OLEO-MAC 3.0/37M SAW-BLADE GOLD CUTTING LINE - A PROFESSIONAL RAZOR LINE WITH SAW-BLADE PROFILE FOR MAXIMUM CUTTING PERFORMANCE

OLEO-MAC CUTTING LINE 3.0/37M, SAW-TOOTH PROFILE, SAW-BLADE GOLD, BLISTER 63040248B is Oleo-Mac's most technologically advanced cutting line, designed for intensive, professional work on demanding bushes. Thanks to its reinforced profile with saw blade-like teeth, it provides extremely aggressive, fast and clean cutting even of dense vegetation.

What is the Oleo-Mac SAW-BLADE GOLD 3.0 mm cutting line?
This is a specialized line for petrol and electric lawnmowers and trimmers, with a diameter of 3.0 mm and a length of 37 m, designed for more difficult tasks than the standard round line. Its profile with sawtooth type teeth guarantees better "bite" into the material, higher cutting efficiency, and at the same time higher working culture of the device.

Where this line is mounted?
SAW-BLADE GOLD filament is mounted in the cutting heads of lawnmowers and trimmers equipped with a filament cutting system. Fits most standard heads suitable for 3.0 mm diameter fishing line. Just unwind the appropriate section from the blister, put it through the head holes and wind it up according to the device instructions.

Application of Oleo-Mac 3.0/37M SAW-BLADE GOLD cutting line
The cord is designed for intensive maintenance and cleanup work in home, agricultural, municipal and forestry areas. It works well wherever ordinary fishing line can't cope - in high bushes, strong grass, dense reeds or forest mulch of greater thickness.

Copied product description:
Oleo-Mac's most innovative line for maximum flexibility and abrasion resistance. Unique reinforced profile with sawtooth type teeth, guaranteeing maximum cutting efficiency. Oleo-Mac SAW-BLADE GOLD 3.0 mm cutting line - maximum cutting performance in the toughest conditions

OLEO-MAC 3.0/37M SAW-BLADE GOLD cutting line was designed for users who demand far more from their equipment than the standard level of. Its profile with sawtooth type makes every contact with grass and bushes ends with a quick and decisive cut, rather than tugging at the plants. This reduces the load on the engine of the mower or trimmer and makes the whole mowing process smoother.

For example, when mowing a heavily neglected roadside, where there are old, woody weeds and tough stalks, a classic round line will tend to slip over the plants. SAW-BLADE GOLD, thanks to saw teeth, literally "bites" into the material, reducing working time and improving the quality of the finish.

Such high cutting efficiency is also noticeable when trimming the plot edges, slopes or drainage ditches. The user can work at a higher operating speed without worrying that the vegetation will only be pruned, rather than precisely felled.

Exceptional durability and abrasion resistance - Oleo-Mac 3.0/37M line for professional work

One of the key features that distinguish oleo-Mac SAW-BLADE GOLD cutting line against cheaper counterparts, is its above-average abrasion resistance. The use of high quality plastics and reinforced structure makes the line wear slower and the tips stay sharp for a longer time. This is especially important when working in areas that are often contaminated with small stones, gravel or hard plant debris.

In practice, this means that when mowing roadsides, wastelands or shelterbelts around farms, the line will not need to be replaced and refilled as often as cheaper counterparts. The user not only gains comfort, but also reduces downtime, saving time and money spent on equipment operation.

The elasticity of the material makes the line well able to withstand impacts against hard obstacles - such as curbs, trunks of young trees or elements of fences. Instead of immediate chipping, the material resiliently returns to its shape, and the risk of sudden shortening of the line in the head is greatly reduced.

Safety and comfort - quieter alternative to steel blades

OLEO-MAC 3.0/37M SAW-BLADE GOLD CUTTING LINE is an excellent alternative to steel cutting discs, especially in areas where safety is a priority. The manufacturer stresses that this solution is safer and more practical compared to traditional steel blades, while still providing similar cutting performance on challenging brush.

An additional advantage is quieter operation compared to classic straight profile fishing lines. Properly shaped serrated cross-section reduces air resistance and turbulence, which contributes to noise reduction. This is relevant both for work in home areas and in public spaces - when caring for green areas around schools, offices or residential areas.

Examples of everyday use are primarily mowing near walls, panel fences, nets, pots or garden landscaping elements, where the use of a metal disc could lead to damage or pose a greater risk to the user and the environment. SAW-BLADE GOLD monofilament provides a high level of safety, while maintaining an aggressive cutting character.

