Manufacturer's description: Cover kpl. sparta 381-441 head

Complete head cover Sparta 381-441 61330234 - construction, purpose and installation

What is the KPL SHIELD. SPARTA HEAD 381-441 61330234?
This is a dedicated, complete protective cover designed to work with the cutting heads mounted on mowers and petrol trimmers of the series Sparta 381 i Sparta 441. The product is designed to fit perfectly into the machine structure, protecting the user, the ground and the machine itself from the impact of stones, sand and other debris lifted by the rotating cutting tool.

Where the head cover is installed?
The guard is mounted at the bottom of the petrol scythe - directly above the cutting head, to the factory-prepared mounting points on the bevel gear or drive unit. Thanks to the included mounting kit (plate, screws, fasteners), installation is quick and intuitive: just put the guard in the right place, adjust the mounting holes, and then tighten the screws according to the scythe manufacturer's instructions.

Typical use of the cover:

  • mowing and trimming lawns, roadsides and home areas,
  • cleaning work around buildings, in gardens, on recreational plots,
  • mowing weeds and overgrowth near fences, walls, paths or cube edges,
  • semi-professional and professional applications - maintenance of green areas at companies, public facilities, residential areas.

Suitable cover kpl. sparta 381-441 head 61330234 increases not only safety, but also ergonomics - reduces the spread of mowed material, which reduces cleaning time after mowing and allows you to focus on the cutting process itself.

PACKAGE KPL. SPARTA 381-441 HEADS - durability, safety and comfort of use

1. Durable design to withstand heavy use
The guard is made of durable plastic that is resistant to impacts, scratches and the typical stresses that occur when working with a petrol cutter. The upper orange section provides both lightweight and high mechanical resistance, while the lower dark section reinforces zones exposed to ejected material. This makes the item ideal for both gentle lawn trimming and intensive mowing of roadsides, wastelands or bushes.

Application examples:

  • regular mowing of the home lawn, where frequent use requires a cover that can withstand the repeated impact of small stones,
  • care of the area around outbuildings, where the ground is uneven and full of hard elements,
  • cleaning work on recreational plots - mowing tall grass and weeds without worrying about rapid wear and tear of the cover.

2. High level of work safety
The most important function of the shield is to protect the operator and the environment. Properly contoured shape reduces splashing of stones, clods of earth, glass or twigs. This allows you to work closer to walls, fences, flowerbeds or sidewalks with significantly less risk of damage. This is especially important when mowing near parked cars, storefronts, delicate plants or areas where children and pets are present.

Application examples:

  • mowing along mesh or panel fences - the guard minimizes the risk of stones bouncing off metal elements,
  • work on facades and garages - splinter protection reduces the possibility of damage to plaster or glass,
  • maintenance of greenery on housing estates - greater safety for pedestrians and parked vehicles.

3. Comfort of use and better cutting control
A well-designed guard improves ergonomics - its shape makes it easier to orient yourself in the position of the cutting head, which translates into more precise tool guidance and even mowing. Clear work zone around the head allows you to more easily control the distance from obstacles, flower beds or garden landscaping elements.

Application examples:

  • thorough trimming at lawn edges, where both aesthetics and curb protection are important,
  • modeling of grass lines at sidewalks and garden paths,
  • precise cutting of grass around trees and shrubs to avoid damaging the bark and delicate shoots.

Sparta 381-441 head cover 61330234 - quick installation, perfect fit and cost-effective replacement

1. Installation kit included
The cover is sold as a set, which means that in addition to the cover itself, the user also receives the necessary mounting components: a mounting plate and a set of screws and fasteners matching the Sparta 381 and Sparta 441 series scythes. This way you don't have to look for additional parts, fit bolts on your own or rework existing mounts.

Practical examples:

  • quickly replace a damaged or worn cover on a household lawnmower - all you need is a basic wrench and a few minutes of work,
  • servicing the equipment at the gardening company - the mechanic has a set ready, which reduces the downtime of the equipment,
  • upgrading an older Sparta 381/441 machine where the original cover is cracked or incomplete.

2. Perfect fit for the Sparta 381 and Sparta 441 scythes
The cover was designed specifically for models Sparta 381 and Sparta 441, which guarantees full compatibility with the factory mounting points and cutting head of these devices. Such a fit ensures a stable hold, no backlash and less vibration during operation, resulting in greater comfort and longer shield life.

Application examples:

  • replacement of the old guard on the scythe used every day in the garden - without the need to fit universal, worse-fitting guards,
  • equipping an additional Sparta 381/441 scythe with the original type of guard to unify the company's fleet of machines,
  • restore full safety in a device where the factory cover was missing or damaged.

3. Cost-effective investment in equipment safety and longevity
Regular replacement of damaged protective components, such as the head guard, affects the long and trouble-free operation of the petrol scythe. An efficient guard helps reduce the entry of stones and other debris into the vicinity of the gearbox and cutting head, reducing the risk of failure and costly repairs. From the user's point of view, it is a small expense that extends the life of the entire machine.

Application examples:

  • preventive replacement of the guard before the mowing season to minimize failures during intensive operation,
  • protect your newly purchased Sparta 381/441 scythe with a factory-compatible protective cover,
  • saving time and money - no need to service a damaged head or gearbox caused by the lack of a proper cover.
