Guide bar for chainsaws 18" - 46 cm .325'' x .058'' 1,5 mm 094600285R - professional chain guide for intensive work

Guide bar for chainsaws 18" - 46 cm .325'' x .058'' 1,5 mm 094600285R is a high quality working element for chainsaws, designed for users who value reliability, precision cutting and long service life. It is a rigid metal strip on which the cutting chain moves. Responsible for guiding the chain in a straight line, stability of the entire cutting system and operator safety during operation.

The guide is mounted on the body of the saw, in place of the standard factory mounting. When properly installed and tensioned, the chain forms a complete cutting set capable of quickly and cleanly cutting wood of all hardnesses - from soft coniferous wood to hard deciduous species.

Chain saw guide bar:

  • Length: 46 cm - 18"
  • Pitch: .325''x.058''
  • Guide link width: 1.5 mm
  • Number of cells: 72

The 46 cm (18") length is a versatile compromise between the maneuverability of the chainsaw and its performance, making the bar suitable for both home gardening and more demanding forestry, orchard or construction work. Standard pitch .325'' and a groove width of 1.5 mm make it easy to select a compatible 72-gauge chain and allow wide use on many popular chainsaw models.

The application of the guide includes m.in. cutting firewood, limbing, falling smaller trees, preparing construction material, cleaning up after windstorms, and typical garden and orchard work. It is the ideal choice for private users, gardeners, carpenters and municipal services who want a durable and proven solution.

Guide for chainsaws 18" 46 cm 094600285R - robust design and optimal working dimensions

Prowadnica do pilarek 18 cali 46 cm .325x.058 1,5 mm 094600285R

The 46 cm (18") length is one of the most popular bar sizes used on chainsaws. It allows efficient cutting of logs with significant diameters, while at the same time it does not overload the saw's drive and does not hinder the maneuverability of the machine. This allows the user to work comfortably both on the ground and at height - for example, when trimming branches from a ladder or lift.

Robust one-piece metal construction provides high resistance to bending and overheating. The rigidity of the guide bar is crucial when plunging into hardwood - minimizes the risk of "runaway" cut lines and jams. In practice, this means cleaner, straighter cuts and less fatigue for the operator, who does not have to correct the saw's path.

In day-to-day work, the user will also appreciate the optimal balance of the saw with an 18" guide bar, which translates into greater control of the machine. This is especially important when making precise cuts, such as when cutting structural elements for roof trusses, preparing decorative logs for the garden or cutting boards to length in a home workshop.

Chain 72 links, pitch .325'' x .058'' cutting performance and easy accessory selection

Prowadnica do pilarek 18 cali z łańcuchem 72 ogniwa .325x.058

Guide 18" - 46 cm .325'' x .058'' 1.5 mm 094600285R works with chain with 72 links, pitch .325'' and a guide link width of 1.5 mm (.058''). This is a very popular standard, so you can easily select a compatible chain available in most stores and tool services. This makes it easier to service the saw and reduces downtime.

Pitch .the 325'' provides a good combination of cutting speed and operating culture. A chain with this pitch generates less vibration than larger pitches, which translates into greater user comfort and more precise saw handling. The groove width of 1.5 mm guarantees stable link guidance, reducing the risk of chain jumping out of the bar even during intense pressure.

In everyday applications, these parameters will prove m.in. when cutting firewood on the allotment, processing construction timber in the workshop, preparing pallets or transport boxes, as well as for typical backyard work - removing thick branches, cutting logs after logging or cleaning up wood after a storm.

Installation of the 18" guide bar .325''x.058'' 1.5 mm 094600285R - quick replacement and compatibility with popular saws

Montaż prowadnicy do pilarki 18 cali 094600285R

Guide bar 094600285R is mounted directly on the pivot of the saw, in place of the factory guide bar. Standard mounting holes and chain drive channel allow efficient installation on many popular chainsaw models (both amateur and semi-professional), operating on pitch chains .325'' and 1.5 mm guide link.

The bar replacement procedure is simple and can be done by most users with basic experience with chainsaws themselves. Simply unscrew the clutch cover retaining nuts, remove the old guide bar, clean the working space, apply the new guide bar, insert the chain and tension it properly. This will quickly restore your device to full performance.

The use of this guide is particularly beneficial when the existing bar has become worn, bent, the tip has seized or the groove has become excessively wide. Replacement with new model 18" - 46 cm .325'' x .058'' 1.5 mm 094600285R improves cutting quality, reduces chain heat build-up, reduces drive wear and increases operational safety.

Applications for the 18" chainsaw guide - from the garden to professional construction work

Zastosowanie prowadnicy do pilarek 18 cali 46 cm

Universal parameters of the guide 18" - 46 cm .325'' x .058'' make it an ideal choice for both individual users and professionals. Great for households for firewood preparation, garden cleanup, cutting boards, beams or garden landscaping elements. With the right length, it is possible to efficiently cut larger diameter logs without having to repeatedly turn the material.

In professional applications, the guide will find its place in gardening and forestry companies, mobile sawmills, construction crews erecting wooden structures, as well as municipal services responsible for removing windbreaks and fallen trees. Stable chain guidance and high mechanical resistance result in faster work rates and less downtime.

Thanks to its compatibility with the standard chain .325'' x .058'' 72 links, the guide can be used for slitting and cross-cutting, preparing log decorative elements, building fences and in many other tasks where efficiency, repeatability and quality of cutting matter.

Durability, safety and economy of use of the 18" guide 094600285R

Trwała prowadnica do pilarek 18 cali 094600285R

Choosing a solid guide is an investment in safety and economy at work. Model 18" - 46 cm .325'' x .058'' 1.5 mm 094600285R is designed to reduce wear and tear on the chain and drive components of the chainsaw. The evenly shaped groove and appropriate material hardness help maintain stable lubrication and reduce friction, which extends the life of both the bar and the chain itself.

A properly selected and maintained guide bar increases operator safety by minimizing the risk of sudden chain jamming, chain jumping or uncontrolled kickback of the saw (kickback). This allows the user to work more confidently and comfortably, without worrying about unforeseen situations, which is especially important for longer work sessions.

In practice, this means lower operating costs - less frequent chain replacement, less time spent on service, and more time spent on efficient operation. For a service company or household where the chainsaw is used frequently, this translates into real savings on a seasonal basis.

How to care for an 18" chainsaw bar .325''x.058'' 1.5 mm to serve as long as possible?

Konserwacja prowadnicy do pilarek 18 cali

To realize the full potential of the 18" - 46 cm guide bar .325'' x .058'' 1.5 mm 094600285R, it is worth following some simple operating rules. First of all, take care of the correct chain tension - too loose can fall out of the groove, too tight accelerates the wear of both the chain and the bar. Regularly checking voltage before and during work is a must.

Another important element is proper lubrication. An efficient oil feeding system in the saw, clean lubrication holes and the use of good quality chain oil directly translate into less friction and lower operating temperatures. After cutting, it is a good idea to remove sawdust and dirt accumulated in the groove from the guide, which prevents it from overheating and deforming.

For even wear, it is also recommended to periodically reverse the bar (top-to-bottom) every time the chain is replaced or sharpened. This action extends the service life and makes the guide keep its correct shape longer. In everyday use, this will allow you to maintain a high quality cut when preparing firewood, doing carpentry work or maintaining your orchard.
