RIGHT KNIFE 525MM FOR OM105 series tractor AK521207 - professional cutting blade for efficient lawn mowing

RIGHT KNIFE 525MM FOR OM105 SERIES TRACTOR AK521207 is a high-quality, right-hand cutting blade designed for OM105 series garden tractors. Designed for heavy-duty use, it provides precise mowing, an even cutting line and optimal grass collection or ejection. Thanks to the properly selected length and diameters of the mounting holes, it is an ideal replacement for the worn out original blade.

Product specifications:
length: 525 mm, width: 55 mm, Ø central hole 16 mm, Ø side hole 6 mm, distance between holes 150 mm; for OM105 series tractor

What is the 525MM RIGHT KNIFE for OM105 series tractor AK521207?
This is the working element of the lawnmower-tractor, responsible for cutting the grass. The right blade indicates the direction of work and where it is mounted on the cutting unit - it works together with the second blade (left), providing full coverage of the mowing width. Made of durable, hardened steel, ensures long life and safe use.

Where is the 525MM RIGHT KNIFE for OM105 series tractor AK521207 mounted?
The blade is mounted in the cutting unit (mowing unit) of the OM105 series tractor. It is screwed to the knife shaft using the central mounting hole Ø 16 mm and two side holes Ø 6 mm, between which an exact distance of 150 mm is maintained. Correct fitting of the holes guarantees stable attachment, reduction of vibrations and safe operation at high speeds.

Application of right-hand knife 525 mm
The blade is designed for mowing lawns and green areas in home gardens, recreational plots, areas around companies or institutions. It is ideal for regular lawn care, even on larger areas. The appropriate profile of the blade helps to effectively lift the blades of grass and cut them evenly, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing turf appearance.

Right-hand knife 525 mm for OM105 series tractor AK521207 - precise fit and easy installation

The 525mm right-hand knife is designed to fit perfectly on OM105 series garden tractors. The key point here is length of 525 mm, which guarantees correct mowing width and no collision with the second blade on the unit. Width 55 mm ensures adequate rigidity and strength of the blade, even when working in more difficult conditions, such as on uneven ground. Thanks to the dimensions chosen in this way, the knife works with the factory guards and the design of the aggregate, without requiring any modifications.

Equally important are accurately dimensioned mounting holes. Central hole with a diameter of 16 mm and lateral with a diameter of 6 mm, with maintained distance 150 mm, allow quick and trouble-free screwing of the blade to the hub, without the need for bushings or reaming holes. For the user, this means less downtime for the tractor and the possibility to carry out the replacement yourself in the backyard garage.

Such fine-tuning also translates into work safety. Correctly centered and firmly attached blade reduces vibration, does not put undue strain on bearings or the drive shaft and reduces the risk of mechanical damage. In practice, the garden owner gains confidence that after replacing the blade, the tractor will mow evenly, quietly and without disturbing vibrations, and the operation itself will not require specialized equipment.

Durable construction and long life of OM105 tractor blade

RIGHT KNIFE 525MM FOR OM105 series tractor AK521207 is made of high quality steel, suitable for high-speed operation. The material is characterized by high abrasion and impact resistance, which is crucial when dealing with small stones, twigs or hard clumps of grass. As a result, the blade does not dull excessively quickly, and its cutting edge remains effective for many mowing cycles.

A special process hardening and balancing of the knife guarantees it the right hardness while maintaining its resilience. In practice, this means a reduced risk of rupture or deformation when suddenly hitting an obstacle. A well-balanced blade minimizes vibration, which not only affects operator comfort, but also extends the life of bearings, drive belts and the entire cutting unit.

The owner of the tractor thus gains lower operating costs. Less frequently replaced blades, less risk of drive component failure and no need for frequent servicing are real savings in time and money. In daily use, during regular mowing of a home lawn or a larger recreational plot, the user can count on stable cutting quality without the need to sharpen each time after several passes.

Wytrzymały nóż prawy 525mm do traktorka OM105

Perfect cutting quality and aesthetically pleasing lawn appearance

A properly selected and sharp blade is the heart of any garden tractor. The AK521207 model provides clean, even cut, so the blades of grass are not tugged, but cut precisely. This form of mowing reduces yellowing of the grass tips and promotes thickening of the grass, resulting in a healthy, juicy green and even lawn.

