LEFT 440MM BLADE FOR COMFORT SERIES TRACTOR OM86R TS000096R - PROFESSIONAL CUTTING BLADE FOR GARDEN TRACTORS

Left blade 440 mm for COMFORT OM86R series tractor TS000096R is a high quality, brand new scythe working element, designed for precise and efficient lawn mowing. This is the cutting blade mounted on the left side of the cutting unit on COMFORT OM86R series garden tractors. It is responsible for evenly cutting the blades of grass, lifting them properly, and throwing or collecting them into the basket - depending on the design of the scythe.

The blade is mounted directly to the tractor scythe hub, using a central bolt passing through a Ø 20 mm hole and additional fasteners using a Ø 8.5 mm side hole (distance between holes: 65 mm). Proper installation is key to safe operation and achieving ideal mowing quality across the entire working width.

The use of the left-hand blade 440 mm TS000096R covers all lawn mowing jobs with the COMFORT OM86R series tractors - from regular trimming of recreational lawns, to care for home gardens, to maintenance of green areas at commercial facilities. It is the ideal choice for users who want a repeatable, clean cut, high durability and reliability in all conditions of the mowing season.

Left-hand knife 440 mm COMFORT OM86R TS000096R - precise fit and high quality workmanship

NÓŻ LEWY 440MM DO TRAKTORKA SERII COMFORT OM86R TS000096R

The key feature of the TS000096R left-hand knife is that it is a perfect fit for COMFORT OM86R series tractors. This means that all working and mounting dimensions meet the original manufacturer's requirements, guaranteeing trouble-free installation and safe operation.

The first important feature is precise length of 440 mm. It allows full coverage of the mower's working width and works perfectly with the right-hand knife (if included). This ensures that no uncut strips are left on the lawn and the entire surface is evenly trimmed. In everyday use, this translates into an aesthetically pleasing lawn by the house, on a recreational plot or around a business, without the need to make adjustments with a trimmer.

The second important feature is width 55 mm, which affects the stability of the knife, its rigidity and aerodynamic efficiency. Properly selected width ensures proper grass lifting and its even direction into the ejection channel or basket. During regular mowing, even with slightly taller grass after weekend growth, the user gains a clean and even cut without "tugging" the blades.

The third key feature is precisely made central hole Ø 20 mm and side hole Ø 8.5 mm with a distance of 65 mm between them. Such parameters guarantee that the blade is securely seated on the hub, reduce the risk of vibration and ensure the correct balance of the entire cutting unit. In practice, this means smoother operation of the tractor, less stress on bearings and higher operator comfort, especially when mowing larger areas for longer periods of time.

Durability, safety and comfort with the COMFORT OM86R left-hand tractor blade

NÓŻ LEWY 440MM DO TRAKTORKA SERII COMFORT-OM86R TS000096R – widok ogólny

The 440mm left-hand knife TS000096R is designed for intensive, multi-season work. It is made of high quality, hardened steel, resistant to abrasion and mechanical damage that can occur when coming into contact with small stones or twigs. As a result, the blade retains its geometry and sharpness much longer, reducing the frequency of sharpening and knife replacement.

The first feature that improves durability is robust construction with a reinforced profile. Appropriate embossing on the blade's surface stiffens it, reducing the risk of deformation when working under heavier loads, such as when mowing wet or dense grass. In daily use, this means that the garden tractor maintains a stable trajectory and the blades do not "work" excessively sideways.

The second important feature is increased safety of use resulting from the factory balance of the knife and the conformity of the dimensions to the original specification. Minimizing vibration not only affects operator comfort, but also puts less stress on gearboxes, bearings and the entire cutting system. This is of great importance during long sessions of mowing extensive lawns, as it reduces user fatigue and extends the life of the tractor.

The third feature is convenience of service and replacement. Thanks to standard mounting holes and clear parameters (length, width, hole diameters), the selection of a new knife is simple, and the replacement itself can be carried out independently by a user with basic workshop tools. In practice, when replacing the blades before the start of the mowing season, the tractor owner gains confidence that the machine is fully prepared for efficient operation without the need for professional service.

Use of the left blade TS000096R in daily lawn care with the COMFORT OM86R lawn tractor

NÓŻ LEWY 440MM DO TRAKTORKA SERII COMFORT OM86R TS000096R – ostrze tnące

Left blade 440 mm for COMFORT OM86R series tractor TS000096R is used wherever fast and efficient mowing of larger lawn areas is important. It is ideal for owners of home gardens, recreational plots and green areas around companies or public facilities.

