PROWADNICA DO PILAREK 16 41 CM .325 x .058 1,5 MM 094600275R

Where the guide bar for 16" - 41 cm chainsaws is mounted .325'' x .058'' 1.5 mm 094600275R?

Guide bar 16" - 41 cm .325'' x .058'' 1.5 mm 094600275R is mounted in the body of the chain saw, in place of the factory guide bar. It attaches to the so-called clutch and chain drive assembly with a standard bolt and tensioner system, which allows for quick installation and convenient chain tension adjustment. The mounting holes and oil guide channel are designed to ensure proper lubrication and compatibility with typical chain tensioning systems.

In practice, this means that after removing the old bar and chain, the new 094600275R bar can be installed in a few minutes, preserving the original attachments of the chainsaw. It is enough to properly put the bar on the mounting pins, put on a chain with parameters .325'' x .058'' with 66 links, and then adjust its tension according to the recommendations of the saw manufacturer. Mounted in this way, the guide guarantees safe operation both vertically and horizontally when cutting firewood, construction materials or tree branches.

Application of the guide 16" - 41 cm .325'' x .058'' 1.5 mm 094600275R in daily operation

The length of 41 cm allows you to comfortably cut medium-thick logs, boards, beams and trunks, while keeping the entire tool handy. This is especially important for users who work in hard-to-reach areas, such as treetops or dense bushes.

Example applications:

  • Preparation of firewood for a fireplace, stove or boiler - fast and precise cutting of logs into sections of a preset length.
  • Maintenance work in the garden and orchard - pruning thick branches, removing diseased branches, shaping trees and shrubs.
  • Construction and carpentry work - cutting beams, battens, scantlings and elements of wooden structures on the construction of a house, gazebo or shed.
  • Forestry and cleanup work - removing fallen trees, clearing land after windstorms, preparing wood for skidding.

Thanks to its balanced length, the bar provides comfortable maneuverability of the saw, which translates into less operator fatigue during prolonged operation. This solution is especially recommended for people who often reach for the saw and appreciate the certainty that each cut will be even, precise and repeatable.

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1: For which saws fits the bar 16" - 41 cm .325'' x .058'' 1.5 mm 094600275R?

The bar is designed for chainsaws that work with pitch chains .325'' x .058'', 1.5 mm link width and 66-core chain. To be sure of compatibility, it's a good idea to compare the parameters with your saw's manual or with the markings on your old guide bar.

Question 2: Do I need to use a specific type of chain for this bar?

Yes, for proper operation, use a pitch chain .325'' x .058'', 1.5 mm link width and 66 links. Using a different chain can result in improper tension, increased wear on components and even damage to the chainsaw.

Question 3: How to take care of the slide to serve as long as possible?

The basics are to regularly lubricate the chain with the right chainsaw oil, check chain tension, and periodically reverse the bar (swap the top with the bottom) to evenly distribute wear and tear. It is also a good idea to regularly clean the guide groove of sawdust and resin and check the condition of the drive wheel.

Question 4: Is the length of 16" (41 cm) suitable for backyard work?

Yes, the 16" length is one of the most popular solutions for home and semi-professional users. Allows free cutting of most logs and branches found in the garden, orchard or firewood preparation, while providing good handiness of the saw.

Question 5: When should the guide be replaced with a new one?

It is a good idea to replace the guide bar when there are pronounced gouges, deformations, excessive play in the guide groove, or when the chain begins to "wedge" and adhere worse to the guide bar. Another sign is uneven cutting and difficulty in maintaining a straight cutting path despite a properly sharpened chain.
