Guide bar for chainsaws 14" - 35 cm .3/8 "x0.50" 1.3 mm 50030190R - professional chain guide for demanding users

Guide bar for chainsaws 14" - 35 cm .3/8 "x0.50" 1.3 mm 50030190R is a high-quality work piece for chainsaws, responsible for stable guidance of the cutting chain. Made of durable steel, it ensures precise cutting, long life and safe operation in all conditions - from light household work to intensive use in the forest and orchard. It is the ideal choice for users who value durability, reliability and comfort.

The guide bar is mounted directly in the body of the saw, in the place of the attachment of the factory guide bar. It is responsible for the proper tension and guidance of the chain around the perimeter, so its selection and quality are crucial to the cutting efficiency, safety and life of the entire saw. Model 50030190R is a universal guide bar with a working length of 35 cm (14"), suitable for chains with pitch .3/8" x 0.50" and a guide link width of 1.3 mm, with a total of 52 links.

It will work well in a wide range of applications: cutting firewood, preparing planks and squared timber, caring for trees in the garden and orchard, construction and roofing work involving cutting wood elements, as well as lighter forestry and site preparation work.

Chain saw guide bar:

  • Length: 35 cm - 14"
  • Pitch: .3/8''x0.50''
  • Guide link width: 1.3 mm
  • number of cells: 52

Guide bar for chainsaws 14" - 35 cm .3/8 "x0.50" 1.3 mm 50030190R - what it is and why it's crucial for your chainsaw?

Guide bar for chainsaws 14" - 35 cm .3/8 "x0.50" 1.3 mm 50030190R is the structural component of the saw on which the cutting chain moves. It is what gives the cut its direction, stabilizes the chain, and is responsible for maintaining proper tension and speed. The high quality of the bar directly translates into the efficiency and culture of the tool, reduces the risk of jamming, bounce and accelerated chain wear.

1. Stable chain guidance - properly made bar groove and matched link width of 1.3 mm ensure smooth and even sliding of the chain around the perimeter. In practice, this means cleaner, more precise cuts with less operator effort and lower fuel or electricity consumption.

2. Optimum length 35 cm (14") - is a versatile size that works well in both the home garden and the workshop. The length of 35 cm allows you to efficiently cut firewood with medium diameters, cut squared timber on the construction site, shorten beams and construction boards, without the need for a longer, heavier guide that tires the user more quickly.

3. Durable design for the amateur and professional - Robust steel and careful machining ensure high resistance to abrasion and overheating. As a result, the guide retains its parameters for a long time, even with intensive use. It's ideal for people who regularly cut wood, do cleanup work on the property or do minor forestry work.

Examples of daily applications of this guide are: preparing firewood for the fireplace, cutting branches after tree felling, trimming thick shrubs, cutting rafters and roof battens, or repair and construction work with construction wood.

Where the guide is mounted 14" - 35 cm .3/8 "x0.50" 1.3 mm 50030190R and for which saws it fits?

Guide bar 14" - 35 cm .3/8 "x0.50" 1.3 mm 50030190R mounts in place of the standard guide bar on the chain saw. It is attached to the body of the saw with screws and chain tensioning mechanism. It is crucial to match the guide to a particular model of saw in terms of:

  • working length (14" / 35 cm),
  • chain pitch (.3/8" x 0,50"),
  • guide link width (1.3 mm),
  • number of links (52-cell chain),
  • shape of mounting holes and lubrication channel.

1. Easy installation in place of the old slide - replacing the guide bar involves removing the saw's side cover, loosening the chain tension, removing the old guide bar and installing the new bar into the same mounting points. With standard dimensions and pitch .3/8" installation is quick and intuitive, and the bar works well with common chains with a link width of 1.3 mm.

2. Compatible with popular chainsaws - The bar is designed for many models of petrol and electric chainsaws that use chains .3/8" x 0.50" and a total of 52 links. This is a practical solution for those who want to refresh their tool, increase its precision or replace a worn guide with a new part of high quality workmanship.

3. Trouble-free operation with proper tension and lubrication - After installing the guide bar, all you need to do is properly tension the chain and make sure the lubrication system is working properly. This will keep the bar evenly cooled and lubricated, reducing abrasion, overheating and extending the life of both the bar and chain.

In practice, the installation of this bar is a quick way to renew a worn-out chainsaw: after replacing the bar and chain, the tool regains cutting precision, works quieter and with less vibration - you will appreciate this when cutting firewood, preparing structural elements or cleaning up the plot after a storm.

Korzyści z zastosowania prowadnicy 14” 35 cm 50030190R

How to take care of the bar for a 14" chainsaw - practical tips to make it last as long as possible

To maximize the potential of the 14" - 35 cm bar .3/8 "x0.50" 1.3 mm 50030190R and prolong its life, it is worth following some simple operating and maintenance rules.

1. Regular lubrication and inspection of the oil system - always make sure that there is enough chain oil in the saw before operation, and that the oil holes in the guide bar are unobstructed. Insufficient lubrication leads to excessive heating, abrasion of the bar groove and accelerated chain wear.

2. Proper chain tension - The chain must be neither too loose nor too tight. Too loose can fall off the bar, too tight - causes excessive strain on the drive mechanism and accelerates the wear of both the chain and the bar itself. Regularly check the tension during operation, especially with new chains.

3. Periodic rotation of the guide - from time to time (e.g., after several refuelings) it is worth turning the guide "upside down". This will make the wear of the leading edges more even, significantly extending the life of the whole part. After finishing work, clean the guide from sawdust and resin and, if necessary, lightly conserve it.

Using these simple procedures, you will ensure many years of trouble-free use of the guide and maintain a high operating culture of the saw, which will translate into safety, comfort and money savings.

FAQ - Frequently asked questions about the 14" - 35 cm chainsaw bar .3/8 "x0.50" 1.3 mm 50030190R

1. For which saws the guide bar fits 14" - 35 cm .3/8 "x0.50" 1.3 mm 50030190R?

The bar is designed for chainsaws that work with pitch chains .3/8" x 0.50", 1.3 mm link width and a total of 52 links. Before buying, it's a good idea to compare these parameters and the mounting hole spacing with the data found in your saw's manual or on the guide bar you've used so far.

2. Can the 14" guide be used to cut thick logs?

The 35 cm (14") length allows efficient cutting of medium-diameter wood - just enough for most garden work, firewood preparation and light forestry work. For very thick logs, it is better to use longer guides, but in many cases, with skillful operation of the saw, the 14" guide will also cope.

To choose the right chain, you need to pay attention to three basic parameters: pitch (.3/8" x 0.50"), guide link width (1.3 mm) and number of links (52). A chain with different specifications may not be able to be tensioned properly or will not work with the drive sprocket of the saw.

4. How often should you replace the guide bar on your chainsaw?

Frequency of replacement depends on the intensity of use, quality of lubrication and care of the attachment. With regular maintenance, proper lubrication and periodic rotation of the guide, it can last for many seasons. You should think about replacement when you notice severe groove formation, burn marks, cracks, or problems keeping the chain in alignment.

5. Is the 50030190R guide suitable for novice users?

Yes, the 14" - 35 cm guide is a very good choice for beginners. Its length ensures comfortable maneuvering of the saw, and the appropriately sized pitch and width of the link reduce vibration and help guide the cut steadily. This translates into greater safety and comfort for those new to chainsaw operation.
