TAP&GO BLADE HEAD Ø105 MM MEN'S 63029008A - professional head for Oleo-Mac SPARTA lawnmowers, fast and convenient lawn mowing

TAP&GO vein head Ø105 mm male 63029008A is a high-quality working element for Oleo-Mac petrol cutters, designed for fast and trouble-free cutting of grass, weeds and bushes. With the TAP&GO system, simply tap the head lightly against the ground to eject a new section of line, without having to turn off the machine. It is ideal for both demanding private users and professionals caring for green areas.

What is TAP&GO vein head Ø105 mm male 63029008A?

TAP&GO Ø105 MM MEN'S BLADE HEAD 63029008A is a complete cutting cartridge mounted on the end of the shaft of a petrol scythe. Inside the head is a wound 2.0 mm diameter cutting line, which effectively cuts grass and weeds while rotating at high speed. The TAP&GO design means that refilling the line length is done automatically - when the head is lightly pressed to the ground, the mechanism releases the lock and ejects a new section of line.

This model is a male head, left-handed, with M8 x 1.25 thread and counterclockwise rotation direction. The diameter of the head body is Ø105 mm, so it provides a wide mowing path and very good performance on small, medium and larger areas.

Full technical description of the product:

Head compatible with Oleo-Mac lawnmowers : SPARTA 250 S , SPARTA 25, SPARTA 250 T

Where the TAP&GO Ø105 mm male head 63029008A is mounted?

TAP&GO vein head Ø105 mm male 63029008A is designed to be mounted on the gear end of Oleo-Mac brand petrol cutters. It is mounted directly on the output shaft, using M8 x 1.25 (left-hand) threads. This means that the head works with scythes in which the direction of rotation is counterclockwise.

This model is fully compatible with popular Oleo-Mac lawnmowers:

  • Oleo-Mac SPARTA 250 S
  • Oleo-Mac SPARTA 25
  • Oleo-Mac SPARTA 250 T

The installation process is simple and fast: just lock the gearbox, unscrew the old head, and then screw the new TAP&GO Ø105 mm head onto the shaft threads. Thanks to the standardized M8 x 1.25 size, the user does not need to use additional adapters or modifications. This is a convenient service solution, especially when frequently changing accessories between the blade, knife and line head.

The head is mounted on the end of the scythe boom, at the point of contact with the ground during operation. It is responsible for precisely guiding the line and maintaining a constant working length, which directly translates into quality and uniformity of mowing.

Application of TAP&GO vein head Ø105 mm male 63029008A

TAP&GO Ø105 mm male vein head 63029008A is designed for intensive maintenance work in gardens, allotments, home sites and semi-professional and professional green spaces. It will be perfect for:

  • grass cutting on home lawns, along fences, walls, curbs and other obstacles where a classic lawn mower cannot access,
  • trimming hard-to-reach areas under trees, shrubs, around flowerbeds, elements of small garden architecture,
  • removing taller weeds and soft brush in wastelands, along paths, in ditches and near fences,
  • care of recreational areas, rOD plots, orchards, squares, and areas around businesses and public buildings.

Thanks to the 2.0 mm diameter line, the head provides a very good compromise between cutting performance and safety when working near sensitive elements (stones, fences, tree trunks). It is ideal where using a metal knife could be too aggressive or dangerous.

TAP&GO vein head Ø105 mm Oleo-Mac SPARTA 250 - convenience of use and time saving

One of the biggest advantages of the TAP&GO Ø105 mm head is its extremely convenient operation. The TAP&GO type of line ejection mechanism used allows you to extend the cutting tips in a few seconds without having to turn off the machine, disassemble the head or use additional tools. In practice, this means:

  • fewer interruptions - You do not waste time constantly opening the head and manually pulling out the line,
  • smooth mowing of large areas - Ideal for mowing lawns, roadsides or plots of varied terrain,
  • user safety - line length adjustment is carried out with the device running, but without hand contact with the cutting elements.

