Reinforced knob for Ø130 mm heads 63120030AR - professional adjustment and secure fixing of the cutting head

Reinforced knob for Ø130 mm heads

What is the reinforced knob for Ø130 mm heads 63120030AR?

Reinforced knob for Ø130 mm heads 63120030AR is a rugged, heavy-duty mounting component designed to attach and adjust 130 mm diameter work heads, most commonly used on professional gardening and municipal equipment. The design of the knob combines a sturdy plastic base with a metal working surface, which ensures high mechanical resistance and stable transmission of forces during operation of the device.

From the user's point of view, it is a key operating component - the quality of the knob determines the secure seating of the head, the smooth operation of the machine and the safety of the operator. Reinforced construction increases the life of the whole set and reduces the need for frequent replacement of parts. With a standard diameter of 130mm, the knob fits a wide range of heads for easy fitting and service.

In practice, this means that when you invest in the 63120030AR knob, you get a durable, precision-made component that provides a stable mount even under heavy use, harsh field conditions and high dynamic loads.

Where the reinforced knob for Ø130 mm heads is mounted 63120030AR?

Reinforced knob Ø130 mm 63120030AR is mounted directly in the working head assembly - at the point where the clamping element presses the head against the shaft or drive plate of the device. It is mainly used in:

  • cutting and mowing heads of garden equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, line trimmers),
  • the working heads of municipal machines used for maintenance of green areas,
  • specialized heads for cutting, mulching or tending roadsides and wastelands.

Installation of the knob is usually done using standard screws or pins provided by the head manufacturer. Thanks to its precise diameter adjustment, the knob ensures proper head alignment and even force distribution, which is crucial for vibration-free and comfortable use. Replacement is most often limited to removing the worn-out component and inserting a new knob in the same place - without interfering with other machine components.

In daily use, the installation of the knob takes place wherever the device works intensively: on farms, gardening companies, municipal utilities and home gardens, where the operator expects reliability and safety of operation.

Use of reinforced knob for Ø130 mm heads 63120030AR in daily operation

Reinforced knob for Ø130 mm heads 63120030AR is designed for intensive professional use. It works well wherever the head is exposed to frequent impacts, heavy loads and contact with hard obstacles (stones, roots, curbs). Typical applications include:

  • Maintenance of lawns and green areas - secure attachment of the cutting head translates into an even mowing height and no play that could cause run-out or dangerous vibration.
  • Work on roads and roadsides - When mowing ditches, slopes and wastelands, the head often works in difficult conditions. A reinforced knob stabilizes its position and protects it from accidental loosening.
  • Operation in service companies - with frequent transportation of machines, daily assembly and disassembly of heads, a solid knob is a guarantee that the fastening elements will withstand hundreds of cycles without damage.

Garden owners will appreciate durability and safety above all, while professionals will appreciate reduced downtime and service costs. Thanks to its reinforced design, the knob allows you to work continuously without worry, which is especially important during the season of intensive gardening and municipal work.

Reinforced knob for Ø130 mm heads 63120030AR - quality, durability and reliability

One of the key features of the 63120030AR knob is its reinforced design. Sturdy, ribbed base made of shatterproof plastic and a metal work surface ensure long component life - even when working in dusty, humid environments and varying temperatures. This is especially important for users who operate the equipment for many seasons and expect minimal maintenance.

The strength of the knob also translates into safety. Securely pressing the head against the drive shaft reduces the risk of it coming loose or breaking off during operation. This allows the operator to focus on the task at hand - whether it's mowing the lawn next to the house or caring for extensive landscaping - without worrying about sudden attachment failures.

Product reliability has a direct impact on operating costs. Less frequently replaced parts mean less downtime and lower service expenses. For gardening and municipal companies it is a measurable saving of time and money, and for individual users - the comfort of work and the certainty that the device will be ready for action whenever it is needed.
