TAP&GO EVO 2.4 mm Ø110 mm vein head 61469100 - what it is and how it works?

Głowica żyłkowa TAP&GO EVO 2.4 mm Ø110 mm 61469100

TAP&GO EVO 2.4 mm Ø110 mm vein head 61469100 is the working element of a petrol scythe responsible for cutting grass, weeds and small vegetation. Instead of a metal blade, it uses a flexible cutting line with a diameter of 2.40 mm, which becomes an effective cutting tool under the influence of rotational speed. With a Ø110 mm body diameter and a robust line guidance system, the head provides a wide and stable cutting belt for efficient and fast work.

The TAP&GO mechanism means that to eject a new portion of line, all you have to do is gently tap the rotating head against the ground. The spring-loaded internal mechanism automatically releases the line from the drum, equalizing its length to the optimal range. As a result, the operator does not have to stop work, put down the scythe and manually pull out the line, which is especially important when mowing larger areas, bushes or areas with diverse vegetation.

Examples of daily applications:

  • mowing grass along fences, walls, curbs and building walls where a classic mower cannot access,
  • trimming weeds around trees, shrubs, pots, garden landscaping elements,
  • leveling the edges of the lawn at paths, driveways, flowerbeds and terraces.

Installation of TAP&GO EVO 2.4 mm Ø110 mm head in Oleo-Mac cutters - simple and fast

Montaż głowicy TAP&GO EVO w kosach Oleo-Mac

The TAP&GO EVO 61469100 vein head is designed for easy and trouble-free installation on popular Oleo-Mac petrol cutter models. Depending on the version, the head has a Ø110 mm mount with M8 x 1.25 (female, left) or M10 x 1.25 (male, right) threads, which allows it to fit a specific model of the device. This standard of attachment is found in many professional and semi-professional cutters, which guarantees high stability of the connection and safety of operation.

Compatible with Oleo-Mac lawnmowers:

  • Oleo-Mac BCH 25 S
  • Oleo-Mac BCH 250 S
  • Oleo-Mac BCH 25 T
  • Oleo-Mac BCH 250 T
  • Oleo-Mac BCH 25 D
  • Oleo-Mac BCH 250 D

Installing the head involves unscrewing the old head (or cutting blade) and then screwing the TAP&GO EVO head onto the appropriate drive shaft threads. Once attached, the head is immediately ready for use - no complicated adjustments or specialized tools required. This allows the user to restore the scythe to full working order in a short period of time and continue gardening.

Daily use examples after installation:

  • quick head replacement before intensive mowing of overgrown roadsides or ditches,
  • adapting the scythe for more delicate work on ornamental plants by working on a line instead of a blade,
  • efficient change of the attachment between the cutting blade and the vein head depending on the type of vegetation.

The use of the TAP&GO EVO vein head - efficient mowing of grass and weeds

Zastosowanie głowicy TAP&GO EVO 2.4 mm

Thanks to its heavy-duty 2.40 mm diameter line and robust body design, the TAP&GO EVO head is ideal for both typical backyard lawn mowing and more demanding field work. Ø110mm head diameter provides adequate cutting width, allowing you to quickly cover a larger area while maintaining precision at edges and hard-to-reach areas.

Application:

  • lawn care at single-family houses, on plots of land and recreational gardens,
  • maintaining order in company areas, warehouses, at workshops and service points,
  • mowing the roadsides of access roads, walking paths, garden alleys,
  • elimination of tall grass and soft weeds around fences, nets, posts and curbs.

Thanks to the TAP&GO system, line ejection is smooth, allowing the cutting line to maintain an even length even when working in dense vegetation. This avoids situations in which the line becomes too short, so cutting efficiency decreases and the user has to stop mowing every now and then. As a result, work goes more smoothly, faster and with less operator fatigue.

Quality, durability and reliability - why choose TAP&GO EVO for Oleo-Mac lawnmowers?

Jakość i trwałość głowicy TAP&GO EVO 61469100

TAP&GO EVO 2.4 mm Ø110 mm vein head 61469100 is made of durable materials resistant to impact, abrasion and harsh field conditions. With a strong body and thoughtful internal design, the head retains its functionality even with frequent use and when working in diverse vegetation - from soft grass to more fibrous weeds.

Key user benefits:

  • High durability - resistance to mechanical damage when working near stones, curbs, paving slabs or fences,
  • Reliable TAP&GO mechanism - Stable and reproducible line ejection throughout its lifetime,
  • Save time and work comfort - Less downtime for adjustment, resulting in faster completion of cleanup work,
  • Security - secure mounting on M8x1.25 or M10x1.25 threads for stable operation at high scythe speeds.

In practice, this means that once installed, the TAP&GO EVO head can serve for a long time, requiring only periodic replacement of the cutting line itself. This is a cost-effective and user-friendly solution - instead of buying new, cheap and perishable heads, just use a proven, robust model that will retain its performance for many seasons.
