TAP&GO vein head Ø105 mm 61062023A - professional head for lawnmowers Oleo-Mac SPARTA 25 TR / 250 TR

TAP&GO vein head Ø105 mm 61062023A is a solid, professional cutting head designed for Oleo-Mac petrol cutters, ideal for demanding users who value convenience, reliability and fast work speed. The TAP&GO system allows the line to be automatically ejected when the head is lightly bumped against the ground, significantly speeding up the mowing of lawns, bushes and the edges of the plot.

The product is distinguished by its universal size Ø105 mm, solid thread M8 x 1.25 and the ability to work with a line of diameter 2.0 mm. As a result, the head provides the optimum combination of cutting precision, performance and durability - both in home and semi-professional applications.

What is the TAP&GO filament head Ø105 MM 61062023A?
It is a complete, ready-to-install cutting head with wound line, equipped with TAP&GO (touch and go) mechanism. The user, while mowing, only lightly hits the ground with the head, and the line automatically extends, maintaining the optimal length for effective cutting. The head has female attachment, left-hand thread and works with a motion counterclockwise.

Where the TAP&GO filament head Ø105 MM 61062023A is mounted?
The head is mounted directly on the gearbox (cutting handle) of a petrol scythe, in place of the existing head or other cutting attachment. The 61062023A is compatible with Oleo-Mac series lawnmowers:

  • Oleo-Mac SPARTA 25 TR
  • Oleo-Mac SPARTA 250 TR

If your lawnmower is one of these models, installation is usually limited to unscrewing the old one and screwing the new head onto the M8 x 1.25 thread with the left direction.

Application of the TAP&GO vein head Ø105 mm 61062023A
The head is designed for:

  • mowing lawns and backyard green spaces,
  • trimming tall grass, weeds and brush around trees, fences and edges,
  • clean up areas around buildings, along paths, driveways and curbs,
  • maintenance work on recreational plots, orchards, gardens and around service facilities.

TAP&GO vein head Ø105 mm 61062023A - fast work thanks to automatic vein ejection system

Głowica żyłkowa TAP&GO Ø105 mm 61062023A

The biggest advantage of the head TAP&GO Ø105 mm 61062023A is an efficient and reliable mechanism TAP&GO. To eject the line, all you have to do is lightly touch the head against the ground during operation - without interrupting mowing and without having to pull the line out by hand. Such a solution allows you to focus on precise guidance of the scythe rather than constant adjustments of the attachment.

Three key benefits of the TAP&GO system:

  • Saving time - fewer technical interruptions during operation, which will be especially appreciated by professionals and users mowing large areas.
  • Comfort of use - no need to bend down or remove guards, the line extends automatically when the head hits the ground.
  • An even, aesthetically pleasing cut - Optimum line length is maintained almost at all times, resulting in evenly cut grass and weeds.

Examples of daily use:

  • Mowing a home lawn with numerous obstacles (trees, shrubs, flowerbeds) - more frequent shortening of the line is natural, so the automatic extension saves time and nerves.
  • Cleanup work on a recreational plot after winter - in one pass you can quickly restore order, without stopping because of too short a line.
  • Professional gardening services - a gardener who serves multiple clients per day gains better productivity and can complete more jobs at the same time.

Durable construction and robust mounting Ø105 mm, M8 x 1.25 - vein head for intensive use

Głowica żyłkowa TAP&GO Ø105 mm – mocowanie M8 x 1.25

TAP&GO head Ø105 mm has been designed for high durability and resistance to intensive use. Head diameter Ø105 mm ensures stability, adequate line capacity and proper balance when working with the petrol cutter.

Three key design features:

  • Solid body - made of durable plastic resistant to the impact of stones, sand and plants with harder stems, which reduces the risk of damage when working in more difficult terrain.
  • M8 x 1.25 thread (female attachment, left-hand thread) - guarantees a firm, stable seating of the head on the scythe gearbox, minimizing vibration and improving operator comfort.
  • Counterclockwise movement - Adapted to Oleo-Mac SPARTA lawnmower standard, ensures safe and correct operation without the risk of head unscrewing.

Practical applications in the field:

  • Tidying up unused parts of the plot with thicker weeds in addition to grass - the sturdy body and secure attachment stand up well to impacts with hard plants and small stones.
  • Work on fences and walls, where the head is sometimes exposed to concrete and metal - resistant design helps reduce the risk of cracks.
  • Use on larger areas, such as areas around businesses, warehouses or farms - head stability translates into less operator fatigue and more precise work.

Compatibility with Oleo-Mac SPARTA 25 TR / 250 TR lawnmowers - a perfect match for original accessories

Głowica żyłkowa TAP&GO Ø105 mm do Oleo-Mac SPARTA 25 TR / 250 TR

Model 61062023A was developed specifically for petrol cutters Oleo-Mac SPARTA 25 TR and SPARTA 250 TR. Using the head recommended by the machine manufacturer ensures the best mowing results and operator safety.