Precise application: for brush, reeds and forest litter up to 12 mm

The manufacturer clearly defines the purpose of the product: the line is dedicated to cutting brush, reeds and forest litter up to 12 mm thick. Such performance characteristics place it between a standard "lawn" fishing line and a typical metal disc. It's ideal for people who regularly face dense, tall vegetation, but don't want or can't use aggressive metal discs.

In daily use, it will perform m.in. to:

  • cutting through dense thickets on recreational plots and neglected areas,
  • mowing reeds and shoreline vegetation at ponds, ditches and watercourses,
  • cleaning up forest areas - removing undergrowth, young regrowth and forest litter,
  • work around orchards, shrub plantations and cultivated fields where hardier, heavily grown vegetation appears.

With such a wide range of applications, a single spool of SAW-BLADE GOLD monofilament can handle most tasks faced by both the private user and the professional green maintenance team.

Easy storage and convenient use - blister 37 m / 3.0 mm

The fishing line is supplied in a practical blister with a length of 37 m. This form of packaging guarantees easy storage and convenient unrolling of the material, without the risk of entanglement. The 37-meter length allows for multiple replacement of sections in the cutting head, resulting in a long life from a single package.

Diameter 3.0 mm is a universal compromise between strength and flexibility. This is the dimension often recommended for higher-powered scythes that work in both light and heavier conditions. The user who has several different types of land to handle - from home lawn to wasteland - can use one type of line without worry, adjusting only the length of the sections and the speed of operation.

The blister packaging also makes it easier to transport - the line remains clean, protected from moisture and dirt, and the ends do not unravel uncontrollably. This ensures that you always have a well-organized supply of cutting material on hand.

Oleo-Mac SAW-BLADE GOLD cutting line - the perfect choice for demanding users

Choosing OLEO-MAC CUTTING LINE 3.0/37M, SAW-TOOTH PROFILE, SAW-BLADE GOLD, BLISTER 63040248B, you are investing in a product that combines the most important features valued by users of lawnmowers and trimmers: high cutting efficiency, durability, safety and comfort of work.

This is a solution recommended especially:

  • owners of large estates, recreational plots and habitats,
  • farmers and fruit growers cleaning up areas around buildings and plantations,
  • to companies engaged in professional care of greenery,
  • municipal services that maintain roadsides, ditches, slopes and parks.

Thanks to its innovative design with a serrated saw profile, the SAW-BLADE GOLD line reduces working time, improves mowing efficiency and allows it to more safely replace steel discs in many common off-road applications.

FAQ - Frequently asked questions about Oleo-Mac SAW-BLADE GOLD 3.0/37M cutting line

1. For which scythes and trimmers this line fits?
Oleo-Mac SAW-BLADE GOLD 3.0 mm cutting line fits most petrol and electric lawnmowers and trimmers, the heads of which are adapted to work with a 3.0 mm diameter line. Before you buy, it's a good idea to check the device's manual for the maximum allowable line diameter.

2. Is this line only suitable for professional use?
Not. Although its performance and durability are at the professional level, individual users can also successfully use it. It is a good choice for people who value quality, want to work faster and replace the line in the head less often.

3. Can SAW-BLADE GOLD fishing line replace a metal disc?
In many applications - yes. The saw-toothed line handles dense brush, reeds and forest litter up to 12 mm very well, providing a safer and more convenient alternative to steel discs. For very thick branches and hard wood, a metal disc may still be necessary.

4. How often do you need to replace that line in the head?
Frequency of replacement depends on the intensity and conditions of operation. Thanks to increased abrasion resistance, the Oleo-Mac SAW-BLADE GOLD monofilament wears out noticeably slower than standard monofilament, which translates into a less frequent need to refill it at the head.

5. Does serrated profile damage mower head faster?
Not. The serrated profile primarily affects the way vegetation is cut. If the line is properly installed and the diameter (3.0 mm) is in accordance with the recommendations of the mower manufacturer, it should not cause excessive wear on the head or other components of the machine.

6. Is monofilament suitable for mowing ordinary lawn?
Yes, it can also be used for ordinary lawn, but its potential is most evident in more difficult terrain: wasteland, tall bushes, reeds and forest litter. For fine, regularly mowed lawns, you might also consider a thinner, classic line.

7. How to properly store SAW-BLADE GOLD fishing line?
It is best stored in the original blister, in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and high temperatures. As a result, the plastic will retain its elastic properties and abrasion resistance for a long time.
