Oleo-Mac Ø110 mm lineless spool is an original working element for mowing heads of trimmers and brushcutters, designed to wind and guide the cutting line. Diameter of 110 mm ensures stable operation and optimal line development when mowing grass, weeds and brush around the house, garden and allotment.

The product is made of durable plastic resistant to impact, abrasion and high rotation, which guarantees long life and safe use. The original manufacturer's code 63100020R and EAN 8026619040925 make it easy to select the right replacement for your specific Oleo-Mac model.

Where the Oleo-Mac Ø110 mm lineless bobbin is mounted 63100020R?

Oleo-Mac Ø110 mm lineless bobbin

Spool without line Oleo-Mac Ø110 mm 63100020R - original spare part for trimmers and brushcutters

Oleo-Mac Ø110 mm lineless spool 63100020R was designed as an original spare part for the cutting heads of the Oleo-Mac brand of trimmers and brushcutters. This means that its dimensions, shape and mounting method perfectly match the factory requirements of the brand's devices. The customer, choosing an original component, is assured of full compatibility, easy installation and trouble-free operation of the equipment for a long time.

Genuine components, such as this bobbin, minimize the risk of damage to the head, gearbox or drive shaft that could result from the use of mismatched or low-quality replacements. For the user, this means real savings - no frequent repairs and longer life of the whole machine. The 63100020R bobbin meets the strict quality standards imposed by the manufacturer, so it will work well in the hands of both home users and demanding semi-professional users.

In everyday use, this translates into smooth unwinding and winding of the line, reduced downtime during operation, and comfortable operation of the head. Just place the properly selected line, close the head and you can start mowing without worrying about jamming or tangling the cutting material.

Durable Oleo-Mac Ø110 mm bobbin design - load resistance and long service life

Oleo-Mac Ø110 mm lineless bobbin is made of high quality plastic with increased resistance to impact, friction and external influences. During the operation of a trimmer or scythe, the component is exposed to very high speeds, shocks and impacts with stones or hard plant fragments. Robust construction minimizes the risk of cracks, deformation and broken attachments, so the equipment remains operational and ready for use for many seasons to come.

The 110mm diameter contributes to stabilizing the head and evenly distributing the cutting line, resulting in precise and efficient mowing. The larger diameter of the bobbin also means that a longer length of line can be used, so the need for refilling is less frequent. This is especially important for users tending larger acreages, where reducing interruptions is of real importance to productivity.

For everyday applications such as mowing the lawn next to the house, leveling the edges next to the driveway or paths, or removing weeds next to the fence, the durable spooler allows you to focus on the quality of the work being done, rather than checking the condition of the attachment. Just put on the right line once and enjoy long-lasting, trouble-free operation.

Easy installation of the bobbin 63100020R and convenient replacement of the line in the cutting head

Oleo-Mac Ø110 mm lineless spool 63100020R is designed to make its installation as intuitive as possible, even for less experienced users. Properly shaped sockets and guides facilitate proper placement of the cutting line, and the tailored shape of the bobbin allows it to be quickly seated in the head. Such a system reduces the risk of installation errors that could cause tangles, jamming or uneven extension of the line.

In practice, this means that the user can perform full maintenance of the cutting head by himself - from replacing the worn line, through its rewinding, to checking the condition of the bobbin - without having to visit the service center. For owners of gardens or allotments, this translates into saving time and money, as well as complete independence in the care of greenery.

For example, during a busy mowing season when the line wears out quickly, it only takes a few minutes to refresh the head. The user can easily remove the cover, replace the line with a new one, reinstall the spool and continue working. Easy operation is especially valuable for people who do cleaning work occasionally and do not have much experience with servicing garden tools.