Examples of daily applications:

  • Regular mowing of the lawn next to the house, where it would be necessary to correct the line by hand every few minutes - thanks to TAP&GO, all it takes is a light tap on the grass.
  • Work on longer stretches of roadside or along fences where line consumption is higher - the automatic ejection system allows you to maintain consistent cutting efficiency.
  • Tidying up a recreational plot or allotment garden, where the terrain is sometimes uneven and contact of the head with the ground is frequent - the TAP&GO head perfectly tolerates such conditions.

Durability, robust design and reliability of TAP&GO Ø105 mm male head

TAP&GO vein head Ø105 mm male 63029008A is constructed of high quality plastic that is resistant to impact, abrasion and harsh operating conditions. The head body retains rigidity even during prolonged high-speed operation, which translates into stable line operation and an even mowing effect.

The line guiding elements are designed to minimize the risk of the line rubbing on the edges of the outlets. Detail machining and proper fit of internal parts improve the life of both the head and the line itself. In practice, the user changes the cassette less often and uses less line, which reduces operating costs.

Examples of how to use head durability in daily operations:

  • Intense mowing of backyard areas with numerous stones and roots - the head stands up well to accidental bumps against obstacles.
  • Regular use for several seasons on a farm or in a service company - the head maintains working properties, does not unseal or crack.
  • Working in variable weather conditions - from hot days to humid mornings - without adversely affecting the structure of the plastic.

Compatibility with Oleo-Mac SPARTA mowers and performance matching

TAP&GO head Ø105 mm male 63029008A has been specially selected for Oleo-Mac cutters SPARTA series: 25, 250 S and 250 T. Thanks to this, the user is assured of full compliance with the technical parameters of the machine - motor power, speed, direction of rotation and spindle threads.

Key benefits of compatibility:

  • trouble-free installation - The head fits without additional adapters,
  • optimum cutting width with a diameter of Ø105 mm - ideal for the power of SPARTA 25/250 scythes,
  • adapted line diameter 2.0 mm - does not overload the gearbox, while ensuring high cutting efficiency.

In practice, the user gets an attachment that works exactly as the manufacturer of the scythe intended. The absence of vibration, even head operation and correct balance translate into working comfort, lower operator fatigue and greater precision in mowing, such as at lawn edges, around decorative plantings or along mesh fences.

FAQ - Frequently asked questions about TAP&GO Ø105 mm male vein head 63029008A

1. Does this head fit any petrol scythe?

The head was designed primarily for the Oleo-Mac SPARTA 250 S, SPARTA 25 and SPARTA 250 T lawnmowers, with M8 x 1.25 threads and left-hand rotation direction. Theoretically, it can also fit other scythes with identical threads and direction of rotation, but before installation, always compare the technical parameters with the instructions of the device.

2. What line can I use in this head?

The manufacturer has stipulated the use of 2.0 mm diameter line. It is possible to use different cross sections (round, square, star), but the diameter should remain as recommended to avoid excessive load on the gearbox and motor.

3. How the TAP&GO system works?

The TAP&GO system works by lightly tapping the rotating head against the ground while the scythe is running. A mechanism inside the head releases the lock and ejects a new section of line. Excess line is trimmed by a cutter on the scythe guard, so you always maintain the optimal length of the cutting tips.

4. Does the head come with a line in it?

Yes, the TAP&GO Ø105 mm male head 63029008A is supplied with a wound 2.0 mm diameter cutting line, ready for installation and immediate use.

5. How often should you replace the line in the head?

Frequency of line replacement depends on the intensity and operating conditions. For typical home use, the line can last for several dozen mowing sessions. If you are working in rocky or heavily weedy areas, line wear will be faster. The head makes it easy to rewind a new line, reducing downtime.

6. Does the head assembly require specialized tools?

No, to install the head, it is usually enough to lock the gearbox of the scythe (according to the manufacturer's instructions) and screw the head onto the thread M8 x 1.25. In most cases, no specialized tools are needed - just a standard locking wrench or screwdriver to lock the transmission.

7. Is the head suitable for professional work?

Yes, thanks to its robust design, TAP&GO system and full compatibility with Oleo-Mac SPARTA mowers, the head will be perfect for both intensive home use and semi-professional and professional work - in gardening companies, recreational areas or farms.