The first feature important for practical application is clean and even cutting of grass. A properly shaped cutting edge prevents fraying of the tips of the blades, which reduces yellowing and improves the overall condition of the lawn. In daily use, this translates into a dense, healthy and aesthetically pleasing lawn, which is the hallmark of any property.

The second feature is high mowing capacity, especially appreciated on larger areas. Thanks to the optimal length of the blade and its profile, the tractor can operate at a higher driving speed, still cutting the grass accurately. This is especially practical for regular mowing of areas of several acres or several thousand square meters, where it is important to reduce work time without compromising on quality.

The third feature is versatility of applications in various terrain conditions. The TS000096R blade copes with both level, well-maintained lawns and areas with minor bumps or slight hills. In typical, everyday situations - such as bypassing trees, flowerbeds or garden landscaping elements - the user gains a tool that is reliable, predictable and resistant to standard operating loads.

Why choose the 440mm left-hand blade TS000096R for the COMFORT OM86R series tractor?

NÓŻ LEWY 440MM DO TRAKTORKA COMFORT OM86R TS000096R – widok z góry

When you choose the 440 mm left blade for the COMFORT OM86R TS000096R series tractor, you are investing in a component that directly affects the quality and comfort of the entire machine. It's not just a cutting element, but a key component responsible for the appearance of your lawn and the safety of your tractor's use.

The first advantage is certainty of fit to a specific tractor model. You don't have to experiment with substitutes with uncertain dimensions - the TS000096R marking clearly indicates that the product is intended for the COMFORT OM86R series, which minimizes the risk of incorrect part selection. It saves you time and money, especially when you want to get your machine back in operation quickly.

The second advantage is favorable price to durability ratio. Thanks to its robust design and wear resistance, the knife retains its cutting performance for a long period of time. In practice, this means less frequent need to purchase new blades and less maintenance-related downtime. For users who frequently mow large areas, this is a real season-long savings.

The third advantage is comfort and protection of the tractor's components. A properly selected and balanced blade reduces vibrations transmitted to the entire cutting system, resulting in less wear on bearings, drive belts and hubs. In the long run, this means lower maintenance costs and greater reliability of a garden tractor that is ready to work whenever you need it.

FAQ - Frequently asked questions about the 440mm left-hand blade for the COMFORT OM86R TS000096R tractor

Question 1: Does the left blade TS000096R fit all models of COMFORT OM86R tractors?

Yes, the left blade 440 mm TS000096R was designed specifically for COMFORT OM86R series tractors and is compatible with them in terms of dimensions and mounting holes. Before buying, however, it is a good idea to compare the basic dimensions with the currently mounted knife for additional confirmation.

Question 2: How often should you replace the blade in a garden tractor?

Frequency of replacement depends on the intensity of use and operating conditions. With regular mowing of well-maintained lawns, it is usually sufficient to replace every few seasons, assuming regular sharpening. However, if you frequently mow grass contaminated with pebbles or twigs, replacement may be necessary more often - when the cutting edge is badly chipped or the blade has become deformed.

Question 3: Does it need to be balanced before installing a new blade?

New factory knives are already balanced at the production stage. However, it is worth visually inspecting the item before installation to ensure that it is not damaged in transit. If the blade has been sharpened or re-sharpened, it is mandatory to re-balance it to avoid excessive vibration during tractor operation.

Question 4: How to properly install the left knife TS000096R?

Before installation, disconnect the power supply to the tractor (remove the key from the ignition, and for electric models, disconnect the battery). Then immobilize the cutting unit, unscrew the fixing screw of the old knife, install the new left knife TS000096R center hole Ø 20 mm on the hub, remembering the correct direction of rotation and positioning of the blade. Tighten the screw to the recommended torque, according to the tractor's instructions.

Question 5: Is this blade suitable for mulching grass?

The 440mm left-hand blade TS000096R is primarily designed for standard mowing with ejection or collection into a basket - depending on the mower configuration. In many cases, it can work with a mulching kit, but the ultimate ability to use the mulching function depends on the design of the particular tractor model and accessories.

Question 6: What does it mean that the knife is left-handed?

The term "left" refers to the direction in which the blade is mounted in the cutting unit of the tractor. The left-hand blade is mounted on the left side, viewed from the position of the operator sitting on the tractor. This is important for the direction of rotation, the profile of the grass-lifting blades and the proper operation of the entire mower.

Question 7: How to take care of a knife to make it last as long as possible?

After each mowing, it's a good idea to clean the blade of grass and soil debris, avoid contact with rocks and hard objects, and regularly check the condition of the cutting edge. If necessary, sharpen it, keeping the original sharpening angle, and after sharpening - balance the knife. Storing the tractor in a dry place reduces corrosion of blades and other working parts.