Precise line guidance and high mowing comfort with Oleo-Mac Ø110 mm spool

One of the key functions of the bobbin is to precisely guide the cutting line inside the head. Properly made grooves and ribbing in Oleo-Mac Ø110 mm spool prevent the line windings from jamming each other, which eliminates the problem of sudden stoppage of extension and the need for frequent disassembly of the head. The user gets stable, predictable line extension every time the head touches the ground (depending on the design of the bump feed head).

On a daily basis, this means evenly mowing the lawn without leaving uncut strips or tufts of grass. This will be ideal for finishing landscaping work, when you need to level the edges at curbs, walls, terraces or around trees. Constant line length contributes to an aesthetically pleasing end result and reduces fatigue for the operator, who does not have to stop every few minutes to correct settings.

Better line guidance also means less vibration and lower noise from uneven head loading. As a result, mowing becomes more comfortable and the device works more stably and quietly. This is especially important during longer work sessions in larger green spaces.

Oleo-Mac Ø110 mm lineless spool - an economical and ecological solution for your garden

The use of Oleo-Mac Ø110 mm lineless bobbin is not only convenient, but also economical. With the ability to rewind the line multiple times, the user buys only the cutting material, without having to purchase complete heads each time. This reduces the operating costs of the device, which is especially important for regular maintenance of large green areas.

The reusable bobbin also has a positive impact on the environment - it reduces the amount of plastic waste that ends up in the trash along with used, disposable hardware components. This is a favorable solution for those who care about both the appearance of their garden and ecology.

In practice, the user buys a sturdy original spool 63100020R once, and then replenishes it with a line of the appropriate diameter - adapted to the type of plants to be mowed (thinner for grass, thicker for tougher weeds). This approach provides flexibility in the selection of attachments for current gardening tasks and full control over operating costs.

FAQ - Frequently asked questions about Oleo-Mac Ø110 mm lineless spool 63100020R

1. To which devices the Oleo-Mac Ø110 mm lineless spool 63100020R fits?

The spool is designed for selected models of Oleo-Mac trimmers and brushcutters equipped with line heads with a diameter of about 110 mm. To be sure of compatibility, check your device's manual for the part number or consult your dealer with the code 63100020R.

2. Does the bobbin contain the cutting line?

No, it is a spool without line. This means that the customer receives the cutting line winding element itself. The type and thickness of the line can be selected individually, depending on the type of gardening work and the recommendations of the manufacturer of the device.

3. What diameter of line can I use on this spool?

The most common line diameters used in Oleo-Mac heads range from approx. 2.0 mm to 2.7-3.0 mm, depending on the power of the scythe and the type of head. To choose the optimal diameter, it is worth checking the manufacturer's recommendations in the equipment manual. Using a line that is too thick can strain the engine, and one that is too thin can reduce mowing efficiency.

4. Can I replace the bobbin and wind new line myself?

Yes, the design of the bobbin 63100020R allows you to replace it yourself. Simply open the cutting head, remove the old bobbin (if damaged), insert the new one, and then wind the appropriate length of line according to the direction marked on the bobbin or in the instructions. The whole process is simple and does not require specialized tools.

5. How can I tell if a bobbin needs replacing?

The need for replacement may be evidenced by visible cracking, deformation, broken catches or problems with the even unwinding of the line (such as its blocking inside the head). If the head frequently jams despite the use of appropriate line, it is worth checking the condition of the bobbin and, if necessary, replace it with a new, original part.

6. Does using the original bobbin affect the device's warranty?

The use of original spare parts, such as the bobbin 63100020R, is in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and usually has a positive effect on the maintenance of the warranty conditions. The use of non-original or inappropriate parts can lead to damage to the device, which is not always covered by warranty protection.

7. How to take care of a bobbin to make it last as long as possible?

When you're done, it's a good idea to clean the head of grass, soil and stones, and check the condition of the bobbin. Do not store the head in a place exposed to high temperatures or direct sunlight, which could accelerate the aging of the plastic. Regular inspection and gentle cleaning prolong the life of the bobbin and the entire cutting head.
