535MM BLADE FOR G55 SERIES MOWER C7420741A637 - PROFESSIONAL BLADE FOR EVEN AND CLEAN GRASS CUTTING

535MM BLADE FOR G55 SERIES MOWER C7420741A637 is a high-quality cutting blade designed for G55 series garden mowers. Made of durable, wear-resistant steel, it provides even and precise mowing even on heavily used lawns. This is the working element of the mower responsible for cutting the blades of grass and lifting them properly, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing, dense and healthy lawn.

The presented blade mounts directly on the shaft of the mower in place of the factory blade. Thanks to its standard dimensions and properly designed mounting holes, it is ideally suited for G55 series mowers, which guarantees safe and stable operation of the device.

Full technical description of the product:
length: 535 mm, width: 57 mm, Ø central hole 25x18 mm, Ø side hole 8 mm, distance between holes 65 mm ; for mower series G55

Choosing the right mower blade is crucial to the quality of mowing, the durability of the mower and the safety of the user. Model C7420741A637 was designed to meet the requirements of both home users and more advanced users caring for larger green spaces.

535 mm blade for G55 series mower C7420741A637 - perfect fit, secure installation, safe operation

Nóż 535mm do kosiarki serii G55 C7420741A637

The lawnmower blade must not only be sharp, but, above all, perfectly matched to the particular model of the machine. 535MM BLADE FOR G55 SERIES MOWER C7420741A637 has been designed specifically for the G55 series mower, so installation is smooth and you can be sure that the blade is working properly.

Three key features related to fit and installation:

  • Precise dimensions - length of 535 mm and width of 57 mm guarantee correct mowing range and proper blade balance. Adequate length ensures that the entire working width of the mower is mowed evenly, resulting in fewer passes over the lawn.
  • Dedicated mounting holes - a central mounting hole of 25x18 mm and a side hole with a diameter of 8 mm, with a distance between the holes of 65 mm, allow trouble-free, stable installation on G55 series mowers. No need for additional fitting, reaming or reworking.
  • Safety of use - a properly fitted blade minimizes vibration, reduces wear and tear on bearings and other drive components, and reduces the risk of damage to the mower. This directly translates into greater operator safety during operation.

Examples of applications in daily work:

  • Regular mowing of the home lawn, where equal height and aesthetic appearance of the turf is important.
  • Maintain order on a recreational plot or utility garden, where grass is often interspersed with weeds and more delicate plants.
  • Cleanup work on areas at service facilities, workshops, garages or small businesses that use G55 series mowers.

Durability and build quality of the G55 mower blade - an investment for many seasons

Nóż do kosiarki G55 – trwałe ostrze 535mm

The mower blade works in very demanding conditions - it comes into contact not only with grass, but also with sand, small stones, twigs and other debris. That's why it's so important to choose blades made of the right quality steel and properly hardened.

Three key features in the area of sustainability:

  • High abrasion resistance - the steel used to make the knife ensures that it stays sharp for longer. This means less frequent sharpening and less downtime for the mower.
  • Impact resistance - adequate elasticity of the material makes the knife better able to withstand accidental impacts on small obstacles, such as small stones or hard clods of earth, which reduces the risk of chipped edges.
  • Shape stability - A well-chosen manufacturing process and surface finish ensures that the knife does not deform during operation, which helps maintain an even cutting line and reduces vibration.

Practical examples of user benefits:

  • Less frequent replacement of the blade - with proper operation and periodic sharpening can serve for many seasons, reducing the cost of maintaining the equipment.
  • Consistent, high quality mowing even with heavy use on larger areas, such as around single-family homes or guesthouses.
  • Reduced risk of mower failures resulting from misalignment or blade deformation.

Precision cutting, better looking lawn - how the 535mm blade on the G55 series mower works

Precyzyjne cięcie trawy nożem do kosiarki serii G55

The quality of the cut has a direct impact on the condition and appearance of the lawn. A dull or damaged blade, instead of cutting the grass, tugs at it, causing yellowing of the tips, increasing susceptibility to disease and making the turf look unsightly. New, well shaped 535MM BLADE FOR G55 SERIES MOWER ensures a clean, even cut with every pass.