Three key advantages of compatibility:

  • Hassle-free installation - thanks to the appropriate thread and direction of rotation, the head fits without any modifications to the indicated models of blackbirds.
  • Optimum cutting parameters - The diameter of the head and the range of line lengths have been matched to the power and operating characteristics of SPARTA cutters, which ensures efficient mowing without overloading the engine.
  • High safety of use - proper fitting of the attachment minimizes the risk of vibration, loosening of the attachment or uncontrolled line breakage.

Examples of situations where compatibility matters:

  • Regular mowing of a private garden - a user who owns a SPARTA 25 TR mower can install this head without any worries, being sure of full compliance with the parameters.
  • Use in a service company - it's easier for a landscaping service crew to keep their equipment in good condition when using the originally provided accessories.
  • Farm work - one dedicated head for SPARTA scythes reduces the risk of downtime due to failure of non-original parts.

Precision cutting with 2.0 mm monofilament - an aesthetically pleasing finish for lawns and borders

Głowica żyłkowa TAP&GO Ø105 mm – żyłka 2,0 mm

The TAP&GO head is equipped with a line with a diameter of 2,0 mm, which is the perfect compromise between delicacy and cutting power. This diameter is ideal for mowing lawns, weeds and not-so-woody plants, providing clean, even edges.

Three advantages of using 2.0 mm monofilament:

  • Precision - thin, but strong enough line allows careful cutting of grass along flower beds, under fences, around trees and landscaping elements.
  • Less risk of damage - Compared to a thicker monofilament or metal disc, the 2.0 mm monofilament is gentler on curbs, fences and tree trunks.
  • Versatility - Ideal for most typical work in the garden, on the allotment or around the house, without the need to frequently change the type of attachment.

Examples of daily applications:

  • Precise finishing of the lawn after a mower pass - the line cuts places that a regular mower does not reach.
  • Removing weeds along a mesh or panel fence - without the risk of damaging it with a stiff blade.
  • Care of areas around gazebos, swings or playgrounds - the line allows safe mowing close to structures.

Easy operation and servicing of the TAP&GO Ø105 mm vein head 61062023A

Głowica żyłkowa TAP&GO Ø105 mm – łatwa obsługa

The design of the TAP&GO Ø105 mm head takes into account not only the comfort of work, but also the convenience of the user during servicing. The design allows for quick replenishment or replacement of the line, and the materials used extend the life of the internal components of the mechanism.

Three key performance features:

  • Intuitive design - opening the head and winding a new line does not require specialized tools or advanced technical knowledge.
  • Durable components - wear-resistant internal components ensure reliable operation of the TAP&GO system for a long time.
  • Low failure rate - refined line ejection mechanism minimizes the risk of jams or blocking of the spool.

Examples of benefits in practice:

  • The owner of a single-family home can replace the line in the garage by himself, without a visit to the service center.
  • Service company reduces downtime - operator efficiently replenishes line in field conditions after several uses.
  • Save on spare parts - a solid head requires less frequent replacement compared to cheaper low-quality replacements.

FAQ - the most frequently asked questions about the TAP&GO Ø105 mm vein head 61062023A

1. Does this head fit other cutters than Oleo-Mac SPARTA 25 TR / 250 TR?
The head is designed and described as compatible with Oleo-Mac SPARTA 25 TR and SPARTA 250 TR lawnmowers. Theoretically, it can fit other models with the same thread (M8 x 1.25, left), but you should always compare the technical specifications and recommendations of the device manufacturer before installation.

2. How the line is extended in the TAP&GO system?
During operation, when the line shortens, just at medium speed gently bang the lower part of the head against the ground. Internal mechanism will automatically eject a new section of line to the correct length.

3. What line can I use in this head?
The recommended and factory-applied line diameter is 2.0 mm. Maintaining this diameter provides the optimum load for SPARTA 25 TR / 250 TR cutters and the best cutting quality.

4. Is replacing the fishing line complicated?
Not. After removing the head cover, you can easily wind the new line onto the spool by following the direction indicated on the inner element. The process does not require specialized tools or service experience.

5. Whether the head will withstand work in difficult conditions (weeds, uneven ground)?
Yes, the solid body and durable materials make the head stand up well to contact with soil, pebbles and dense vegetation. However, always use it as intended and as recommended by the scythe manufacturer.

6. What does the left thread in this head mean?
Left-hand thread means that the head is screwed on in the opposite direction from the standard (clockwise), and unscrewed - in the opposite direction. This solution prevents the head from unscrewing on its own during operation, as the scythe rotates counterclockwise.

7. Can the head replace the metal disc?
Vein head is ideal for grass and soft weeds. For very tough, woody plants or brush, a metal disc may be a better choice. However, the TAP&GO head is the most versatile and safe solution for everyday gardening work.
