additional equipment for MK110 sweeper

A hopper that collects dust and sand floating during sweeping. Essential for quality surface cleaning.

SW110 SWIPPING TANK OO-OTHMK110ZBIO - what it is and how it works?

The tank for the SW110 sweeper OO-OTHMK110ZBIO is a sturdy steel structure that mounts directly to the MK110 sweeper. It forms, together with the working brush a closed dirt collection system, thanks to this, sand, dust, small stones or construction debris are not blown to the sides, but go into a capacious hopper.

As the sweeper operates, the brushes sweep debris from the pavement, and the hopper captures and collects it. When the work is finished, the operator can easily and quickly empty the tank at a designated location without having to manually scrape away the dirt.

The most important benefits from the user's point of view:

  • more thorough cleaning of even heavily dusty pavement,
  • less dust - better visibility and healthier working conditions,
  • shorter cleaning time for the same area,
  • no need to run the sweeper over the same spot repeatedly.

It is particularly important wherever cleanliness has a direct impact on safety: on maneuvering areas, at production halls, in parking lots of logistics centers or at public buildings.

Where the tank for the SW110 sweeper OO-OTHMK110ZBIO is installed?

TANK FOR SW110 SWEEPER OO-OTHMK110ZBIO mounts directly to the MK110 sweeper in the location provided by the manufacturer. The structure is equipped with appropriate brackets and attachment points, making it possible:

  • quick assembly and disassembly - For example, when the sweeper is to operate in "open" mode without a tank,
  • stable connection to the sweeper body, guaranteeing safe operation even on uneven surfaces,
  • proper operation of the sweeper - so that the contaminants are effectively directed to the inside of the tank.

The most common places of use of the complete MK110 sweeper with tank:

  • storage yards for bulk materials (aggregate, sand, grain),
  • parking lots at halls and warehouses,
  • internal roads in industrial plants and logistics centers,
  • construction sites and access to buildings, where a lot of dust and mud is generated.

The use of the SW110 OO-OTHMK110ZBIO sweeper tank in daily operation

Adding a tank to your MK110 sweeper dramatically increases its functionality. The device will be great for many common tasks:

  • Maintaining cleanliness around halls and warehouses - tank effectively collects fine sand applied by vehicles and forklifts. By doing so, you reduce the risk of slippage, dirt getting into the hall, and damage to floors.
  • Cleaning up after construction and renovation work - Concrete dust, plaster dust and small pieces of debris are particularly troublesome and easily rise into the air. The hopper captures them directly at the brush, which improves working comfort and reduces the time of cleaning the area.
  • Utility and housekeeping work - At estate roads, sidewalks, parking lots or maneuvering areas, the tank allows for aesthetic, thorough cleaning after winter salt and sand spreading or after the autumn season.

In each of the above cases, the use of a tank translates into real savings: less time spent cleaning, less fuel or energy consumption of the carrier machine, and less dust, which affects the durability of other equipment and the comfort of workers.

Durability, reliability and build quality of the tank for the MK110 sweeper

Designing TANK FOR SW110 SWEEPER OO-OTHMK110ZBIO, relied on durable materials and a simple but very solid design. This is extremely important when operating in harsh conditions: on uneven pavements, in contact with sharp aggregate or in changing weather conditions.

Key quality advantages:

  • Steel construction - resistant to mechanical damage caused by collecting stones, debris or other hard dirt.
  • Careful fit of components - Minimizes the risk of debris spillage and improves the sweeper's overall operating culture.
  • Capable of intensive, long-term use - designed for use in companies that sweep large areas on a daily basis (logistics bases, aggregate depots, municipal enterprises).

In practice, this means that when you invest in this tank, you get durable and reliable equipment, which allows you to better utilize the potential of your MK110 sweeper and prolongs its life by working in more orderly conditions.

Work safety and comfort with the SW110 SWIPPING TANK OO-OTHMK110ZBIO

Proper equipment of the sweeper has a direct impact on the safety of employees and users of cleaned areas. The use of a tank for the SW110 sweeper OO-OTHMK110ZBIO reduces the amount of floating dust, which is especially important in the vicinity:

  • entrances to halls where pedestrian and vehicular traffic is intense,
  • maneuvering yards and plant roads,
  • parking lots at shopping and service centers,
  • areas where people sensitive to dust work or move around (children, the elderly).

Less dust is also:

  • better visibility for the machine operator,
  • cleaner air in the area of cleanup work,
  • less dust deposition on facades, windows, machinery and vehicles.

In addition, tidy surfaces, free of loose sand and fine aggregate, reduce the risk of vehicle and pedestrian slippage, as well as tire wear and scratching of concrete and asphalt floors.

An investment that pays off - the economic advantages of the SW110 tank OO-OTHMK110ZBIO

Although the tank is an optional accessory for the MK110 sweeper, its purchase quickly translates into operational savings. With the ability to collect dust and sand in one pass:

  • the time required for cleaning large areas is reduced,
  • the number of passes of the machine is reduced - less fuel or energy, lower wear and tear on working components,
  • you reduce the need for additional manual sweeping or mopping of the surface.

In practice, after just a few months of regular operation, the difference in cleaning costs can be so noticeable that the investment in the tank begins to pay off in real terms - both in small service companies and large municipal enterprises.