Three key advantages of cutting quality:

  • Clean, even blade edges - sharp blade cuts off grass in one motion, without fraying. Lawn looks fresh, green and healthy after mowing.
  • Effective grass lifting and spreading - properly profiled shape of the blade (wings, bends) improves airflow under the mower housing. This ensures that the grass clippings are better collected in the garbage can or evenly distributed.
  • Ability to mow frequently without overloading the mower - Uniform cutting reduces drag, resulting in less strain on the engine and drive components.

Daily applications:

  • Regular weekly mowing of decorative lawns, where perfect visual effect counts.
  • Intensive mowing during the period of rapid grass growth (spring, early summer), without the risk of "fraying" the lawn.
  • Mowing utility areas where a clear cutting line is important, such as along paths, driveways, flower beds.

Easy replacement and maintenance of the G55 mower blade - user comfort and time savings

Montaż noża 535mm do kosiarki G55

Replacing the blade on a lawn mower is one of the basic maintenance procedures that any user can perform on their own. Model C7420741A637 was designed to make the process as simple and quick as possible, while still being safe.

Three important features related to operation and maintenance:

  • Standard attachment points - thanks to the precisely defined dimensions of the holes (central 25x18 mm, side 8 mm, distance between holes 65 mm) the assembly of the knife is limited to unscrewing the old element and screwing the new one into the same place.
  • Possibility of multiple sharpening - solid material and appropriate thickness of the blade allow repeated sharpening, which extends its life and reduces the frequency of buying a new knife.
  • Easy inspection of technical condition - the simple form of the knife makes it easy to inspect for cracks, nicks or excessive abrasion of the cutting edges.

Examples of situations from daily practice:

  • Quick replacement of the blade before the spring season - the user removes the old, worn-out blade himself and replaces it with a new one, without having to visit the service center.
  • Sharpen the blade during the season - after a few weeks of intensive mowing, the blade can be sharpened at home or at a service center, retaining its factory specifications.
  • Checking the condition after an accidental impact on an obstacle - thanks to a simple design, it is quickly assessed whether the knife is suitable for further work or needs to be replaced.

Zastosowanie noża do kosiarki serii G55

535MM BLADE FOR G55 SERIES MOWER C7420741A637 is perfect for a wide range of applications - from small home lawns to larger green areas around residential or commercial buildings. Its parameters were chosen to provide a compromise between mowing performance and ease of maneuvering the mower.

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions about the 535MM KNIGHT KNIGHT FOR G55 SERIES MOWER C7420741A637

Question 1: Does this blade fit all G55 series mowers?
Yes, the blade was designed for the G55 series mowers. Before you buy, however, it's a good idea to compare the mounting dimensions (length 535 mm, center hole 25x18 mm, side hole 8 mm, distance between holes 65 mm) with the data in your mower's manual.

Question 2: How often should I replace the blade on my mower?
Frequency of replacement depends on the intensity of use and operating conditions. As a rule, with regular mowing and periodic sharpening, the knife can last for several seasons. It should be replaced when cracks appear, significant chipping or when it can no longer be sharpened effectively.

Question 3: Is it possible to sharpen the knife yourself?
Yes, you can sharpen the knife yourself, remembering to maintain the proper sharpening angle and balance of the blade. When in doubt, it's a good idea to use a professional service to avoid vibration during mower operation.

Question 4: What are the symptoms of a worn or damaged knife?
The most common symptoms include frayed grass tips, pronounced yellowing after mowing, increased vibration of the mower, noisier operation, and visible chipping or deformation on the blade.

Question 5: Will a new knife improve the appearance of my lawn?
Yes. Replacement of the worn-out knife with a new, properly shaped and sharp model, such as C7420741A637, usually improves the appearance of the lawn very quickly - the cut is even and the blades are cleanly cut, reducing yellowing and promoting healthy, dense growth.

Question 6: Does knife assembly require specialized tools?
Usually, all you need is a standard wrench that matches the blade mounting bolt on your mower. Before starting work, disconnect the power to the mower (in the case of a petrol mower - pull out the candle pipe), and then securely lock the blade to avoid accidental rotation.
