TAP&GO EVO 3.0 MM Ø130 MM BLADE HEAD 61459102 - professional head for Oleo-Mac lawnmowers for fast and convenient mowing

TAP&GO EVO 3.0 mm Ø130 mm vein head 61459102 is a high-quality working accessory designed for professional and amateur Oleo-Mac petrol cutters. Thanks to the Tap & Go system, it provides instant line feeding when the head is lightly pressed to the ground, which significantly speeds up work and increases user comfort. Robust construction, the ability to use a thick 3.0 mm line, and compatibility with many models of scythes make it the ideal choice for demanding users who want reliability, durability and performance when caring for green spaces.

What is the TAP&GO EVO 3.0 mm Ø130 mm vein head 61459102?

TAP&GO EVO 3.0 mm Ø130 mm vein head 61459102 is a working element mounted on the end of the shaft of a petrol brushcutter or trimmer. It is in it that the cutting line is placed, which cuts grass, weeds and small bushes while rotating at high speed. The TAP&GO EVO model is designed with Tap & Go technology - this means that the line ejection is done automatically when the working head touches the ground. The user does not have to stop work, turn off the machine or manually adjust the line length.

The head has a diameter of 130 mm and comes pre-equipped with a 3.0 mm diameter line. The thick line provides high resistance to tearing, which is especially important when mowing dense, overgrown grass, weeds with thick stems or near obstacles (fences, curbs, walls). Robust housing made of durable, impact- and abrasion-resistant plastic ensures long head life even with heavy daily use.

Oleo-Mac TAP&GO EVO vector head - installation method and compatibility

The presented TAP&GO EVO 3.0 mm Ø130 mm vein head is equipped with a female left-handed attachment with thread M10 x 1.25. This means that it mounts directly on the drive shaft end of the scythe, in place of the standard cutting head. The direction of rotation of the head is counterclockwise, which is typical for many models of Oleo-Mac petrol cutters.

The head is fully compatible with a wide range of Oleo-Mac cutters, such as: BCH 400 S, BCH 40 T, BCH 400 T, BCH 40 BP, BCH 400 BP, SPARTA 381 S, SPARTA 381 T, SPARTA 441 S, SPARTA 441 T, SPARTA 441 BP, BC 350 S, BC 350 T, BC 400 S, BC 400 T, 741, 746 S, 746 T, 753 T, 755 MASTER, BC 530 S, BC 530 T, BC 550 MASTER, BCF 430, 443 BP ERGO, 453 BP ERGO, BCF 530. Such an extensive list of compatibility makes the TAP&GO EVO head an ideal replacement or accessory for most of the brand's popular equipment used by gardeners, service companies, as well as individual users.

Installation of the head is simple and quick - just remove the existing head, lock the gear with a suitable pin or screwdriver, and then screw the new vee head onto the shaft, remembering the left thread. As a result, replacing the attachment takes a few minutes and can be done yourself, without having to take the machine to a service center.

In practice, this means that the same Oleo-Mac lawnmower can be used both with a vein head (for grass and weeds) and with a metal disc (for bushes, young self-seeders or hard brush), depending on the user's current needs. Thus, the TAP&GO EVO head is a key component that allows you to fully exploit the potential of your petrol scythe.

Use of TAP&GO EVO 3.0 mm Ø130 mm head in daily work

TAP&GO EVO 3.0 mm Ø130 mm vein head 61459102 is designed for heavy-duty use in a variety of field conditions. It is perfect for:

  • mowing home lawns - allows precise cutting of grass at curbs, walls, fences and flower beds, where a classic mower cannot access,
  • care of areas around buildings - Great for maintaining order around warehouses, workshops, service facilities, playgrounds or parking lots,
  • applications in service companies - Professional green care companies can count on the fast pace of work and reliability of the head when carrying out orders on large areas,
  • maintenance of green belts and roadsides - The thick 3.0 mm line copes with taller and tougher vegetation found in roadside ditches, wastelands and slopes,
  • cleaning up recreational plots and gardens - the head with a 3.0 mm vein efficiently cuts the overgrown grass and weeds, making it easier to prepare the area for further gardening work.

Tap & Go system means you don't have to stop to manually eject the line while mowing. With just a light bump of the head against the ground at full speed, the mechanism automatically pulls up the line to the right length. This helps maintain consistent cutting efficiency, which is especially important when mowing large areas where every minute saved matters.

