It is the ideal choice for both discerning private users and landscaping companies that want reliability, comfort and precision in mowing grass, weeds and brush.

What is the LOAD&GO 2.4 MM Ø110 MM filament head 63109002?

LOAD&GO VEIN HEAD 2.4 MM Ø110 MM 63109002 is a complete cutting head of the "reel and line" type, mounted on the end of the drive shaft of a petrol scythe. Its task is to rotate the cutting line at high speed, which allows it to effectively cut grass, weeds and small bushes.

Mechanism LOAD&GO allows you to instantly wind a new line without taking the head apart. Simply insert a properly cut section of fishing line, pull, and then rotate the cover to wind it evenly onto the drum. This solution significantly reduces downtime and increases user comfort.

The head is pre-equipped with a line of diameter 2.40 mm, which is an optimal compromise between cutting performance and durability and wear resistance.

Oleo-Mac LOAD&GO 2.4 mm Ø110 mm vein head 63109002 - design and reliability

Głowica żyłkowa LOAD&GO 2.4 mm Ø110 mm 63109002

Vein head Oleo-Mac LOAD&GO 2.4 mm Ø110 mm 63109002 was designed for intensive use in demanding conditions. Its body is made of durable plastic resistant to impact with stones, sand or contact with hard obstacles - curbs and paving slabs.

Three key design features:

  1. Reinforced body - resistant to mechanical damage, which translates into a long life of the head even with daily professional use. This is important, for example, for gardening companies doing hundreds of hours of work per season.
  2. Precisely contoured base - ensures stable seating on the bevel gear and even load distribution, which reduces wear on the scythe's components and vibrations felt by the operator.
  3. Precisely designed line reel - Allows even winding of the 2.40 mm line, which prevents its wedging and ensures smooth ejection during operation.

Examples of daily use:

  • Regular mowing of the home lawn - the head can withstand contact with curbs, flowerbeds or fence foundations.
  • Works on developing a recreational plot - copes with taller grass and weeds without the need for frequent replacement of cutting elements.
  • Professional gardening services - one head can handle multiple tasks in a day, minimizing the risk of breakdowns and costly downtime.

LOAD&GO system - fast 2.40 mm line change and working comfort

System LOAD&GO – głowica żyłkowa 2,4 mm

One of the biggest advantages of this head is the innovative LOAD&GO system, which significantly simplifies operation and reduces the time needed to prepare the device for operation.

The three most noticeable benefits of the LOAD&GO system:

  1. Express line replacement - it literally takes tens of seconds to change the line. There is no need to disassemble the head into parts, which will be especially appreciated by users who do not like complicated servicing operations.
  2. No need for specialized tools - The line can be wound in the field without the use of screwdrivers or wrenches. This is important when working away from the workshop or garage for long periods of time.
  3. Less risk of installation errors - a simple, intuitive system minimizes the chance of incorrectly inserting the line, which is usually the cause of its wedging or rapid wear.

Applications in practice:

  • When mowing large areas - when the line wears out faster, the operator wastes far less time on service breaks.
  • On plots of land away from home - a quick change of line in the field allows you to finish the job without having to return for a spare head.
  • In service companies - shorter downtime means higher employee productivity and better profitability of orders.

Compatibility with Oleo-Mac lawnmowers - fit confidence and safety

Głowica LOAD&GO 2.4 mm kompatybilna z kosami Oleo-Mac

LOAD&GO 2.4 mm Ø110 mm filament head 63109002 was developed specifically to work with many popular models of Oleo-Mac petrol cutters. This assures the user of a perfect fit, proper transmission and safe operation.

Three key compatibility advantages:

  1. Stable mounting on M8 thread x 1.25 - provides a secure connection to the gearbox and eliminates the risk of the head unscrewing during operation.
  2. Optimum match to the power of the scythes - 110 mm diameter and 2.40 mm line are selected to work effectively with the motors used in the BCH and BC series.
  3. No need for additional adapters - simple replacement in place of the factory head means fewer problems and faster installation.

Practical application examples:

  • A private user who owns a BCH 25 S lawnmower can replace the worn-out head with a new LOAD&GO without any worries, maintaining the full functionality of the device.
  • A horticultural company operating several BC 270 and BC 300 models unifies equipment - using one head for several machines, which simplifies logistics and parts storage.
  • Municipal green space manager using BC 241 S/T scythes provides operators with compatible and reliable attachments, reducing the risk of breakdowns during seasonal work.

Efficient mowing with 2.40 mm monofilament - productivity and plant protection

Żyłka 2,4 mm w głowicy LOAD&GO

Monofilament diameter 2.40 mm used in this head is a universal solution, combining high cutting performance with protection of plants and surrounding elements. This line thickness is perfect for most standard applications.

The three most important advantages of 2.40 mm monofilament:

  1. High abrasion and tear resistance - Suitable for working in dense grass, around curbs, fences and bushes.
  2. Precision and gentleness - unlike metal discs, monofilament is gentler on the trunks of young trees, posts or edges, reducing the risk of damage to them.
  3. Versatility - can be used for both fine lawns and taller weeds in the plot or ditch.

Examples of daily use:

  • Trimming the lawn around fruit trees - the line effectively cuts the grass while minimizing the risk of injuring the bark.
  • Tidying up the edges of paving stones - removes weeds growing between the paving stones without damaging their surface.
  • Cutting taller grass next to a mesh fence - the 2.40 mm line is strong enough to handle dense vegetation without putting too much strain on the scythe engine.

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

1. Will this head fit my Oleo-Mac scythe?

The head is compatible with models: BCH 25 S, BCH 250 S, BCH 25 T, BCH 250 T, BCH 25 D, BCH 250 D, BC 241 S, BC 241 T, BC 270 S, BC 270 T, BC 300 S, BC 300 T and BC 241. If your mower is one of these models or has an M8 x 1.25 thread with a left-hand pivot, the head will be suitable.

2. What line can I use in this head?

The head is factory equipped with a 2.40 mm diameter line and this diameter is recommended. You can use high-quality round or profiled (e.g. square, star) fishing lines, as long as their diameter does not exceed 2.40 mm.

3. How quickly the line is replaced in the LOAD&GO system?

Replacing the line usually takes from a few tens of seconds to about a minute. Simply measure the appropriate length of line, pull it through the head, and flip the cover to wind it - without having to take the head apart.

4. Do I need special tools to mount the head?

Not. To install the head, all you need is the standard procedure used when replacing attachments on scythes - you lock the bevel gear with a suitable pin or screwdriver (according to the scythe's instructions), unscrew the old head and screw the new one onto the M8 thread x 1.25.

5. Is the head suitable for professional use?

Yes. Thanks to its robust design, resistance to damage and fast line replacement system, the LOAD&GO 2.4 mm Ø110 mm head 63109002 is ideal for gardening companies and municipal work where performance and reliability are important.

6. Can I use this head for very tough weeds and woody stems?

The 2.40 mm line head is mainly designed for grass, soft weeds and young shoots. For very hard, woody plants it is recommended to use metal discs, if the manufacturer of the scythe allows such equipment. For most typical garden and allotment applications, however, a vein head will be perfectly adequate.

7. How to care for the head to serve as long as possible?

Avoid prolonged contact with hard obstacles (stones, metal parts, concrete), regularly check the condition of the line and drum, and clean the head of grass and dirt after use. Store the scythe in a dry place, which will reduce plastic aging.
