8. The warranty for the parts used in the repair of the so-called "inserted parts" is given for a period of 6 months.
9. The complainant has the right to exchange the goods/device for a new one in the event that the Authorized Service Center determines in writing that the removal of the defect is impossible or
economically unjustified.
10. The complainant should deliver the goods/device to the Authorized Service Center. The claimed goods/equipment should be complete and in the condition they were in at the time of the
damages. It should also come in a suitably protective package.
11. The Authorized Service Provider is obliged to consider the complaint within the period of time 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods/equipment by the Complainant. In the case of recognition, the Authorized