Thanks to its robust design, the head stands up well to contact with hard obstacles that are often encountered in the garden or in the field: stones, curbs, concrete edges or tree trunks. Properly selected housing material minimizes the risk of breakage, and at the same time protects the internal components of the head - springs, drum and line ejection mechanism.

Durability, quality and convenience - TAP&GO EVO 3.0 mm Ø130 mm vein head in practice

One of the most important features of the TAP&GO EVO 3.0 mm Ø130 mm head 61459102 is its high durability. The design of this model relies on thick, shatterproof plastic, a precise line ejection mechanism, and the ability to use a strong 3.0 mm line. As a result, the head perfectly withstands prolonged, intensive work in demanding terrain, which will be especially appreciated by professionals and users who expect reliability over many seasons.

Another key advantage is convenience of operation. Tap & Go system eliminates the need to stop the machine frequently - the line extends automatically during operation. In practice, this means less operator fatigue, smoother mowing and greater time efficiency. On the other hand, the simple design makes it easy to wind new line - after removing the cover, you can quickly rewind the reel, put on the right amount of line and continue working.

It is also worth emphasizing safety of use. Thick 3.0 mm line and stable head design reduce the risk of uncontrolled breakage and recoil. Of course, it is always necessary to use personal protective equipment during work - goggles, gloves, work shoes - but a solid head is an additional element that increases the feeling of safety and comfort at work.

In daily use, the TAP&GO EVO head will work well for those who mow occasionally - for example, once a week around the house - as well as for those who do mowing work professionally, several hours a day. In any of these scenarios, you'll appreciate the ease of use, the quick line feed and the fact that the equipment simply works when you need it, without unnecessary interruptions for adjustments and repairs.

FAQ - frequently asked questions about the TAP&GO EVO 3.0 mm Ø130 mm head 61459102

Question 1: For which scythes the TAP&GO EVO 3.0 mm Ø130 mm head fits 61459102?

The head is compatible with many Oleo-Mac lawnmowers, m.in.: BCH 400 S, BCH 40 T, BCH 400 T, BCH 40 BP, BCH 400 BP, SPARTA 381 S, SPARTA 381 T, SPARTA 441 S, SPARTA 441 T, SPARTA 441 BP, BC 350 S, BC 350 T, BC 400 S, BC 400 T, 741, 746 S, 746 T, 753 T, 755 MASTER, BC 530 S, BC 530 T, BC 550 MASTER, BCF 430, 443 BP ERGO, 453 BP ERGO, BCF 530. The prerequisite is M10 x 1.25 thread and left-hand direction of rotation.

Question 2: What line is suitable for this head?

The head is designed to work with a 3.0 mm diameter fishing line. You can use round, square or star profile lines, depending on your preference and type of vegetation. Thicker line for longer life when mowing tougher weeds and tall grass.

Question 3: How the Tap & Go system works?

The Tap & Go system is based on the automatic ejection of the line when the working head lightly hits the ground. With the appropriate rotation, the line is advanced to the set length, and the excess is cut off by the knife in the cutter guard. This way, you don't have to stop the engine or manually adjust the line length.

Question 4: Can I replace the head on the scythe myself?

Yes. Replacing the head is simple - lock the gearbox (usually with a special pin or screwdriver), unscrew the old head (remembering the left-hand thread), and then screw the new TAP&GO EVO head onto the shaft. The entire operation takes just a few minutes and requires no specialized tools.

Question 5: Is the head suitable for professional use?

Yes, the TAP&GO EVO 3.0 mm Ø130 mm head 61459102 is designed for both individual users and professionals. Durable materials, the ability to use a thick 3.0mm monofilament, and the convenient Tap & Go system make it perfect for intensive daily use.

Question 6: Does the direction of rotation matter when selecting a head?

Yes. This head is designed for scythes in which the shaft rotates counterclockwise and has a left-hand thread M10 x 1.25. Before buying, it's a good idea to check in the manual or on the nameplate of the scythe what thread and direction of rotation your device has.

Question 7: How often do you need to replace the line in the head?

Frequency of line replacement depends on the intensity of work, type of vegetation and field conditions. With regular backyard mowing, the 3.0 mm line lasts a long time. If you work in difficult terrain, you may need to refill more often. However, the head itself is reusable - only the line is replaced.
