Drill blade 350 mm 028000069A - professional blade for soil auger MTL81R, MTL85R

Drill blade 350 mm 028000069A is a high-quality cutting element for soil augers, designed for maximum soil drilling performance. Thanks to its robust construction, well-chosen edge geometry and easy installation, it is the ideal choice for demanding users - both professionals and individuals who need a reliable tool for garden and construction work.

What is the blade for the 350 mm drill 028000069A?
It is a replaceable metal blade mounted on the end of a 350 mm diameter soil auger. The element is responsible for effective undercutting and crushing of soil, so that the drill enters the ground faster, creating even, stable holes for posts, foundations, tree or shrub plantings. The blade is made of durable steel, resistant to stress and abrasion when working in soil of different hardnesses.

Where the blade 028000069A is mounted?
The blade is attached to the working end of the soil drill with screws passing through two factory-made mounting holes. Such a solution ensures stable and secure seating of the blade, minimizing the risk of its loosening during intensive work. The product is designed for specific device models, which guarantees a perfect fit:

Destination: MTL81R, MTL85R.

Primary use of the 350 mm drill blade 028000069A
The blade will prove useful wherever fast and precise drilling of holes in the ground is needed. Perfect for:

  • drilling holes for fence posts and gates,
  • preparing holes for planting trees, shrubs and large plants,
  • foundation work on light structures (sheds, gazebos, terraces, wooden structures),
  • installation of masts, signs, garden lamps or landscaping elements,
  • earthworks on farms and orchards.

Drill blade 350 mm 028000069A - high quality workmanship and durability in all conditions

Ostrze do wiertła 350 mm 028000069A

The 028000069A blade is designed for heavy use. Made of solid, hardened steel, it provides high resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage that inevitably occurs when working in soils with rocks, roots or debris. This ensures that the blade retains its sharpness and proper geometry for a long time, reducing the need for frequent replacement.

Precision machining and a smooth edge finish enable clean, even cutting of the ground and thus lighter operation of the entire auger. In practice, this means less load on the engine, lower fuel consumption in the case of internal combustion drives, and a noticeably shorter time needed per hole.

Examples of daily use:

  • regular drilling of holes when erecting long stretches of fencing around properties or recreational plots,
  • planting a large number of fruit trees in the orchard - the blade allows you to quickly and reproducibly prepare holes with a fixed diameter,
  • preparatory work before installing a garden shed or carport, where it is necessary to drill many holes for footings or anchors.

Perfect fit for the MTL81R and MTL85R soil drill - getting the most out of your equipment

Ostrze do świdra glebowego 350 mm 028000069A

Drill blade 350 mm 028000069A was dedicated to work with popular models of soil augers MTL81R and MTL85R. Properly selected shape and spacing of mounting holes guarantee trouble-free installation and secure seating on the drill head.

This factory fit eliminates the risk of blade misalignment, which could cause vibration, excessive bearing wear or difficulty drilling in hard soils. This gives the user the confidence that their equipment is operating at optimum efficiency and making full use of the engine's power.

User benefits:

  • no need for modifications or matching the blade - just screw in place of the old one,
  • maintain the operating parameters prescribed by the auger manufacturer,
  • secure guidance of the drill bit in the ground, which makes it easier to maintain the verticality of the hole.

Examples of practical use:

  • upgrading the used MTL81R/MTL85R auger by replacing the worn blade with a new one - improving the work rate without investing in a new machine,
  • making holes for point foundations in the construction of wooden garden structures, where the stability and verticality of the holes is of key importance,
  • intensive service work - a gardening or construction company can quickly restore equipment to full capacity, minimizing downtime.

Easy installation, simple maintenance and economical operation of the blade 028000069A

One of the biggest advantages of the 350 mm drill blade 028000069A is that it is extremely easy to install. Two mounting holes allow the blade to be quickly bolted to the auger body using standard screws. The entire operation can be carried out in the field, without the need for sophisticated service tools.

Regular blade replacement is much cheaper than buying a new drill bit. With the availability of this consumable component, the user can keep the equipment in perfect working condition, which directly translates into working comfort and time savings.

How to care for the blade 028000069A?

  • clean the blade of soil, roots and stones after finishing work,
  • if necessary, gently correct the cutting edge (if allowed by the manufacturer) using appropriate tools,
  • store the drill in a dry place to reduce the risk of corrosion.

Daily uses and benefits:

  • efficient blade replacement during the working day - when you notice a decrease in efficiency after intensive drilling, you can quickly put on a new blade and continue working,
  • reduced operator effort - a blade with good sharpness makes drilling smoother and the machine "jerks" less,
  • increased precision - in a decorative garden or when making illuminated landscaping elements, each hole can be made more precisely, which affects the aesthetics of the entire implementation.

Key features of the 350 mm drill blade 028000069A

  • Designed for 350 mm diameter drill/soil auger.
  • Replaceable cutting blade mounted on the tip of the drill bit.
  • Dedicated to models: MTL81R, MTL85R.
  • Robust metal construction for high durability.
