Blade hub for MAX44/48/53 powered mowers - precise fit and full compatibility with many models

Piasta noża do kosiarek z napędem MAX44/48/53 Ø22,2MM 66060131

The most important feature of the blade hub 66060131 is its wide compatibility with popular MAX series garden mowers with working widths of 44, 48 and 53 cm. Thanks to the exact reproduction of factory dimensions, the hub fits, among others, the MAX 44 PBX Plus-Cut, MAX 48 TBX ALLROAD ALUMINIUM, MAX 53 VBX Plus-Cut and many other models listed above. For the lawnmower owner, this means easy selection of a replacement part without having to look for replacements of uncertain origin.

The precise 22.2 mm shaft diameter and 78 mm side hole spacing ensure that the hub will seat exactly where the machine manufacturer intended it to. In practice, this translates into no backlash, even blade rotation and limited vibration while mowing. This, in turn, affects both the comfort of the operator and the aesthetics of the lawn - the grass is cut evenly, without jagged edges or "waves".

In everyday garden use, whether mowing a home lawn, an allotment garden, or a larger property, it is important that wear parts can be easily replaced. Thanks to the unambiguous marking of the hub model 66060131 and its matching to a long list of mowers, the user can quickly order the right part, reducing equipment downtime to a minimum.

Robust design and durable materials - reliable operation even when mowing hard

Wytrzymała piasta noża do kosiarek MAX44/48/53 66060131

The knife hub is one of the most stressed parts of the cutting system. During operation, the mower repeatedly hits small stones, branches or hard clumps of grass with the blade, and all these forces are transmitted just through the hub. Therefore, it is important that it is made of durable material and has a proper reinforced structure. The presented hub 66060131 is designed for long-term, trouble-free operation in demanding garden conditions.

Have tall grass after several weeks of rain? Mowing a neglected area around a house or recreational plot puts more stress on the cutting unit. In such situations, a solid blade hub is crucial - it protects the engine and drive shaft from excessive strain, stabilizes the blade, and minimizes the risk of damage to other mower components. Thanks to the appropriate hub height - 89 mm - and well-thought-out geometry, the forces acting on the blade are evenly distributed.

In daily use, the gardener or property owner will appreciate the fact that the replacement of the hub restores the original culture of the mower: it reduces noise, reduces vibration of the handle and eliminates the effect of "beating" of the blade. This is especially important if mowing takes longer - operator comfort increases and fatigue is reduced. A good quality hub is an investment in the safety, comfort and life of the entire mower.

Easy knife hub replacement and installation - saving time and lower service costs

Piasta noża 66060131 – łatwy montaż w kosiarkach MAX44/48/53

Knife hub for MAX44/48/53 Ø22.2MM powered mowers 66060131 is designed to make its replacement as easy as possible, even for people who do not service garden equipment on a daily basis. Standard mounting hole diameters (7 mm) and convenient spacing of 78 mm allow trouble-free installation using original screws, without additional adapters or modifications. This is a big advantage for individual users and small gardening companies that value short repair times.

In practice, the replacement is as follows: after safely disconnecting the power supply to the mower and placing it in the service position, the old blade and the worn hub are removed, the attachment point is cleaned and a new hub is installed 66060131. Then you screw on the blade that is compatible with your particular mower model. Thanks to the factory dimensions of the inner bore (13 mm) and shaft (22.2 mm), the new hub lays perfectly and requires no additional adjustment.

For the user, this means real savings - there is no need to return the mower to a specialist service each time the hub is replaced. All you need is a basic set of tools and to follow safety rules. As a result, the mower gets back to work faster, and you can take care of the impeccable appearance of your lawn without delay.

Safety and comfort of mowing thanks to efficient blade hub on MAX mowers

Piasta noża – bezpieczeństwo i komfort pracy kosiarką MAX

A worn or damaged blade hub not only affects the quality of mowing, but also your safety. Excessive slack, beating of the knife or unnatural vibrations can lead to loosening of screws and, in extreme cases, even damage to the knife. The use of the new factory-fitted hub 66060131 significantly reduces this risk by stabilizing the blade and allowing it to rotate evenly.

In practice, this means safer mowing at curbs, around trees, flowerbeds or garden features. The knife is guided steadily, reducing the risk of accidentally tearing off a piece of the knife or other dangerous situations. In addition, reduced vibration makes the operator feel less fatigue, and longer gardening work becomes more comfortable.

If you regularly cultivate larger grassy areas - for example, areas next to service facilities, residential communities or on recreational plots - a functioning blade hub is a guarantee that the mower will operate predictably and safely. Combined with a sharp knife, the result is an even, dense and healthy turf that is the hallmark of a well-groomed area.

Knife hub application 66060131 - when to replace and the benefits of a new knife hub?

Zastosowanie piasty noża do kosiarek MAX 44 48 53

Knife hub for mowers with drive MAX44/48/53 Ø22,2MM 66060131 is used wherever it is necessary to restore full efficiency of the cutting system. It is worth considering its replacement when:

  • after hitting a stone or other hard object, the blade began to "beat" and the mower vibrates strongly,
  • the level of the lawn after mowing is uneven, despite sharp blades and the correct cutting height,
  • the hub shows cracks, chipping or excessive wear on the mounting holes,
  • transverse or axial play can be felt when the knife is tightened.

New blade hub restores alignment and stability of blade rotation, which has a direct impact on mowing quality. In daily use, this is especially evident in larger, even areas: the lawn is uniformly trimmed, with no "steps" or strips of different heights. For those who care about the presentable appearance of the garden - by the house, business or guesthouse - this is especially important.

The hub 66060131 is also ideal for garden equipment service centers and landscaping service providers. Thanks to its versatility within the MAX 44/48/53 series, it is possible to maintain a smaller inventory while covering a large number of mower models used by customers.
