Unlike classic one-piece garden saws, here the working part (head) is an interchangeable part, mounted on a dedicated OneClick/QuikFit handle. With one movement, you lock the head onto the stick, and when you're done, you can detach it and replace it with another tip, such as a brush, gardening claws or other tool.
The Fiskars straight garden saw is perfect for:
- pruning dry and live branches of medium thickness,
- crown formation of fruit trees,
- care of ornamental shrubs and hedges,
- preparation of branches for shredding or burning.
Sharp teeth of the saw guarantee fast cutting with low force, and properly selected tooth pitch makes it easy to work in both dry and fresh wood. A stable attachment point to the shaft minimizes vibration, resulting in greater user comfort and safety.

Where you mount the Fiskars OneClick straight garden saw and how it works with the system handle?
Head fiskars OneClick Straight Garden Saw was designed to be mounted on compatible Fiskars system handles (QuikFit / OneClick). The handle can be classic or telescopic, giving the tool a huge working range.
Installation consists of inserting the head cap into the stem socket and locking it in place with the OneClick mechanism. Once properly seated, a distinct "click" can be heard to confirm secure fastening. This solution provides:
- Quick tool change - change the saw head to a different work tip in seconds.
- Occupational safety - Solid locking of the head prevents it from accidentally sliding off during cutting.
- Saving space - Instead of several full tools, you store one handle and several lightweight heads.

- work at height - putting the head on a telescopic shaft and cutting branches from ground level,
- use it like a classic hand garden saw - with a shorter handle, for low shrubs or ground work,
- quickly switch between different types of work - for example, after trimming a branch, replace the saw with gardening claws to loosen the soil.

FAQ - Frequently asked questions about straight garden saw, head for Fiskars OneClick system
1. Does the Fiskars OneClick straight garden saw fit all Fiskars handles?
The saw is designed to work with Fiskars system handles equipped with the OneClick/QuikFit mechanism. Before buying, it's a good idea to make sure that the shaft you have is part of this system. For classic, non-system stems, installation may not be possible.
2. For what thickness of branches can this saw be used?
Fiskars straight garden saw is great for dealing with branches of medium thickness, typical for home garden trees and shrubs. For very thick branches, it is recommended to use larger hand saws or chainsaws, while this head will work perfectly for most daily maintenance work.
3. Is the saw suitable for cutting both dry and fresh wood?
Yes, the blade's profile and tooth arrangement allow efficient cutting of both fresh and dry wood. However, it is important to remove resin and moisture from the blade after work to prevent corrosion and loss of sharpness.
4. Can the head be used without a handle, like a classic handsaw?
The head is designed primarily for use with system handles, but its shape and handle also allow comfortable guidance of the saw when working up close. In many situations, it can be used similarly to a short hand saw, such as when working on low shrubs.
5. What are the main benefits of choosing OneClick over traditional gardening tools?
OneClick/QuikFit system allows you to build an entire set of gardening tools on one or two handles. With this:
