. The stable run of the chain makes it possible to make accurate longitudinal and transverse cuts, as well as perform more precise work, such as in carpentry or when cutting structural components.

Properly shaped oil channel holes and grooves promote effective lubrication of the chain and bar. This reduces friction, reduces heat build-up and wear and tear, while lowering the risk of chain jamming in hard or resinous woods. A well-lubricated cutting system also means greater safety - less chance of chain breakage and smoother saw operation.

In everyday use, this means:

  • confident, predictable cutting of even harder woods,
  • no need for frequent correction of the cutting path - the saw does not "run away" to the sides,
  • less fatigue for the operator during prolonged work, such as cleaning up a plot of land after a windstorm or preparing more fuel for the winter.

Durability and return on investment - guide 50052012R in intensive use

Guide bar for chainsaws 16" - 41 cm 3/8 "x.050" 1.3 mm 50052012R has been developed for long-term operation in diverse conditions. High-quality steel and precision machining improve resistance to guide groove abrasion, mechanical deformation and corrosion. With proper operation and regular lubrication, the guide bar can work in the saw for a long time without losing its performance.

The 41 cm (16") length is a compromise between maneuverability and the ability to cut thicker material. As a result, a single saw with this guide will work well for a wide range of tasks - from quickly cutting a board to chopping medium-thick logs. For the user, this means savings - there is no need to have several different guides for simple, everyday work.

The practical application of this guide is m.in.:

  • regular cutting of firewood - season after season, without the need for frequent replacement of the element,
  • use in green care companies - where the saw is used daily to cut branches and boughs,
  • use by construction and carpentry teams in the erection of wooden structures, canopies, shelters and terraces.

FAQ - Frequently asked questions about the 16" - 41 cm 3/8 "x chainsaw guide.050" 1.3 mm 50052012R

Question 1: Will this guide fit my chainsaw?
Yes, as long as your saw is suitable for a 16" (41 cm) long bar and works with a chain with 3/8 "P pitch, 1.3 mm guide link thickness and a total of 57 links. Before you buy, it's a good idea to check these parameters in the saw's manual or on the nameplate.

Question 2: For what work is the 16" - 41 cm guide best suited??
It's a versatile size suitable for most work around the house, in the garden or on the farm: cutting firewood, pruning trees and shrubs, carpentry work, cleaning up after storms. Works well for both private users and service companies.

Question 3: How to take care of the slide to serve as long as possible?
The most important thing is to lubricate the chain and bar regularly, use proper chain tension, rotate the bar periodically (up/down), clean the groove and oil holes, and avoid working with a dull chain. Such measures significantly extend the life of the guide.

Question 4: Can I use a different chain than the one recommended for this bar?
It is not recommended. For safety and proper operation, use a chain with the following parameters: pitch 3/8 "P, guide link width 1.3 mm, 57 links. Using a different chain can lead to accelerated wear, tension problems and even endanger the user.

Question 5: Is the guide bar 50052012R suitable for electric saws?
Yes, the bar can work with both petrol and electric chainsaws, as long as they meet the required installation and technical parameters (length 16", pitch 3/8 "P, link thickness 1.3 mm, 57 chain links).

Question 6: How to recognize the moment when the guide should be replaced with a new one?
The need for replacement is evidenced by m.in.: visible deep wear of the guide groove, uneven wear of the sides of the guide bar, frequent dropping or wedging of the chain, excessive heating of the guide bar tip. In such situations, for the safety of your work, it is worth investing in a new guide.
