The TAP&GO Ø109 MM 63080011A is a complete cutting head with a factory-installed 1.60 mm diameter line. The presented head is designed for installation in Oleo-Mac lawnmowers and trimmers, and in particular is compatible with the model Oleo-Mac TR 91 E. The attachment is made in the standard M8 x 1.25 (left-hand female thread), which provides a secure, stable connection to the working shaft of the device. The direction of rotation of the head is counterclockwise, making it ideal for use with the drive used in dedicated cutters.

TAP&GO vein head Ø109 MM 63080011A for Oleo-Mac TR 91 E lawnmowers - maximum mowing convenience

Głowica żyłkowa TAP&GO Ø109 MM 63080011A

TAP&GO vein head Ø109 MM 63080011A was created for users who appreciate comfort and smooth operation. Thanks to the Tap&Go mechanism, you don't have to stop the mower every time to manually eject the line - just gently tap the head against the ground and the mechanism will automatically feed the right amount of line. This solution will be especially appreciated by those who mow large areas or often work in terrain with varying density of vegetation.

In practice, this means that when mowing along fences, around trees or at the edges of flowerbeds, you don't waste time with unnecessary interruptions. If the line shortens due to contact with rocks or curbs, you restore the optimal cutting length in one motion and continue working. In daily use, this translates into noticeable time savings, less fatigue, and greater satisfaction with the cleaning work performed.

Another advantage is the ergonomic shape and balance of the head. This reduces vibrations transmitted to the operator's hands, which is especially important for longer work - for example, when mowing recreational plots, the edges of large lawns or areas around businesses and public facilities.

Durable design and technical parameters of the TAP&GO Ø109 MM head - reliability for years to come

Głowica żyłkowa TAP&GO Ø109 MM widok z góry

Head diameter of Ø109 mm represents an optimal compromise between mowing width and maneuverability. This allows you to work efficiently in both open spaces and tight corners. Mounting threads M8 x 1.25 (female, left) is a standard used in many professional equipment, which ensures stable and secure attachment of the head to the drive shaft.

The line used has a diameter of 1.60 mm guarantees high resistance to breakage while maintaining a precise, clean cut. This thickness is ideal for regular grass mowing, including the slightly tougher weeds found, for example, along fences or in wastelands. In typical domestic applications, one spool of line lasts for many mowing cycles, which translates into tangible savings.

Robust, damage-resistant head housing protects the internal mechanism from accidental impacts on stones, curbs or garden landscaping elements. This is important especially when mowing includes irregularly shaped areas - such as slopes, roadside ditches, the area around foundations or sidewalk edges.

In daily operation, this design reduces the risk of damage and thus service costs. For the user, this means greater confidence that the head will not fail at a crucial moment - for example, before an important garden event, the acceptance of work or during the peak of the mowing season.

Use of TAP&GO Ø109 MM 63080011A vein head in garden and professional work

Głowica żyłkowa TAP&GO Ø109 MM zamontowana w kosie

The TAP&GO Ø109 MM 63080011A vein head is an excellent choice for both home users and small gardening companies. In home gardens it will work well for:

  • finishing the edges of the lawn after the mower passes,
  • mowing grass between flower beds, near fences and walls,
  • maintenance of narrow passageways, paths and edges of paving stones.

In semi-professional and professional applications, such as small landscaping companies, the head does an excellent job at:

  • mowing of areas around office and warehouse buildings,
  • maintenance of common areas in residential areas,
  • maintenance of green belts along access roads or parking lots.

Thanks to a simple line refilling system and a reliable extension mechanism, the head allows you to maintain a high work rate even when frequently changing positions or field conditions. This, in turn, translates into fewer service visits and higher efficiency of the orders performed.

Easy installation, trouble-free operation and compatibility with Oleo-Mac TR 91 E

Mocowanie głowicy żyłkowej TAP&GO Ø109 MM

The TAP&GO Ø109 MM 63080011A vein head is designed to make installation as easy as possible, even for people who don't have much experience servicing garden equipment. Female, left-hand thread M8 x 1.25 allows you to quickly bolt the head to the shaft of the scythe - just unscrew the worn head, clean the contact surface and install a new one in its place.

The product is fully compatible with lawnmowers Oleo-Mac TR 91 E, which removes the risk of problems with fit or malfunction of the mechanism. The user can be sure that the head will operate as intended by the manufacturer of the device - without excessive vibration, with stable rotation and even line wear.

In daily use, ease of use translates into less frustration and less downtime. This makes the head great for those who mow only during the season, as well as for those who use the device intensively, such as in a service business. Simple replacement and operation also means greater safety - less risk of incorrect installation reduces the possibility of mechanical damage or accidents during operation.

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions about the TAP&GO Ø109 MM 63080011A filament head

1. Does the TAP&GO Ø109 MM 63080011A head fit other cutter models besides the Oleo-Mac TR 91 E?
The head was designed for Oleo-Mac lawnmowers, particularly the TR 91 E model. If your lawnmower has M8 x 1.25, left-hand threads, there is a good chance of compatibility, but it is recommended to check the specifications of your machine or consult a service center before purchasing.

2. What line is used in this head?
Factory head is equipped with a cutting line with a diameter of 1.60 mm. You can use veins of the same diameter, adapted to the power of the scythe and the type of work performed. Using a line that is too thick can stress the device and shorten its lifespan.

3. How the Tap&Go mechanism works?
The Tap&Go mechanism allows the line to be ejected by lightly bumping (tapping) the working head against the ground. In response to this movement, the internal mechanism releases the lock and feeds the specified length of line, then locks again. This way you don't have to interrupt your work or manually pull out the line.

4. Does the head assembly require special tools?
In most cases, all you need is a standard wrench to lock the shaft and possibly a wrench to unscrew the old head. Installation of the new head comes down to tightening it onto the M8 x 1.25 (left) threads. The manual for the scythe usually contains a detailed description of this activity.

5. What kind of work is this head best suited for?
TAP&GO Ø109 MM 63080011A head is ideal for regular grass cutting, edging, weed removal and finishing work in hard-to-reach areas. It will work well in home gardens, as well as on allotments, recreational areas and around corporate buildings.

6. How often should you replace the line in the head?
The frequency of line replacement depends on the intensity of use, the type of vegetation mowed and contact with obstacles (stones, curbs, posts). At home, with regular mowing, the line can last for several dozen work sessions. When the ends of the line are noticeably shortened or frayed, the line should be ejected or replaced with a new one.

7. Is the head resistant to impacts against hard obstacles?
The head housing is made of durable material that is resistant to typical impacts that occur during mowing, such as contact with rocks or pavement edges. However, avoid intentionally hitting the head against hard obstacles - this will prolong the life of both the head and the device.

8. How to care for the head to serve as long as possible?
When you're done, it's a good idea to clean the head of grass and soil debris, check the condition of the line and any damage to the housing. Regular inspection and the use of the correct 1.60 mm line diameter will ensure long and trouble-free operation of the TAP&GO Ø109 MM 63080011A head.
