EMAK K655I 166CM³ engine composite starter l66151549 - reliable manual starting for your engine

Manual start kit (so-called "jerk") for the K655i engine - 166cc.

Recommended as a complementary option for the K655i motor, which is electrically actuated with a battery as standard.

EMAK K655I COMPLETE ENGINE STARTER - 166CM3 l66151549 is an original, complete manual start module designed for 166cc Emak K655i engines. The product allows you to conveniently start the engine with a starter cord, providing some protection in case the battery is discharged or the electric starter fails. It is an ideal solution for users who value reliability, simplicity of use and work safety.

The starter is mounted directly on the housing of the K655i engine, in the place provided by the manufacturer. Thanks to the factory fit, it guarantees a perfect fit with the drive unit, fast installation and stable operation in all conditions - both in domestic and professional applications.

Emak K655i 166 cm³ manual starter - what it is and why you should have it?

Emak K655i 166CM³ engine complete starter is an integrated set of components responsible for starting the internal combustion engine with the pull of a cable. The set includes m.in. drum, return spring, starter cable with handle and mounting cover to fit K655i motor.

In practice, this means that you get ready to assemble module, which only needs to be bolted to the engine. You don't have to complete parts separately or worry about their compatibility - everything is perfectly matched for the specific model of the drive unit.

Examples of the benefits of having a manual starter:

  • Ability to start the engine even with a completely discharged battery.
  • Simple, mechanical design - less risk of failure compared to an electronic system.
  • No need for mains access - run equipment in the field, on a plot, in an orchard or on a construction site.

Applications and installation locations of the EMAK K655I 166CM³ complete starter

Presented manual starter was developed specifically for the engine Emak K655i with a capacity of 166 cm³. It is mounted on the front of the engine, in the place provided by the manufacturer at the factory, using the original mounting points. This makes installation quick, intuitive, and do-it-yourself for most users with basic technical skills.

Typical applications of the K655i engine, and thus the starter:

  • Petrol mowers with larger working width, designed for gardens and green spaces.
  • Aerators, scarifiers and other lawn care equipment.
  • Municipal machinery, small plow trucks, sweepers, various types of gardening and household equipment.

The starter is installed as an alternative or additional starting system against a standard electric starter. This is especially useful in situations where the equipment works far from a power source or is operated seasonally - in which case the battery may lose efficiency or become discharged.

Practical application examples:

  • On a recreational plot where there is no permanent access to electricity - a manual starter will allow you to start the mower after the winter without charging the battery.
  • When working in the orchard or in the forest nursery - the equipment can be started at any time, regardless of the conditions.
  • In service crews - the starter is an additional protection when intensive use of equipment causes faster wear of batteries.

The most important features and advantages of EMAK K655I complete starter - 166CM³ l66151549

1. Original fit for Emak K655i 166 cm³ engine
The starter was designed specifically for the K655i drive unit, ensuring a perfect fit and proper interaction with the flywheel. No modifications or adaptations required - fits directly into the space provided by the manufacturer. For the user, this means shorter installation time and no compatibility problems.

Example of daily use: If you have a lawn mower or appliance powered by a K655i engine and have so far used only electric starting, you can easily add this starter as a factory add-on option.

2. High durability of materials and resistance to working conditions
The casing and mechanism components are made of robust, damage-resistant materials, suitable for use in demanding gardening and municipal conditions. The starter is protected from dust, grass and fine debris, which translates into long service life and reliable operation.

Example of daily use: During intensive mowing in tall grass, the starter is exposed to dirt. Robust construction and proper guards keep the mechanism running smoothly for long seasons of use.

3. Comfort of use - ergonomic handle and smooth operation of the cable
The starter features a comfortable, well-shaped handle with the word "START" on it, which provides a firm grip even with work gloves. Properly selected length and diameter of the cable and return spring guarantee light, smooth movement during actuation, which makes it much easier to start the engine even for less experienced users.

Example of daily use: During spring's first engine start after winter, a few quiet pulls on the handle are enough to get the K655i unit into gear, without the need for repeated jerking.

Complete starter for Emak K655i engine - safety and reliability in any situation

4. Independence from battery and electrical system
The use of a manual starter as an accessory for the K655i engine makes the equipment becomes independent of the condition of the battery. Even if the battery is discharged or damaged, you can start the machine mechanically, which gives you a great sense of security in your work.

Example of daily use: When the battery loses capacity after a winter shutdown, instead of halting garden work, you use the manual starter and complete planned tasks without downtime.

5. Simple design - easy maintenance and service
The starting mechanism is built with a small number of components, which reduces the risk of failure and facilitates eventual servicing. Regular inspection of the cable and spring and periodic cleaning from dirt are enough to keep the starter in excellent condition for many seasons.

Example of daily use: After the season is over, you can remove the housing in a few minutes, remove the debris, check the condition of the cable and enjoy a smooth start-up again for another year.

6. Ideal for private and professional users
Emak K655i 166 cm³ complete starter will work well in both home gardens and service companies, where equipment must be ready to work every day. For professionals, this means less downtime, increased productivity and time savings.

Example of daily use: A gardening crew serving several customers a day can't afford unscheduled stops. The manual starter is a reliable alternative when electrical components fail.