The appropriately shaped blade geometry also improves air circulation in the cutting unit. A raised air jet picks up grass in front of the blade, increasing mowing efficiency even when the turf is slightly higher or damp. As a result, one pass of the tractor often proves to be enough to achieve the desired effect, which reduces working time and fuel consumption.

In everyday use - when tending the garden at a single-family house, around a company building or in a recreational area - the user will also appreciate the even shredding of cut grass. Finer fragments can be used as a natural fertilizer (mulching) or can be more easily collected in the trash, providing a neat appearance of the area without additional raking.

Comfort of use and safety of work with AK521207 knife

RIGHT KNIFE 525MM FOR OM105 series tractor AK521207 is designed with the following features in mind comfortable handling and high level of safety. Clearly marked mounting direction and precise mounting holes make it easy for even less experienced users to attach the knife correctly. Steel construction and adequate material thickness reduce the risk of uncontrolled breakage when accidentally hitting an obstacle in the grass.

The stable operation of the blade also reduces noise and vibration, which is important especially when mowing larger areas for longer periods of time. Less vibration transmitted to the handlebars and the operator's seat translates into greater comfort, less fatigue, and more precision in driving the tractor along flowerbeds, curbs or fences.

In daily use, with regular mowing of the garden, the owner of the tractor also gains confidence that the the cutting unit is adequately protected. A well-chosen, factory-balanced blade reduces the loads transferred to gears, belts and bearings. This, in turn, translates into less frequent service visits and lower maintenance costs for all gardening equipment.

When it's a good idea to replace the blade in an OM105 series tractor with a new one?

Regular inspection of the condition of the cutting knives is key to maintaining high quality mowing. Replacement with a new right blade 525 mm AK521207 is worth considering when you notice jagged grass tips, pronounced vibration of the aggregate or visible damage to the blade, such as chipping or bending. Even frequent sharpening will not restore full performance to a knife that has been severely mechanically damaged.

A new blade is also a good choice before the start of the busy mowing season. Owners of larger gardens often plan to replace blades in early spring to make sure they work through the entire season on an efficient and effective cutting set. When replacing the right-hand knife, it's also worth taking care to check the condition of the left-hand knife and the drive belt to avoid unplanned downtime in the middle of the season.

In practice, the investment in a new AK521207 knife is a small cost compared to the comfort of work and aesthetics of the garden. An evenly mowed lawn around the house, on a recreational plot or at a commercial facility affects the overall perception of the entire property, and an efficient blade is one of the key elements that determine the final result.

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions about RIGHT KNIFE 525MM FOR OM105 SERIES TRAKTORK AK521207

1. Will this knife fit my OM105 tractor?
The right-hand knife AK521207 is designed for OM105 series tractors, as long as the cutting unit uses a knife with a length of 525 mm, a width of 55 mm, with a central hole Ø 16 mm and side holes Ø 6 mm at a distance of 150 mm. Before you buy, it is a good idea to compare the dimensions with the knife you have used so far.

2. Do I need to replace both knives at the same time?
It is recommended to replace both blades (right and left) at the same time, especially when they are worn to a similar degree. This ensures an even cut, better balance of the cutting unit and less vibration during tractor operation.

3. How often should the AK521207 knife be sharpened??
Sharpening frequency depends on the intensity of use and working conditions. For typical home use, it is a good idea to check the sharpness of the blade every few mowings. If your lawn is rocky or you frequently hit twigs, your knife may need sharpening more often.

4. Can I replace the blade in the tractor myself?
Yes, many users are replacing the blades on their tractors themselves. However, always disconnect the power source (key, battery), lock the blade rotation, use the appropriate tools and follow the machine manufacturer's recommendations. If you don't feel confident, it's a good idea to have the replacement done by a service center.

5. How do I know when a knife needs replacing, not just sharpening?
If the knife has deep nicks, is noticeably bent, has cracks or is significantly shortened due to repeated sharpening, it should be replaced. Such an element can be dangerous, plus it will not provide quality cutting.

6. Is this blade suitable for mulching grass?
The 525 mm right-hand blade can work with a mulching system, as long as the tractor and mower deck are designed for it. Thanks to the appropriate profile of the blade and the generated air circulation, the grass is effectively lifted and shredded, which promotes the even distribution of fine clippings on the surface of the lawn.
